- Hristina (6/5): - The location is convenient, situated just a 3-minute walk from the tram (which is 2 stops from the U1 line to Messe and the Old Town) or a 10-minute walk directly to the U-Bahn station. Private backyard parking is available for €10/night upon reservation. This is highly recommended, as finding a spot on the street for free is nearly impossible—especially in the evenings if you arrive late, as we did. The room is far too small for two adults with luggage and cannot reasonably be classified as a "double." There is virtually no floor space; we actually had to keep one of the suitcases on the table just to create a path to the bed, which is only two steps from the door. The bed is pushed against the wall under a window, making it difficult for one person to get in or out. There is a strong, lingering smell of mold originating from the bathroom. The bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival, forcing us to use the sink in the room. Shower Facilities: The shower is tiny and only separated by a curtain. Because there is no floor drain, water floods the floor all the way to the door. My husband (1.87m, 100kg) cannot use this facility without causing a mess, and the single floor cloth provided was insufficient to soak up the water. The "kitchenette" is right next to the bed with no ventilation. Cooking is impossible as the smell lingers, and the table is unusable because it is required for luggage storage. It is impossible to fit a table and two chairs in the narrow gap between the door and the bed.

- Claudia (7/5): Buen lugar para una o dos noches - Buena ubicación, cerca de estaciones de metro y de la estación central de trenes. Hay cerca supermercados y lugares para comer. Se puede llegar caminando al centro de la ciudad. La parte de la cocina no estaba muy limpia, el paño de loza tenía manchas y cuando tomé una taza del estante esta estaba un poco pegada al mueble.

- Airin IL (8/5): Good comfortable apartment - I arrived in Nürnberg very late by train and had to catch an early flight the next morning. The apartment was perfect for this purpose, close to Hbf and easy and quick to get to the airport. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. I wasn't sure how safe the location was. Didn't have any issues at all, but didn't feel comfortable getting there in the very late hours of Friday night. Might be just my subjective feeling.

Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, unkompliziertes Self-Check-in. Zu viele, teilweise überflüssige Nachrichten vor der Anreise, die mich letztendlich etwas irritiert und dazu geführt hatten, dass ich einen Link anklickte, eine komische Seite öffnete und die Daten meiner Bankkarte eingab. Das Personal reagierte erst danach mit der Nachricht, dass es ihnen bekannt sei und dass es sich um Fishing und Betrug handeln könnte, weshalb ich die Karte sperren lassen musste. War sehr unangenehm. Apartment etwas zu dunkel, es kam wenig Tageslicht rein, und die Beleuchtung war nicht sehr gut. Der Tisch steht vor der Kommode, an die man kaum rankommt, wenn man die Kleidung aufhängen will - nicht sehr praktisch. Die Info auf der Arbeitsfläche mit der Aufforderung, die Küche so zu verlassen, wie man sie vorgefunden hat, raubte mir jede Lust an Kochen, und das ist eigentlich der Hauptgrund, warum ich für mich Apartments statt Hotelzimmer buche. Die Folgen solcher Aufforderungen sind auf den Fotos zu sehen: fleckige, schlecht gespülte Gläser und Tassen - verständlich, weil es nach einigen Tagen Nutzung ohne den Geschirrspüler kaum möglich ist, sie richtig sauber zu bekommen. Das hat mir den Aufenthalt ebenfalls versaut.

Materiałowa kotara pod prysznicem jest mało higieniczna, a liczne kartki z informacjami szczególnie o konieczności sprzątania i dodatkowych opłatach są zniechęcające. Dodatkowo brak miejsc parkingowych w godzinnych wieczornych zaparkowanie graniczyło z cudem.

- Mehmet (10/5): Parkplatz war nicht inbegriffen - Klein aber fein, perfekt wenn man was billiges und sauberes möchte. Parkplatz inbegriffen ist angegeben, aber dann doch 10 Euro verlangen, drausen war kein Parkplatz zu finden musste 15 min lang suchen.

Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder im Hof anschließen und die Innenstadt in 7 Minuten erreichen. Check in etc. war unkompliziert. Unser Standard Appartement war sehr klein aber für 4 Tage bei super Wetter war es in Ordnung.

- Daniela (6/5): - Die Einrichtung ist hübsch, das Zimmer OK groß und die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Man wurde proaktiv informiert. Check in hat gut funktioniert. Die Lage: man geht zwischen Siemens Werkhallen und einem Großparkplatz. Gerade im Dunkeln unangenehm. Die Luft in der Unterkunft ist schlecht. Vor Allem im Bad. Es riecht permanent nach Rauch und Mitteln um das zu überdecken. Das Bett ist extrem weich, habe leider schlecht geschlafen und Rückenschmerzen bekommen. Man bekommt sehr viele Infos und soll aber auch sehr viele Daten da lassen.
- Jana (7/5): Es war ganz gut - Es war gut erreichbar mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen direkt vor der Tür. Ausstattung war auch ganz gut. Das Bad war sehr beengt auf jeden Fall nicht für jeden was. Es war auch sehr hellhörig wurde frühs geweckt weil ich den Betrieb aus dem Flur ganz klar vernehmen konnte.

Its kitchen is comprehensively equipped with abundant cookware, cutlery, a kettle, and an espresso maker. The bathroom facilities are entirely satisfactory, and the heating system provides ample warmth. I recommend that the owner replaces the Teflon pan with a stainless steel alternative, which offers both health benefits and increased durability. Additionally, I suggest that the owner remove the tables and seats from the yard. On my last night, these were utilized by other residents who created disturbances that were clearly audible from my ground-floor apartment throughout the night.

- Huber (1/5): Winzige Zimmer, unpersönlich und kein Service = Note 6 - Die netten Gemälde im Flur. Das Zimmer und v.a. das Bad sind so klein, dass man sich darin kaum bewegen kann. Überall "schreien" einen dann auch vor Verbote an. Die Reinigung der Küche ist nicht im Preis inkl., genausowenig wie der Parkplatz. Hier wird aus allem Geld gemacht. Als ich mich über die verkalkte und nicht funktionierende Kaffeemaschine beschwerte, stellte man mir wieder eine nicht funktionierende hin. Der Aushang im Bad sprach von der tollen Wartung aller Geräte und der Reinigung durch ein lokales Reinigungsteam. Daily room service? Fehlanzeige. Rezeption? Fehlanzeige. Telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen. Mein Fazit: So macht man aus einem 15qm-Hinterhofzimmer, das man früher nur an Studierende für 150 Euro vermieteten konnte, eine kontaktlos funktionierende 1500 Euro-Goldgrube.
