• Claudia (7/5): OK für 2 Nächte, für länger eher nicht - Wenn man in diesem Hotel übernachtet, hat man die gelegenheit ein bisschen das "andere", nicht auf Hochglanz polierte, Athen kennen zu lernen. Zur U Bahn sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, was ok ist, der Weg dorthin ist jedoch nicht wirklich schön. Die Dachterrasse ist fein, noch netter wäre, wenn es einen Automaten mit Getränken gäbe. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, die Aussicht auf eine sehr herunter gekommene Gegend. Es gibt keine Rezeption, der Kontakt mit den Besitzern beschränkte sich auf eine Whatsapp Nachricht mit den Instruktionen zur Zugang. Das Frühstück im Lokal im Erdgeschoß ist zwar eine nette Idee, allerdings öffnet es erst um 8.30, was sehr spät ist, wenn man den Tag in Athen früh beginnen möchte (was auch sehr zu empfehlen ist)

• Petra (9/5): - Nie je tam recepcia, pokyny na ubytovanie prídu v deň príchodu. Poloha, neďaleko stanice metra. Balená voda v chladničke. Raňajky v kaviarni pod ubytovaním, dá sa vybrať z menu, výborná káva. Každý deň nám vynášali smeti. Jediné mínus, ktoré narušilo náš pobyt bol extrémny hluk z ulice, keďže sa tam nachádzajú bary, ktoré sú do noci otvorené.

• Mariodafirenze (8/5): Soggiorno ad Atene in un quartiere popolare non turistico. - Lo staff soprattutto, gentilezza e cortesia, sorrisi. La colazione non a buffet,la preparazione espressa di cibi e bevande.La struttura ha una bellissima terrazza da dove ammirare la città quella che lavora, quella popolare ma soprattutto con una visita verso l' acropoli, il Partenone.Se cercate una struttura in un quartiere popolare del posto, in mezzo ad officine meccaniche,poi la sera si animano i locali vicini dove si mangia e beve bene, con facce sorridenti e cordiali, vicino a locali di musica dal vivo e anche alternativi, se vi piace immergetevi in realtà comuni senza fiocchetti o sfarzo, ma semplicità. Ha la metro vicina a meno di 500 mt due passi a piedi e ci sei. Dipende tutto dal viaggio che cercate e dove vi piace stare. Insonorizzazione infissi precaria.

• KAMILA (10/5): - Super lokalizacja. Do metra niecałe 10 min pieszo. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie, mimo wcześniejszego przybycia bez problemu mogliśmy wejść wcześniej. Pokój identyczny jak na zdjeciu. Śniadania pyszne w bardzo klimatycznym barze obok. Dostaliśmy nawet posiłek na wynos jak powiedzieliśmy, że mamy wczesnie rano wylot. Na pewno bym tam wróciła 😊 Trochę głośno w nocy, ponieważ na przeciwko jest bar ale nie stanowiło to dużego problemu.
• Daniela (9/5): - The breakfast at the accommodation was excellent. Communication from the hosts was perfect. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We were also able to walk to the center of Athens in about 25 minutes, which was very convenient. Overall, a very good experience. The room was small, but for the price it was very good value. There was quite a lot of noise from the street, but this is not the fault of the accommodation itself.

For the money we paid I waited something a bit more, for example, little things as you can usually find in apartment/rooms- shampoo, glasses, maybe bottle of water.. we stayed in many other places during our holiday and this one was the least favourite for the money it costed. Breakfast was really good and made our stay with good aftertaste, thank you!

• Julia (10/5): Idealne miejsce na wypad na weekend - Pokój spełnił oczekiwania, wygodne łóżko, codzienne sprzątanie. Obiekt w idealnej lokalizacji, parę minut do stacji metra. W pobliżu świetne restauracje z pysznym lokalnym jedzeniem, a śniadania w lokalu były idealnym początkiem dnia. Taras z fantastyczną panoramą miasta.

• Júlia (8/5): - A személyzet rendkívül rendes és segítőkész. A reggeli laktató volt ésott helyben csinálták, viszont nem volt akkora a választék. A szoba mérete pont megfelelő arra ha csak városnézésre jön az ember és csak alvásra megy a szállásra. A belvárosba való közlekedés könnyen megoldható egy metróval, ami egy 10 perc sétára van. Van egy étterem/bár a szállással szemben ami zavaró lehet azok számára akik teljes nyugalomra vágynak, nekünk viszont ez nem okozott problémát.

Το δωμάτιο καθαρό όμως αρκετά μικρό Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο και αυτό που με ενόχλησε περισσότερο ήταν ότι δεν ήρθαν την επόμενη μέρα να καθαρίσουν…. Έστω να αλλάξουν τις πετσέτες μας….αν μέναμε δλδ 5 μέρες θα σκουπιζόμασταν κ τις 5 με τις ίδιες πετσέτες;;;;;

Options had all healthy and savoury items Size of room - quite compromised. We got discount due to off season, so it was fine for money we paid. :)

• Angelos Chronis (8/5): OK property, nice (vibrant) location, good price - The property is in a good location (with a very vibrant neighbourhood), the price was good considering the place and location, the room is OK generally and the staff / host is great in communication. Breakfast was amazing, that was the highlight. The bathroom needs a bit of work, and it could be a bit cleaner. Overall, the property is not 5 stars and it's a bit small, but works perfectly fine for 1-2 days stay. I'd visit again, especially if bathrooms got a bit of attention.

• Di Menza (10/5): Assolutamente perfetto. - Navitas House è stata una bellissima scoperta 😊 Struttura curata, pulizia impeccabile e una gestione davvero attenta: ci si sente subito accolti e a proprio agio. Un ringraziamento speciale va ai ragazzi del bar Mur, dove facevo colazione ogni mattina: sempre gentili, sorridenti e disponibili, hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il servizio, in generale, è stato eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. Tornerei volentieri e lo consiglierei senza esitazione.

