The subway is just across the street, on the ground floor there is Lidl and nearby you can find some more supermarkets and cafes. As we stayed for 8 nights we were given additional towels. We recommend this place.

• Wilfried (7/5): Gute Lage - Gute Lage der Wohnung in Simmering. Lidl ist im Gebäude und die Anbindung an do Öffis ist vor der Haustür. Im Inserat ist ein TV angeboten und der tatsächlich ca. 60 HD-Sender anbietet. Leider werden diese nicht dargestellt - Bild und Ton aus! Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage und Techniker-Einsatz vor Ort hat sich das während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geändert. Trotzdem erhieten wir die Nachricht, das das Problem behoben sei.

• Lars (7/5): Lage top, Personal freundlich, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. - Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn ist gut. Vor Ort ist zwar kein Personal aber über die Hotline wurde uns bei einem kleinen Problem sofort geholfen. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Außerdem findet man in der Wohnung alles, was man braucht. Betten und Handtücher waren sauber. Die Wohnung, in der wir untergebracht waren, war ziemlich abgewohnt und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Alles war sehr staubig (sogar der Esstisch). Außerdem war das Geschirr und Besteck dreckig. Die Spülmaschine war verkalkt, in der Spüle konnte man den Ablauf nicht schließen. Im Bad Spinnweben in jeder Ecke. So wie auf den Fotos sah unsere Wohnung nicht aus.

Suggestion: it would be helpful to add more details about street parking (free on weekends, 2-hour limit on weekdays). There is also a good P+R parking option two metro stops away.

• Diego (9/5): Moderno, amplio y tranquilo apartamento. - Moderno, minimalista, acogedor y muy espacioso. Personal atento y accesible por teléfono. Habitación silenciosa y tranquila. Cocina bien equipada y baños amplios. Buena ubicación para usar el transporte público al centro y aeropuerto. Un supermercado en el mismo edificio y lugares para tomar algo o comprar comida cerca. Pudimos hacer el check in antes de tiempo, ya que la habitación estaba disponible. Fallos de limpieza como que los pomos de los tiradores de los muebles de la cocina estaban pegajosos, las sartenes con grasa y aceite en los mangos, no había fregona para limpiar el suelo si se vertía líquido. Por otro lado, el colchón de la habitación era muy blando, nada firme. No nos gustó que solo se diese una llave para dos huéspedes, eso hacía que nuestro viaje tuviese que cambiar de organización y depender el uno del otro para entrar o salir a casa. Si quieres una llave extra tienes que pagarla. Muy mal detalle por parte de la empresa. Por último, se echa de menos unas cortinas opacas de verdad o persianas para tapar el sol por la mañana, ya que amanecía a las 5:30 AM y era imposible volver a conciliar el sueño com tanta luz una vez te despertabas.

• Alfonso (9/5): - Soggiorno eccellente! Casa pulitissima, letto e divano comodissimi e cucina super accessoriata. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile 24/7 per ogni necessità. Tornerò sicuramente! Migliorerai soltanto nella stanza da letto in cui abbiamo alloggiato, che la tv non fosse davanti a noi e che quella parete fosse vuota.. Per vederci un film dovevamo ugualmente metterci sul divano del soggiorno che ugualmente fosse piccolo.
• Sebastian (8/5): Überraschend ruhig trotz zentraler Lage - Sehr ruhiges Schlafzimmer in den Hinterhof. Groß genug. Lift. Schlüssel Code hat nicht sofort funktioniert. Sofa etwas unkomfortabel für 2 Personen. Könnte insgesamt sauberer sein. Es war nicht schmutzig aber in allen Ecken staubig und offensichtlich schon länger nicht grundgereinigt. Geschirr insgesamt etwas spärlich. Wenige Tassen.

The room had good cooking facilities The booking were not honest about hidden depozit (this does not appear on reservation, it appears only after you give them the money) that you had to make 250 euro to not leave room dirty, etc. The problem is their room was already dirty when we arrived and we announced them to not be held responsible for this. And another room was full of cigar smoke, also for both of this problems they did nothing about to fix. At least they returned the depozit. Also in the 3rd day the warm water was shut down and took 1 full day to be back after multiple messages It was not good, felt like an improvisation of service.
• Mladen (10/5): Great Stay in a Convenient Location Key Access Needs Improvement - I liked everything about the accommodation. It’s conveniently located close to a supermarkets and a metro station, which made getting around very easy. The key collection process via the safe code can be confusing. In the app, not all digits are visible in portrait mode—one is missing. Only when switching phone to landscape mode do all digits appear. This seems like an app issue and can easily confuse users. It has happened to me twice.

