• Barry (9/5): Top appartement op centrale locatie! - Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Appartement zeer schoon, modern, een hoog afwerkingsniveau, met hoge plafonds. Ook is er, in een centrale ruimte, een wasmachine en droger gratis te gebruiken. Locatie ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van het centrum. Wat ons betreft een aanrader! Bedden waren relatief hard.

The location was also very convenient, being centrally located. There was someone who would drill into the wall next to mine every single day at 7:00 AM. This was the case even on holidays and Saturdays.

La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: perfetta per visitare Praga comodamente, con tutte le principali attrazioni facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. L’ambiente è accogliente e curato, ideale sia per un soggiorno breve che più lungo. La struttura è grande e ben organizzata, con spazi ampi e tutti i servizi necessari per sentirsi a proprio agio: pulizia impeccabile, camere confortevoli e personale sempre disponibile e cordiale. Un’ottima scelta per chi cerca comodità, qualità e una base perfetta per esplorare la città. Consigliatissima!
• Laura (8/5): Fijn appartement - De appartement was groter dan ik dacht en erg comfortabel. Er was een goed koffie-apparaat. De badkamer was goed, met een fijne douche. De locatie was perfect. We konden lopen naar de oude stad. Het was wat gehorig. Onze kamer lag aan de drukke weg. Er lagen wel oordoppen voor ons klaar, maar alsnog hoorde je het verkeer. Parkeren was lastig, op straat kan sowieso haast nergens en de parkeergarages waren slecht aangegeven. Toen we eenmaal een garage hadden gevonden onder een hotel dichtbij, was het prima.

• Montaña (9/5): Un apartamento en Praga muy recomendable - Un apartamento muy bonito y acogedor en un edificio precioso La ubicación perfecta,muy cerca del Museo,el metro y el centro de la ciudad. Zona muy tranquila. Muy recomendable...100% Para que hagan la limpieza hay que solicitarla,no vale con poner la cartulina en la manilla de la puerta. Almohadas muy blandas, pero se pueden pedir otras más duras.
• El maño (8/5): es un sitio muy bien ubicado y muy amplio - El tamaño del apartamento es muy grande, las camas muy cómodas, el baño muy grande y la terraza muy amplia. Que para entrar en el apartamento tengas que subir una escalera de caracol (no especifican con antelación), la mesa/barra cocina para comer tiene sillas altas. Las almohadas no son cómodas. La terraza es muy grande pero no tiene nada de mobiliario, por lo tanto no se puede usar para nada, solo parcialmente para ver unas vistas bonitas al museo nacional, pero mal porque están rehabilitando el edificio de al lado, lo cual te encontrabas al abrir las cortinas al operario en el piso de arriba o en el tejado que daba justo a la terraza.

My only disappointment was that I had been granted a late check out at 1pm only to have cleaning staff knock on my door telling me check out was 11am. I was in the middle of doing some work which interrupted me. Please communicate with your staff to make them aware of this. This has happened to me before and it’s always disappointing.

Check in was - Spotlessly clean, lovely quiet area, everything you require for a fantastic stay. Check in seemless and very well directed. A little far from the Old Town for us, but only maybe 20 min walk. But this is not a reflection on the accommodation in any way, accommodation was faultless. Some lovely restaurants near by.

It is perfect if you want to be on walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pillows were huge. After the first night I had to remove it , as I was having neck pain.

It was our first time in Prague, we fell in love with the city and we’re definitely going to return. But we can’t picture returning to this amazing city without staying at Karl by Zeitraum. Everything was PREMIUM, we loved our room, we loved the location itself, it’s close to many amazing spots, plus the city centre, really there’s nothing anyone can want more.

• Helen (8/5): Fabulous place, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return - Great location for the gig we were attending at Lucerna Music Bar & an easy walk to Charles Bridge, the Astronomical Clock & Easter Markets. A bit further to the castle but for fit people used to walking it's extremely easy. Lovely apartment with comfortable bed, great facilities, lockers for luggage after checkout are brilliant. The staff were all lovely. A bit noisy, but what do you expect in a historic building in a city centre? I use a sleep mask with built in white noise sounds & didn't have any issues sleeping. They also provide ear plugs.

• Anna (5/5): Albergo con buone potenzialità ma da condurre meglio, non vale il rapporto qualità/prezzo - Arredamento molto moderno, tutti i comfort nella cucina (microonde, frigo) Wifi funziona molto bene Scomoda la stanza disposta su due livelli: il bagno è all'ingresso, insieme al soggiorno/cucina, mentre per la zona letto occorre salire le scalette interne per accedere alla stanza mansardata. Inoltre il letto era molto scomodo, i cuscini troppo grandi e scomodi. La parte mansardata era molto più calda già nel mese di aprile, con il calore si scalda moltissimo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un cuscino completamente macchiato in più punti, e lo sciacquone del bagno era completamente intasato. Inoltre ci è capitato di trovare l'ascensore guasto, ed essendo al quinto piano non è stato comodo. la posizione è comoda ma non eccezionale

I letti, sebbene uno fosse un divano letto, erano molto comodi. Tutto l’arredo era praticamente nuovo e completo di tutto. In più, al piano terra, un’ottima e utilissima zona dove lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out all’interno di armadietti con serratura

Prezzo abbordabile. Il check-in online non è un problema, le istruzioni sono adeguate ma per rivolgersi a qualcuno bisogna aspettare che in determinati orari giunga il personale in struttura (poche ore nel mattino), e non sempre le richieste vengono evase prontamente. Apertura doccia guasta, riparata il giorno dopo. Pochi asciugamani forniti e di misura ridotta, richiesti ma ottenuti due giorni dopo. Richiesto letto matrimoniale, forniti due letti singoli uniti.
