- BozoKujtim (6/5): - The place was secure cleand and comfy. We booked for three nights with no discount and when I ask the staff to clean the room they wanted extra 40 chf. I told them what if I booked the room separate for each night you still need to clean the room for the next guest. But they still didnt clean the room even they don brign the second day a clean towel. The communication with the staff was so poor and bad. I RECCOMAND THE HOTEL NEXT.DOOR FOR THE SAME.MONEY YOU HAVE NREAKFAST AND CLEAN THE ROOM. DONT RECOMMAMD THIS PLACE.

- Dijana (9/5): Pratique pour passer une nuit et s’en aller tôt le lendemain. - L’emplacement était bien (selon le lieu où je devais me rendre). L’autonomie et la facilité pour accéder aux chambres; check-in, parking, entrée du bâtiment. Le système par carte afin de prendre l’ascenseur. Nous avons dû payer le parking à prix plein et j’ai trouvé cela dommage, ça ne se vaut pas d’avoir des chambres bon marché et un parking presque au même prix pour la nuit .. j’avais loué 3 chambre et dans une d’entre elles il y avait une odeur de nourriture pourrie. L’odeur venait du micro-ondes à l’entrée. C’était un peu dérangeant mais supportable.

- Mirnes (1/5): - Trotz bestätigter Buchung war unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht vorbereitet. Das Bett war nicht gemacht und der Raum war offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. Nach einer langen Reise ist so etwas absolut inakzeptabel. Wir mussten warten, ohne klare Informationen oder Entschuldigung. Von einem Hotel erwarte ich deutlich mehr Professionalität und Organisation. Sehr enttäuschend.

- Antonio (4/5): Im Grossen und Ganzen angenehm - Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft ein gebrauchtes und sauberes Zimmer angetroffen mussten länger auf ein Neues warten welches dann auch nicht genügend mit Hygieneartikeln ausgestattet war. ZB Toilettenpapier, Handtücher. Ein unsauberes gebrauchtes Zimmer haben wir bereits zum zweiten Mal angetroffen eventuell könnte dies einmal von ihrem Personal überprüft werden.

Het inchecken lukte niet. Daarvoor had ik een creditcard nodig en die heb ik niet. Gelukkig wilde mijn vriendin voor ons instaan en heeft haar card gebruikt voor het afronden vd incheck.... gedoe dus. Zie bovenstaande

- Armir (1/5): - Ich habe ein zimmer reserviert und online eingecheckt. Als ich das zimmer betreten habe, war ein mann da am duschen. Ich weiss nich wie so ein Fehler passieren konnte, ich habe versucht das zimmer online zu wechseln, leider ohne erfolg! Habe es mehrmals telefonisch probiert und nachrichten geschrieben, es hat sich niemand gemeldet. Ich habe 101.- bezahlt, es war das zimmer 204

- dominik (3/5): - Das Zimmer war absolut dreckig und verstaubt. Der Teppichboden hat überall flecken. Der Gang war ebenfalls mit einem Teppichboden der total gestunken hat. Für diesen Preis lieber ein Hotel - wo ihr wenigstens ein Wasser im Zimmer habt.

- Herbert (5/5): Geht so - Unkompliziert beim check in mit der app Sehr geputzt wurde nicht vor dem check in. Die Toilette war nicht mal gespült vom vorherigen Mieter, also wird der rest auch nicht gerade sehr sauber geputzt worden sein. Habe dem Vermieter geschrieben wegen dem w-lan passwort, leider kam die Antwort erst eineinhalb Tage später. Sehr schlecht.