Код для заселения пришел на 3 часа раньше, в 12.00 уже были в номере. Спасибо большое! В общих коридорах и холле на первом этаже никто не убирался за 5 дней нашего проживания.

• James Alan (8/5): Spacious apartment - Nice spacious apartment. Ideal for a couple.Warm and quiet. Very handy for U-bahn station and tram stop right outside front door to take you into the city centre in minutes. Food shops and bakeries also immediately out on the street. You don't see any staff at any time but arrangements for entry/exit worked perfectly and there are contact arrangements if somethjng goes wrong. Our terrace / garden(!?) was not very private and overgrown. Kitchen utensils / crockery a bit sparse (mugs have seen better days - need replacing, really) but more than adequate for 2 people.
• Elke (9/5): - Die Lage ist Top, die Öffis Anbindungen vor der Tür, ebenso die. Nahversorger zum Einkaufen und Lokale. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend. Einrichtung ist modern gestaltet und freundlich. Leider ist der Strassenlärm sehr laut, die Straßenbahn fährt direkt daneben vorbei und der U-Bahn Schacht ist direkt gegen über, was es in den unteren Appartements dann sehrhörbar ist. In den höheren Stockwerken wird es besser. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein und eng und daher kein TV im Zimmer.

Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und modern gestaltet. Das der Zutritt nur für die Bewohner möglich ist. Leider ist der Strassenlärm sehr laut wenn man weiter unten wohnt.. In den oberen Stockwerken wird es besser. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und eng und daher leider kein TV in diesem Zimmer.

• Mariia (10/5): Amazing! Would like to get back again! - The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, especially for a reasonable price by Vienna standards. It has a full kitchen, TV, a very comfortable large bed, separate duvets, a spacious bathroom, and lots of natural light. I especially liked the automatic exterior blinds and blackout curtains, which were excellent for both privacy and sleep. The sound insulation was also very good: even though the apartment faced the street, with the balcony door closed I could hardly hear the tram, cars, or people outside. The location is very convenient, with metro and tram stops nearby, a Lidl in the same building, a Billa across the road, and the area felt safe even at night. Overall, the stay was very good, and the apartment is convenient for both short and longer visits. Not disadvantages but a few small notes: the dining table was quite wobbly; the shower leaks even when the door is properly closed; and it would be helpful to warn guests in advance about fire alarm system testing, because it can be very loud and unexpected. There was also a specific smell in the apartment at check-in, so perhaps a more neutral room scent would be better.

• محمد (9/5): - السكن كان ممتاز جدًا جدًا، نظيف ومرتب ومريح بشكل كبير. تجربة الدخول كانت سهلة وواضحة، والتعليمات كانت مفهومة. كل شيء داخل الشقة كان على مستوى عالي، وكانت إقامة مريحة جدًا واستمتعت فيها كثير. الموقع أيضًا جيد وقريب من الخدمات. المشكلة كانت في موضوع المواقف. في موقع Booking كان مذكور وجود مواقف مجانية، وهذا كان من أهم الأسباب اللي خلتني أحجز. لكن بعد الوصول اتضح أنه لا توجد مواقف خاصة بالسكن، وإنما مواقف عامة في الشارع، وتكون مدفوعة من الساعة 9 صباحًا إلى 6 مساءً، ومجانية في الليل. المعلومة هذه لم تكن واضحة بالنسبة لي قبل الوصول. كذلك لم يتم توضيح وجود مبلغ تأمين (250 يورو) عند الحجز، وإنما تم إعلامي به بعد إتمام الحجز، وهذا كان مفاجئ.

• Davyd (4/5): - 1. They intentionally mislead or better to say, lie: on a booking page of a certain apartment there are several images of a backyard with green grass and calm environment. I don't know if such apartments even exist, but they gave me apartment that look at the extremely loud, I mean really unbearably extremely loud street full of cars, traffic lights, 'beeping' tram literally 2 meters from the window, and all of that 24 hours a day. I booked it because I wanted to get rest from a long trip. Instead I was brutally deceived by such 'marketing'. 2. All the images of apartment distort, misrepresent a real scale of it, shot in a way to look/seem much bigger than it is - in reality apartment is much smaller. 3. The apartment itself is okay. 4. Tell your cleaner to wash walls sometimes.

