• İbrahim (4/5): Avarage - Location Elena was very helpful and attentive to all of our questions throughout our stay. Communication was smooth. However, the apartment with the terrace was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The area that could be considered the living room only had a very small sofa where even two people could barely relax comfortably. Another important point is that, although the listing mentions additional beds besides the main bed, all of the extra beds were sofa beds. Unfortunately, they were not very comfortable. The biggest issue for us was the bathroom setup. There was only one shower in the apartment, located in the main bathroom connected directly to the bedroom. This means that if you are staying with another couple or additional guests, everyone has to use the bathroom through the main bedroom, which can feel uncomfortable and inconvenient. In addition, there was only a wall-mounted shower head and no handheld shower head available, which was honestly a significant downside. One of the main concerns, however, was related to the listing presentation. When checking in, we were sent photos of different apartments, which created the impression that the apartment we booked might look similar to those images. We strongly believe that each apartment should have its own clearly updated and accurate photos so guests know exactly what to expect before arrival.

Opening windows which are needed due to constant smell from toilet/drains. Beds uncomfortable (fold out sofa beds), bed blankets/doonas had stains on them, floor felt dirty, smell from toilet which is attached to main bedroom, bathroom floor dirty and bathroom very small. Lounge in living area is a fold out sofa but uncomfortable. Small tv in main bedroom, no tv in lounge area.

Appartement confortable pour 4 personnes ou chacun avait son espace (2 canapés lit pour les enfants). L'ascenseur pour le 4eme étage qui entre directement dans l'appartement. 2 WC agréable pour famille. La clim/chauffage est un peu bruyante mais supportable.

• Paul (6/5): Clean, compact, great location, well organised but beds need improvement. - The kitchen and bathroom were great, everything we could need including dishwasher.. and a kettle!!The property was modern and very clean. No traffic at night and had external shutters to block morning light. The property was compact but we spent most of our time outside. There was a small tv in the main bedroom. It was well organised with the host meeting you upon arrival and being contactable throughout the stay. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well which is why we rated it lower. The main bed didn’t have a headboard and we only had 1 pillow each which was lumpy and kept sliding down the back of the bed. Our daughter took the second bedroom which had a sofa bed in it and slept well but our teenage son’s sofa bed in the living room had no duvet and he could feel all of the springs of the mattress. This sofa bed really needs a thick mattress topper. The host delivered us more towels and one more pillow. We used the towels to stuff the back of our bed and the rest our teenage son used to sleep on. Would have been nice to have had the tv in the lounge instead of the bedroom.

Good instructions on check in and check out; apartment has all the basics needed to prepare an easy meal, it has also all the necessary equipment: iron, cosmetics, hairdryer, washing mashine, dishwasher. Quiet place It was all good for us, it’s an option when you don’t need separate intimate rooms, as bathroom entry is from one bedroom. No towel hangers in the bathroom, ok for 3/4 people, with more it will be challenging with space

• Sanda (8/5): - The location was good. The apartment is quite clean and spacious, but not very functional. There is no closet in the room and there is no door in that room. There is a landing in the hallway which is not very convenient, it would be better if there were stairs. The toilet is small and cluttered, the washing machine is unnecessarily large. The sofa in the room is non-functional and uncomfortable, the chairs are uncomfortable. There is plenty of space but it is not practically furnished. Communication with host.The apartment looks better on photos than it is.

• Abdulayeva (8/5): Overall, great location and value for money, close to supermarkets if you want to buy food. - Location is excellent, I couldn't wish for anything better, just a couple of minutes away from Vittoriano, very close to major attractions. Bathroom could be a bit more comfortable, there were no hooks for towels for instance. Also, not the host's fault, but there was some construction going on nearby that disturbed a little, but not too much.

Very noisy from upstairs, sounds like no insulation Steep internal ramp in middle of apartment will be difficult for some to negotiate, we needed to deliberately slide or walk carefully down or take a run up going up.

• Ahmad Fahmi (9/5): Our stay offered unique blend of modern comfort within a beautifully refurbished old tower, allowing us to feel connecte - The facility was very clean and complete. The old building facade gives the exact vibe tourists are looking for in Rome. I love how it is refurbished to have modern amenities and furnitures but still maintain hostorical Rome identity. It is within walking distance to major attractions and eateries, very convenient. We like everything about the place.

The stairs to the room were difficult to negotiate with heavy suitcases. There was nowhere to hang bath towels. Bathroom very small and water pressure not so good. Beds were small double size.

Lo mejor, sin duda, es la ubicación: está muy cerca de los principales lugares de interés, lo que permite moverse caminando y aprovechar al máximo la visita. A pesar de ello, se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila, con muy poco ruido, ideal para descansar. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo, bien equipado y perfecto tanto para estancias cortas como más largas. Queremos destacar especialmente a Elena, que nos atendió estupendamente en todo momento, siempre amable, simpática y dispuesta a ayudar. Un diez para ella. Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Algunos detalles de mantenimiento restaron puntos a la experiencia. Por ejemplo, la tapa del WC estaba suelta y la televisión no se podía sintonizar correctamente, el agua tardaba mucho en calentar y no salía con mucha presión ni muy caliente. Son pequeños aspectos que, con un poco más de cuidado, harían que la estancia fuera de 10.

• FLORENCE (10/5): Logement idéalement situé, proche de la piazza Venezia - Le logement est proche de la piazza venezia où se trouve le monument de Vittorio Emanuele II. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Rome, à pied, en bus ( L'arrêt n°5 des Hop on, hop off est à moins de 10 mn à pied de l'appartement) ou autre moyen de transport. Le logement très propre et confortable est situé dans une ruelle calme et de nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants sont à proximité. Nous remercions particulièrement les propriétaires pour leur précieuse aide, le dernier jour. Un balai et des torchons dans la cuisine seraient un plus.

• Ana Marie (9/5): - This review is long overdue, but I couldn’t go without sharing how great our stay was. The location is absolutely perfect — within walking distance to most major landmarks, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The place was clean, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was how accommodating and helpful the host was. He kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help after our travels. Throughout our stay, he was very responsive. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Really clean and easy to check in and out. Felt very secure. Only bathroom is an en suite meaning being woken up every night whenever anyone needed to go

Very easy to hail cabs if you don't want to use app services just on the main road and a mini supermarket is just round the corner. Walking distance to most some of the most iconic landmarks, such as Colosseum, Pantheon, Fontana Di Trevi and Via Del Corso.
