Vaatimaton yleisasu, mutta kaikki kuitenkin toimi ja oli siistiä, eli toimi sellaisena lyhyen työmatkan majoituksena kuin halusinkin. Asunnossa on keittiövarusteet; voi itse tehdä itselleen kahvia tai teetä ja ostaa kaupasta ruokatarpeita. Tämä oli harvoja löytämiäni hieman edullisempia paikkoja etsimälläni sijainnilla, mutta silti melko kallis. Ilmeisesti korkea varausaste yleisesti koko alueella.

Dès l'entrée, le tapis est sale et la corbeille de fruits ( d'accueil ? ) est remplie de pommes .. pourries ! La chambre est petite, étriquée, la salle de bains aussi. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants et il y a du bruit dans la rue. A la télévision, impossible d'avoir une chaine belge. il n'y a que des chaines allemandes. Le prix est exagéré par rapport à ce qui est proposé. La réputation de booking est altérée avec de tels logmeents

Non c'è ascensore e la scala é molto stretta. Portare su i bagagli non é semplice sono stato aiutato dal personale che ringrazio ma credo non siano sempre presenti

Two electrical heaters were provided by the host tough so was ok eventually. The shower and toilet are literally like small wardrobes you have to enter in the shower from the side if you’re not 40 kg 🤣

• rita (7/5): Per periodo breve ci si può adattare - La posizione, riscaldamento, Molto datata e bisognosa di manutenzione. Letto scomodo per materasso sfondato, bagno poco pulito, soprattutto l’aspiratore incrostato.

La chambre est grande et très cosy, l'accès est facile. Tout est bien expliqué dans les messages et l''hôte répond rapidement aux questions. Le seul bémol pour moi est la salle de bain qui est très petite. Malgré ça le rapport qualité prix reste imbattable et je n'hésiterai pas à réserver de nouveau ce logement si l'occasion se présente.

• perla (3/5): Oubliez ce logement - Alexandrina a rapidement cherché une solution, mais le rapport prestation/prix n'y était vraiment pas. Le logement était vétuste, châssis des fenêtres ne fermaient pas, il faisait froid, pas de chauffage, ça sentait le moisi. Je suis arrivée à 18.30, alexandrina a déposé un chauffage d'appoint à 21.00.. elle m'a également proposé une autre chambre, minuscule, sans kitchenette, pour 120€. Franchement, à ce prix là, j'aurais mieux fait d'aller à l'hôtel. Je ne comprends pas que de tels logements soient sur booking.

The draining is not good, I was standing in the water while showering. The light timing over the stairs is a bit short, found myself standing in the dark quite few times.

Manque un peu d'entretien (ex rafistolage du robinet de la salle de bain, on se croirait dans un pays sous développé, plaque poignet de porte non fixée...). Rien de bien méchant mais ça fait un peu négligé. C'est dommage.

Hay muchos jardines grandes para pasear y además, hay una parada de bus justo en frente. Barrio tranquilo Lo malo es que es un segundo piso sin ascensor y para subir las maletas es un problema