The location is outstanding - right in front of the metro station, with a coffee shop, grocery store, and pharmacy just a one-minute walk away. The property itself exceeded expectations: spotless, quiet, and very cozy, with two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. If we return to Vienna, we will definitely choose this place again. 5 stars.

• Magda (9/5): Comfortabel en praktisch - Zeer praktische locatie, 3 grootwarenhuizen op 100 meter afstand! Metrostation aan de overzijde van de straat! Tramhalte op 50 meter! De ideale uitvalsbasis om Wenen te bezoeken! Mooi en groot appartement, alle comfort..niet gehorig. Inchecken zonder de eigenaar te zien is prima gelukt.. Goede communicatie Lawaai van het verkeer als de ramen open staan omdat het appartement aan de straatzijde gelegen is. Stof bovenop de kleerkast in de slaapkamer

• Lisa (9/5): - L'appartamento è abbastanza ampio, ma più piccolo rispetto a quello mostrato in foto e con un giardino invece che un balcone. La cucina è ben attrezzata e c'è la lavastoviglie. La comunicazione con l'host avviene solo tramite messaggi ma è molto rapida. La posizione è strategica, ottimamente collegata e servita. Mancanza del bidet e fornitura di soltanto due rotoli di carta igienica. Bisogna stare attenti perché un foglio avvisava che il vapore della doccia e il fumo dai fornelli/forno possono attivare il rilevatore di fumo e in tal caso ci sarebbe stata una multa di 5000€.

Diesmal war ich auf der Gartenseite untergebracht, da war es traumhaft ruhig. Ich komme gerne wieder! Mir sind die Kissen im Verhältnis zur relativ weichen Matratze zu hoch, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir hatten die Wohnung zur Straße, das war bei offenem Fenster sehr laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ging es, Lüfter war vorhanden.
• Nicole (8/5): Tolles Appartement mit kleinen Mängeln - Die Lage, die Ausstattung, der unkomplizierte Check-in, Sauberkeit Der Strahl in der Dusche war gering, Sitzgelegenheit im Fernsehbereich könnte gemütlicher sein, Ameisenbefall in der Küche, Fernseher im Schlafzimmer empfing kein reguläres Fernsehprogramm. Problem wurde trotz Info an die Verwalter nicht behoben.

• Matthias (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage. Metro, Supermarkt, Straßenbahn und Bäcker direkt vor der Tür. In 10 Minuten mit der Metro in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer nach vorn liegen direkt an der Simmeringer Hauptstraße. Mit der Straßenbahn. Fenster sind sehr gut, aber natürlich hört man Nachts die Bahn. Zimmer nach hinten sind sicher besser.

• Amélie (10/5): - L'emplacement est idéal, juste en face du métro et de la ligne de tram! Il est aussi pas trop loin du centre-ville. Le check-in se fait entièrement en ligne et est très facile. L'appartement était propre et très grand. Les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables (trop petits et mous) et le couvre-lit est en fait deux couvre-lit individuel. Certains aiment ce concept, mais pour moi c'était dérangeant comme je bouge beaucoup dans mon sommeil.

• Krisztina (7/5): Pár napos tartózkodásra mindenképpen ajánlott! - Könnyen és gyorsan elérhető a városközpont villamossal és metróval is. Éttermek, pékségek, szupermarketek a közvetlen közelben találhatók. Az ágy kényelmes volt, a lakás nagyon tiszta, igényesen felszerelt. Gyors és stabil az internet. Amikor problémáim akadtak a lakással kapcsolatban, online és telefonon is gyorsan kaptam segítséget. Ezúton is köszönöm! Nagyon hideg volt a lakásban, amikor megérkeztem, és a padlófűtésnek kellett 2-3 óra, mire fel tudta fűteni a lakást. A tartózkodásom során egyszer nem tudtam bemenni az épületbe. Se a kód, se a chip nem működött. Azonban gyorsan a segítségemre volt a szállásadó és egy applikáció segítségével megoldódott a probléma. Ezúttal egy utcafrontra nyíló lakást kaptam, sajnos nagyon hangos volt. Tisztán lehetett hallani az utcai zajokat és a villamost is.
