• Mariana (9/5): Very pleasant and comfortable stay - Great location - next to a metro stop, tram, there are also buses. Large, comfortable and clean room, the same applies to the bathroom. Available terrace with a view of the ancient hills. The entrance to the hotel is with a code, but access is easy. In the warmer months, with the window open, you can hear the noise from the boulevard.

• Christina (6/5): Pleasant - The location was excellent because it was very close to the metro and only two stops from the centre. I was only able to enter the building before 3pm (check in time) because I was lucky enough to run into cleaning staff. There is not a person at the front desk at all times which means even leaving your luggage there before check in time is not easy/convenient.

• Andrei (10/5): Economic option for traveling with friends - The accomodation is conviniently located near the city with access to various ammenities. We were traveling mainly for attending an event so we booked the closest and the most economic option. If you are traveling as friends then this accomodation should be enough to spend a few nights. In general everything was good.

We - The staff were really good to us The 1st room that we were given had a very strong smell of tobacco… As non-smokers, we couldn’t stay there anymore. Everything had the tobacco stench - from curtains, to the bed, and walls 😭… the room was on 1st floor (Room 102)
• Vartan (7/5): Good - The location and the price are only the 2 reasons that make me book for 1 or 2 days when spending sometimes in Athens. There was no light in the bathroom ,and because it was holidays no one bothered to change the bulbs. Although it's the holidays where hotels work the most.Furniture are old, there was no internet, and of course each few days the rooms are cleaned.

• Manuela& (5/5): Passable - Perfect Location: Extremely central, right across from the metro. Helpful Hosts: Owners/managers were helpful and accommodating. Comfortable Bed: Good quality mattress. Clean Room: Generally tidy, except for minor issues (see cons). Yellowed bedsheets and towels with some stray hairs. smell of smoke in the hallway. Otdated furniture and structure and noisy fridge. Thin, torn balcony curtain (lets light in; Thicker curtain drags on the floor. Extremely dim lighting ("like candlelight") and noisy ventilation system with a broken switch in the bathroom. Constant traffic noise all night (faces a busy road). Internet: Nonexistent on the 4th floor. Final Notes: We didn’t complain because we arrived late, exhausted, and only stayed one night. The pictures on booking do not reflect the actual conditions of the room.

• Ilan (9/5): As realtor stress:Location, location , location . - Nice well lighted apartment with 2 balconies at a perfect location with Metro across the street and ample choices of cafe, bakery , restaurant within 10-50 meters range . Apartment was available for early check in and occupancy permitted 12 noon . Host available and responsive on timely manner . A bit attention to details can be helpful like better light in bathroom, curtain to dark the room on the side balcony .

• Giorgi (6/5): Pleasant - Hall, building and balcony is good, room is normal size, even big, and bright, metro is after 50 step, metro neos cosmos red line and its veery comfortable, everything (famous places and grocceries shops, also street foods) is not so far, if use metro, near, stuff kindfull Rooms is old, not renovated, clean is problem, not as good as in pictures, its not true, i had 2 separate rooms in first and second floor and both was not as clean as in pictures at all, in bath problem is shower, cant take shower normal because of damaged silicone water pipe (hose), also wallpaper is not clean
• Hum_c (7/5): Room needs some renovations - The location is perfect: right across the metro station and the tram stop is nearby. The room is bigger than most rooms in Athens, is bright with lots of daylight and overall clean. I have booked at this hotel a few times in the past but this time I got one of the worse rooms. The curtain rail was broken, so the curtains were barely hanging somehow and you could not close them completely. On the other 2nd balcony side, there was only one see through curtain and provided little privacy. The bin in the bathroom was broken and the furnitures had some bit chipped off. There was a strong smell in the bathroom. They need to renovate this place.

There were so many cafés and bars around the neighbourhood too, making it easy to have a nice time without needing to go to the city centre! The staff were very kind as well. Despite being a nice and comfortable hotel, I do have to say that the pictures make it look nicer than it actually is inside. We were a bit surprised with some furniture being a bit old or not well maintained.

Room looks exactly as on the photos. Great locations, the hotel is on a main road, can be noisy sometimes but it was expected.

• Paulo (8/5): Very good option in a nice neighborhood not far from the city center. - It is located in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of food options, supermarkets, and bars. Right in front, there is a metro station, therefore, it is 10 minutes away from the Acropolis. The room is old but clean and the beds are comfortable. It has AC, and the bathroom has hot water. The doors had contact with the floor, so, if you go with someone, you can wake them up when going to the bathroom at night.

• Grace (6/5): Bien, cumple su función - The rating for this hotel/apartments is a solid 7, which explains why it hasn't been given an 8, although when I booked it, the rating was a 7.8 or something, which made me think it was closer to an 8. It is not. It is a solid 7. Meaning, it is okay. Bare minimum service, and acceptable, decent. Summary for my long review PRO: location, right near the metro station CONs: no bottom sheet on mattress, hot water situation, bedding situation, shower gel quality, towel situation. The only reason it would have higher than a 7 is because of the location, it is literally RIGHT in front of the metro stop Neo Kosmos, which I also had no idea what that meant, but it is super, super easy to get to the city center from there, as it is on the line 2 which takes you straight there, and after one go on the metro you have figured it out. And there is a tram stop also right in front of the hotel, but I have not tried that yet. Assuming it is just as easy to figure out. So, you can get to and from the city center in less than 10 minutes, easily, maybe even 7 minutes. But really, the location is maybe the only thing that makes this hotel worth the money. The room itself is big, I think I paid for the upgrade, so I have two balconies, which is nice, but probably not nessary, it is a spacious room. Other than that: the mattress doesnt have a bottom sheet, there is a flat sheet laid down over an old mattress, and then another flat sheet serves as a blanket. I asked them to change my sheets and put on a real bottom, like fitted sheet, but they just put down another flat sheet. I dont know, I dont like even thinking that the sheet is going to come off, which it does, and then I have to touch the gross old mattress. Ditto with the decorative pillows on the bed, they are stained and obviously cannot be washed, nope, dont love that. The hot water comes and goes, sometimes there is hot water, but never hot enough that you would be like oh wow, this is really hot, just like hot

The single bed had a very hard mattress of much lower quality than the double bed's. The bathroom was flooding to a point that the waters reached the common area outside of the room. The staff cleaned the room and advised that this provably happened because many people showered at the same time on the building which does not make sense. Many accessories in the toilet were old and broken, the shower curtain was hanging by a wire, very tentatively fixed and the balcony was quite dirty too. Reception is available only 9am to 5pm. Amenities in the bathroom were super limited (toilet roll and shower gel) and definitely not as shown on pictures.

• Marina (9/5): Great value for money and location! - The property has nice location, just opposite the metro station. The area around is quite , no clubs or heavy music. There is grocery shops nearby, coffee shops as well. The room was clean, bed sheets and towels were also clean. We recommend to change the curtains as they were torn from up. But the room served its purpose and great value for many. Well recommended.

The curtains had some signs of humidity and mould, that can be solved by washing them or bleaching them. The same applies to the shower curtain, that had notable signs of mould.

The staff was helpful and kind and the rooms were comfortable. The bedsheets were a little dirtier than I expected when we first entered but that wasn't that huge of a problem. The bathroom isn't really spacious either but for the price I paid it makes sense.
