V každom prípade, keďže je pre tento Hirschenhof Apartments zabezpečených pomerne dosť ubytovacích jednotiek, je dôležité si nedomýšlať, ale dávať pozor presne na popis konkrétneho apartmanu. A ešte vzhľadom na koniec sezóny bola k dispozícii reštaurácia len v obmedzenom režime bez jedla ale s veľmi ochotnými personálom.

Pro čtyři ubytované pouze 3 lžíce a pár talířů nás mírně překvapilo, ale tak jsme se u večeře vystřídali. Pro zamyšlení - nedostatek věšáků, poliček, sušáků, podložky na mokré boty - vzhledem k blízkosti lyžařského areálu bych ocenila toto vybavení.

Možná chyběl návod na obsluhu topení, pokud se topení dalo ovládat.

Varná doska fungovali len polovica. V kúpeľni nebol žiaden sprchový gél ani šampón.

Der Hund durfte im Zimmer bleiben, während wir Skifahren waren. Check in war über eine Mietseite, wir bekamen zwar alle Infos, doch keine Zimmernummer. Danach ist es mühsam jemanden zu erreichen. Die geht nur über WhatsApp Chat. Im Apartment war zwar eine Küche, aber kein Besteck und fast kein Geschirr. Dies wurde aber nachgeliefert. Wir waren zu viert, hatten ein Studio, Also ein Schlafzimmer eine Couch, die nicht vorbereitet war, eine kleine Küche, aber keine Essgelegenheit.

ZekeYou (9/5): Great location, spacious and well-equipped place, with a few minor issues, I would happily return. - The apartment has a great location and offers free parking, which made our stay very convenient. Entering the building was easy and hassle-free, and the space itself is quite large, comfortably fitting 3–4 people. The furniture is nice, comfy beds, the bathroom is spacious and well-equipped with a hair dryer, and the kitchen has useful appliances like a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Cleanliness could be improved, as we found human hair on the floor upon arrival. There are no proper shutters, only curtains, which don’t block out enough light. The kitchen equipment is somewhat lacking — the only pan was worn and sticky — and there was no drying rack near the sink or a rack for drying ski clothes, which would have been very useful. Additionally, the online check-in process is quite cumbersome: you must fill out a form and upload ID photos in advance, and it requires details for a fourth guest even if you are only three, with no option to skip the nonexistent 4th guest.
Kateřina (6/5): Na první pohled hezký apartmán, jen by to chtělo chtělo víc zapracovat na úklidu. :) - Poměrně velký apartmán, takže dostatek prostoru na vše. Klid kolem - neslyšeli jsme nikoho, ani silnici, která je poměrně blízko. Self check in. Nevybavená kuchyně a ne úplně čisté nádobí. Houbička na nádobí byla určitě použitá a byla někde hluboko v šuplíku pod dřezem, kde nebylo úplně čisto. Nebyla žádná utěrka. Jedna kapsle kafe pro dva lidi. Ocenila bych sprchový gel v koupelně. Při příchodu byla v apartmánu zima, ale druhý den se to trochu vytopilo.

Náročnosť rezervácie- prvý deň pobytu som šiel radšej do Bratislavy a z domu v kľude som objednal ubytovanie. Tým pádom iba na jeden deň namiesto na dva. Ten Kód má hneval naviac. Dal mi ho nakoniec čašník. Aj to bol univerzálny od všetkých izieb.

The fridge is loud and clicking weirdly super loud every 20 minutes all night because it’s super old, making sleeping difficult. Sink is also need repairs. Reinhard (4/5): Es geht zwar, aber absolutes Minimum. - Die Lage, welche mittig zwischen Bahnhof und Lift Talstation ist. Das Gebäude sieht von außen historisch aus. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände zeugen noch von einer guten Zeit. Nach dem Online Check In- mußten wir noch nachträglich eine Gebühr für den Hund bezahlen, obwohl wir das schon in der Buchung angegeben hatten. Noch auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft mußten wir vom Handy eine Überweisung machen, ohne der wir keinen Zutritt erhalten haben. Der Eingangsbereich war in der Nacht unbeleuchtet. Auch die Zimmer waren schwach beleuchtet. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr spartanisch. Es war nicht vorhanden: Abtropftasse, Geschirrtuch, die angegebene Bügeleinrichtung, Besen, Schaufel, Wischtuch,... Ein erwähntes Teezubehör ohne Wasserkocher und ohne Teekanne - schwer nachzuvollziehen.

A wystrój pokoju - cóż sprawa gustu. Nie spędziałem w nim więcej czasu niż to konieczne o śnadaniu zapomnij, restauracja hotelowa zamknięta na głucho( byłem niedziala poniedziałek), za to Spar jest w pobliżu i całkiem fajna knajpka po drugiej stronie wioski( jakieś 10 min piechotką i spacer wieczorem dobry dla zdrowia), okna na trasę kolejową Wien -Graz więc trochę głośno, ale spoko , idzie wytrzymać, zresztą po całym dniu na stoku spałem jak dziecko.

Nincsen személyzet a helyszínen, így a gyors problémamegoldás (pl. nem találtuk az ágyneműt a gyermekeink részére az érkezéskor) nem megoldott.

Helmut (3/5): Der Aufenthalt war nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht berauschend. - Die Nähe zum Lift bzw. zum Skigebiet ist hervorragend. Parkmöglichkeit sehr gut. Das Lokal zum Essen könnte besser sein. Die Öffnungszeit ist auch nicht sehr Kundefreundlich. 21:00 Sperrstunde. Einige Gäste so auch ich mit meinen Freunden konnten kein Getränk mehr bekommen. Frühstück erst ab 08:00 Uhr. Der Liftbetrieb beginnt um 08:00 Uhr also 07:30 Frühstück sei von Vorteil. Der Staubsauger sollte etwas länger im Betrieb sein!!!!

It felt like the renovation wasn't even finished e.g. the room was missing basics such as a trash bin or fridge. I suggest paying a bit more for an aprtment with kitchen.

Márta (8/5): Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. - The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The ski lift is within walking distance, and there are shops nearby as well. Additionally, there is a restaurant operating within the hotel, which is a very convenient solution after a long day. The kitchen equipment is very minimal; despite having pots, there are no mixing spoons or wooden spoons. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, yet the cleaning lady barged in twice without knocking, completely unexpectedly, at 9:15 and 9:45. If the rule is 10:00 AM, the staff should respect it too, rather than just expecting the guests to follow it.

Philipp (10/5): Top Apartment für einen Ski-Trip - Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Wochenendaufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war von Anfang an freundlich und unkompliziert. Durch den Check-in mittels Türcodes ist man völlig ungebunden und kann ab 15 Uhr jederzeit flexibel einchecken. Das Apartment selbst war modern eingerichtet, ausgesprochen sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet und sowohl die Betten als auch das Schlafsofa sehr bequem. Ein Skikeller ist im Haus vorhanden. Zudem bietet das direkt im Haus gelegene Restaurant ab 8 Uhr Frühstück an. Kleiner Hinweis zur Lage für Skifahrer: Die Apartments liegen fast direkt an der Stuhleckbahn Talstation, was praktisch ist. Man sollte lediglich einplanen, dass das Hüttenleben und der Après-Ski ab der Mittelstation stattfinden. Da man sonst zu Fuß durch den ganzen Ort müsste, sollte man den letzten Lift ins Tal nicht verpassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
