- Oliver (5/5): Es handelt sich eher um eine Arbeiter-Massenunterkunft und ist weniger zum Urlaub geeignet. - Es war immer gut geheizt und warm. Es ist nicht weit bis nach Landshut oder zur Autobahn. Es war kein Doppelbett vorhanden, sondern nur ein Einzelbett und eine Schlafcouch. Es gab keine nutzbaren Leselampen oder Ablagen neben dem Schlafplatz. Die Ausstattung war minimalistisch und wurde wohl längere Zeit nicht auf Vollständigkeit geprüft (zB 3 Kuchengabeln aber nur 1 Kaffelöffel, 3 Sektgläser aber nur 1 Weinglas, kein Korkenzieher etc.) Die Lichtschalter sind suboptimal positioniert. Für den Preis könnten die Wände mal einen neuen Anstrich vertragen und die fehlende Abdeckung im Bad ersetzt werden. Richtig ruhig war es auch nicht, weil die Schallübertragung vom Stahlgestell der Balkone für eine unangenehme Geräuschkulisse gesorgt hat.
- Ulrike (10/5): Einfach perfekt! - Ich war begeistert, ruhige Lage, top sauber, liebevoll ausgestattet, alles da. Gute Matratze, extra Kissen, Rollos an den Fenstern, lichtdichte Vorhänge, Seife, Handtücher in Bad und Küche, Teebeutel und sogar ein Kaffecup für den ersten Morgen. Toller Dachgarten, easy check in und out, ich komme sicher gerne wieder Batterie am Safe ist leer. (Nur eine winzige Kleinigkeit)

Schön Sauber Für die die einfach nur eine günstige und bequeme Übernachtungsgelegenheit suchen tip top. Die Kissen waren nicht gut.

- Bernd (9/5): - Das zweite Mal in Reiners Quartier und wieder sehr zufrieden! Geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtetes Apartment zum Wohlfühlen.
- René (9/5): Angenehmer, anonymer Aufenthalt in einem ruhigen Ort. - Die Lage war für uns super. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Zugang mittels Code hat tadellos funktioniert. Parkplätze unmittelbar am Gebäude. Wir hatten die Unterkunft für 3 Personen gebucht (Doppelbett + Schlafcouch), bis dahin alles super. Allerdings als Selbstversorger waren wir dann etwas überrascht, das es nur zwei Stühle am Küchentresen und einen Polsterstuhl am Schreibtisch gab. Auf der Terrasse auch nur 2 Stühle, so dass die dritte Person notgedrungen im Stehen gefrühstückt hat. Da sollte eine Lösung gefunden werden. Bei dieser Lage wäre auch eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder super.

- Karin (10/5): Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft - Angenehm war vor allem die kontaktlose Übergabe des Zimmerschlüssels da wir erst sehr spät ankamen. Das Zimmer war pikobello sauber, praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Hätten wir jetzt nicht erwartet für den Preis. Schade dass wir es nicht wirklich nutzen konnten da wir schon wieder sehr früh weg mussten.

- Sonja (9/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt, in Ruhiger Lage - Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür Zimmerverwaltung ohne Personal, mit Code bekommt man den Zimmerschlüssel Zimmer sauber und neuwertig ausgestattet Perfekt auch mit Hund, man kann direkt am Haus eine Gassi Runde laufen Hatten am Anfang Anlauf Schwierigkeiten - vielleicht gut hier die richtigen Kontakt zu hinterlegen. Es wurde aber als der Kontakt da war alles zur Zufriedenheit besprochen. Die Türen sind schwergängig und somit, wenn man nicht aufpasst, fallen sie sehr laut ins Schloss. Hört man dann durchs ganze Haus.

- Christian (9/5): SEHR gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, ohne dabei auf Komfort zu verzichten - Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Rückfrage wurde schnellstens und freundlich via WhatsApp beantwortet. Die Ausstattung ist gut, vermittelt ein angenehmes Gefühl, das Wlan ist schnell und stabil, ausgezeichnete Betten. Der Check-In ist unkompliziert, das Übergabesystem funktioniert problemlos. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl. Das Haus liegt direkt an der "Hauptstraße" des Ortes. Wenn Sie bei geöffnetem Fenster im Sommer schlafen wollen, hören Sie entsprechend jedes Auto. Auch die Beschallung durch die Nachbarn ist unvermeidbar, da der Schall jedes Wort weit trägt.

- Jiri (6/5): - Ubytování jsem navštívil již několikrát..vždy jsem byl spokojený..nabízí velmi slušně vybavené apartmány a klid na odpočinek..oceňuji parkování a jednoduchý proces přihlášení Bohužel se musím podělit o nepříjemnou zkušenost..v době mého pobytu nefungovalo dobře podlahové vytápění..a to v době velmi studeného počasí..na toto jsem upozornil a musím říct na adresu pronajímatele že mi nabídl jiný apartmán..vzhledem k tomu že byl již pozdní čas,jelikož jsem přijel večer a unavený, tak jsem toto nepřijal(což považuji za svou chybu) a domníval se,že to přijede na místo někdo opravit nebo spíše nastavit..bylo mi řečeno že byl kontaktován technik..nikdo mi už ani nezavolal ani nic neřešil..bohužel toto nepovažuji za vhodné chování k hostovi..

- Steffi (9/5): Sauber und ruhig gelegen - Wir haben extrem kurzfristig gebucht, weil wir nicht direkt teuer in Erding wg des Besuchs in der Therme nächtigen wollten. Der Besitzer kam fast parallel mit uns an nach telefonischem Kontakt hinsichtlich des Codes für das Türschloss zur nach hinten gelegenen Wohnung im Haus 4a. Er baute die Couch noch zum Schlafsofa für die Kids um und war sehr freundlich. Danke für alles. Es war alles top, nichts zu meckern. Vllt könnte man noch ein kleines Schneidemesser zum Besteck hinzufügen.

- Claudia (6/5): - Alles sehr neu und sauber. Self Check-in sehr gut erklärt. Das Superior Apartment im Erdgeschoss (Nr. 4) ist nicht für 4 Personen geeignet! In der Beschreibung des Superior Apartment wurde ein extra Schlafzimmer erwähnt. Es handelt sich jedoch um ein kleines Studio. Darin befindet sich eine Küchenzeile mit zwei Stühlen an einer Theke. Auf der Terasse befindet sich ebenfalls 2 Stühle an einem kleinen Tisch. Das eigentliche Bett ist zu schmal (ca. 1,20-1,40cm breit) und zu unbequem für zwei Personen. Das Schlafsofa sollte also immer ausgezogen werden. Dieses hat nur eine dünne Matratze und quietscht, ist aber für 2 Personen geeignet. Aufgrund der Bilder, der vielen positiven Kommentare und der Beschreibung sind wir von einem größeren Apartment ausgegangen.

Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage und die einfache Selbst-Check-in-Möglichkeit. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar bei Fragen. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! .Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit: Auf dem Teppich und dem Sofa waren einige Flecken, und das Besteck war nicht ganz sauber. Das sollte in Zukunft verbessert werden. Trotzdem habe ich mich wohlgefühlt und würde das Apartment weiterempfehlen!