• Claudia Lorena (10/5): Espacio cómodo de autogestión - Hotel cómodo. Todo se gestiona de manera autónoma, lo cual da mucha libertad. Muy limpio, con un desayuno realmente muy bueno. Excelente para descansar. Muy buena conexión de wifi. La persona que se pone en contacto para habilitarte código de habitación y de entrada siempre muy servicial a responder las dudas. Tiene una terraza con linda vista al Partenón. Tiene área de guardado de maleta por lo cual pudimos seguir paseando luego de nuestro check out, esto se agradece, sobre todo porque no tiene un coste extra. Lo recomendamos. No es que no nos gustará sino que como ya veníamos viajando durante semanas hubiésemos preferido estar más cerca de las principales atracciones. No obstante, la ubicación es muy buena pues hay metro y transporte público cerca. Para quienes gustan de caminar en 20 minutos están en todos lados y la experiencia de no estar tan cerca es más auténtica. Pero esto en absoluto ensombrece el buen servicio recibido.

• E M (7/5): - The beds are nice and comfortable. The rooms are almost new so nice and fresh. Sound was a bit bothering from the bar across the street but not a problem. Breakfast was really disappointing it was not enough je get 1 slice or toasted simple bread with 2 fried eggs or a small bowl of Greek joghurt with some granola. This is not a full breakfasts and you need to pay extra for additional things even when you want a 2nd cup of koffie.

We wouldnt have visited this area at all if we didn't stay there The bed was also very very comfy. And the breakfast in the coffee shop downstairs was perfect. The room and bathroom are very small. And there was no shampoo or shower gel which think should come as standard somewhere.

• Hasti Shahri (10/5): - Simply great! Super clean. The breakfast was served at the cafe next to the hotel. I think the staff of the Cafe were the owners of the hotel as well, and they were super friendly and nice. It felt like having breakfast at your grandma's place . It was super delicious and fresh. The loaction was a bit far from Acropolis, about 40 minitues away. But just 20 minutes from most of the other landmarks.
• Luciano (6/5): Okay-ish but value for money is not great - Breakfast at the café downstairs was really good, the location is unusual (amidst some auto repair shops and construction sites) but with beautiful restaurants and bars all around, not too far from the metro station. The communication regarding reaching the place and getting into our room was also spotless. The bed was really not comfortable, the bathroom was pretty subpar and in the morning because of the construction sites the place was really loud. It isn't comfortable at all, it's only good enough as a bed for the night but not much else.

• _ (9/5): "E' tutto molto greco" cit. Mamma Mia! The movie - Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti e abbiamo trovato la camera pulita, ordinata e con le cose essenziali necessarie alla permanenza. Ottima anche la posizione a solo una fermata di metro dal centro di Atene. Per quanto riguarda la colazione si tiene nel bar al piano terra ed era buona con il menù alla carta. Vicino alla struttura sono presenti molti bar e ristoranti dove mangiare cibo greco autentico a un buon prezzo.

• ANNALISA (10/5): Comodo alloggio ad Atene - Stanza pulita e comoda, nuova e moderna. Check-in semplicissimo e ottima colazione al bar sotto l'alloggio. La zona sembra residenziale, non è il centro di Atene ma in metro con una fermata si arriva a Monastiraki.

• lamprinakos (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό και καθαρό μαγαζιά για φαγητό και διασκέδαση νυχτερινή όλα κοντά θα το ξανά προτιμήσω Το Netflix ενώ συνδεόσουν δεν δούλευε το διπλό κρεβάτι ήταν δύο μόνα με ένα χώρισμα με αποτέλεσμα να με πονέσει η μέση μου στο ψυγείο μόνο δύο μικρά νεράκια

Працює кондиціонер, навіть у найспекотніші дні було комфортно знаходитись у приміщенні. Ліфт працює. Дуже приємний бонус: наявність камер схову, якими можна користуватись після виселення з готелю (безкоштовні) Не вистачає шторки у ванній кімнаті
• Tadeja (10/5): If I ever go back to Athens, I would definitely stay ay Navitas house again 😊 - Extremly clean and cozy room, newly renovated, also the neighbourhoods was very pleasant&safe. The location is perfectly connected with the metro lines, and actually it was a blessing not to be directly in the city center, but at the same time just a few minutes away from it when you need it. It was so easy to do the check-in by myself, but at the same time the host was available and responsive at any time. Oh, not to forget the rooftop terrace with the view over the city and to Acropolis! Soooo cool
• Irene L. BO (10/5): Ad Atene un ottima soluzione per qualche gg - Check in e check out perfetto! Arrivando di notte è stato semplice ma sicuro! Tutto Pulito e ordinato. Appena ristrutturato direi .Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli a -1 in un box con chiave fino a sera, comodissimo! Colazione al bar a fianco della struttura ottima, i ragazzi ci hanno preparato express tutto quello che gli abbiamo chiesto. Il terrazzo all' ultimo piano merita un giro x qualche foto del Partenone. Metro 3 a 200 MT circa, comoda x aeroporto La zona ha delle stradine dove non passerei da sola di notte e di giorno starei attenta, stare sulle strade principali è meglio!
• CHRISTOS (9/5): Κρεβάτι - Ωραίο, λειτουργικό και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Ωραία περιοχή με πολλές δραστηριότητες. Πολύ θετικό το δωρεάν πρωινό. Το κρεβάτι παρότι στο δωμάτιο ή κράτηση είχε γίνει ως διπλό είναι δύο μονά στρώματα και δεν είναι πολύ βολικό για ένα ζευγάρι.
