Lucas, quien nos recibió, muy atento, nos ayudó mucho a organizar los lugares para recorrer, la limpieza muy buena, las instalaciones preciosas, un parque bellísimo, una decoración preciosa, un lugar que sin dudas volvería, quedamos muy conformes y pasamos unos bellos días. Tal vez, lo único que podría decir q no es muy cómodo para quien va con la idea de cocinar, es para realizar cosas bien simples, no hay horno.

• Maria Emilia (10/5): - La ubicación, el patio, los salones comunes. En la noche que llegue a las 2 am no salía agua caliente, apenas estaba tibia. Después de eso, avise y durante el horario diurno los dias posteriores no tuve mas inconvenientes, pero no esperaba que se agote el agua caliente por la noche.
• Yannic (9/5): Attraktives und charmantes kleines Hotel - Wunderbare Lage im Wald mit Blick auf die Berge. In der direkten Umgebung sind schöne Wanderungen und Spaziergänge möglich. Eine sehenswerte Holzkirche befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Park mit Sitzbänken, einem Grillplatz und einem Kinderspielplatz. Das Apartment war individuell eingerichtet mit allem, was es für die Selbstversorgung braucht. Das Hotel ist mit Liebe zum Detail und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Empfangsdame war freundlich, wenn auch die Zahlungsmodalitäten etwas kompliziert waren wegen der wirtschaftlichen Lage und der Schwäche des Peso Argentino. Die Einbauküche war etwas abgewohnt und schlechter als die übrige Ausstattung, der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber. Das Bad war extrem klein und die Dusche nicht benutzbar, ohne das halbe Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Leider liegt das Hotel ziemlich weit außerhalb, ist also eher was für Naturtouristen, Besucher der Stadt San Carlos de Bariloche müssen lange Fahrtzeiten einrechnen (und zwischen Argentiniern Auto zu fahren ist anstrengend!)

El lugar es precioso visualmente y está perfectamente ubicado. El establecimiento es cautivador, aunque es innegable que la edificación requiere algunas restauraciónes, los días de lluvia descubrimos goteras, la estufa del living no funcionaba y detalle no menor, alquilamos un departamento que tenia lavarropa y este nunca anduvo, aunque abro paréntesis, el establecimiento se hizo cargo de lavarnos la ropa cuando lo necesitamos

Nos cancelaron nuestro hospedaje así como nada con un mensaje informal por whatsapp diciéndonos que no nos iban a poder recibir, todo sin previo aviso el mismo día de entrada a minutos de hacer nuestro Check in a las 4 de la tarde. Nos arruinaron las vacaciones! Un desastre y 0 empatía y profesionalismo. Nuestra cancelación sin previo aviso! La informalidad, y el poco profesionalismo.

• David (9/5): - This is a beautiful small hotel with a lovely garden in a quiet area. Very handy location to the Puerto Pañuelo Cruise boat terminal. The staff are friendly and helpful. Possibly the nicest night of our month in South America. Nothing.
• Oglialoro (7/5): No guarda relación precio calidad - El jardín que en definitiva no pudimos disfrutar por lluvia pero tienen una sala con buenos sillones y linda decó. Muy silencioso. Buenas camas. Muy oscuro, sin ventanas al exterior desde la Sala. No había buenos utensilios en la cocina y eso nos frustró un poco. Se cortó la luz a la hora del almuerzo y a pesar de tener generador no lo prendieron y debimos salir a comer afuera. La Sala estaba totalmente a oscuras.

• Ximena Mariela (9/5): - El hotel es hermoso, lo más lindo es el parque, ideal para tomar unos mates o una copa de vino y relajarse en ese lugar. Si buscas tranquilidad y naturaleza la ubicación es perfecta, cerca del cerro Llao Llao, muchos puntos turísticos cerca del hotel, evitas el transito para volver al centro, hay varios restaurantes y bares bastante en la zona. Las habitaciones muy cómodas con linda vista desde la habitación. Los chicos de la recepción muy amables, nos dieron muchas recomendaciones y sugerencias. Lo único un poco oscura la cocina, ya que las ventana de la cocina da al pasillo, sin embargo no es algo relevante que afecte la estadía.

• Juan Cruz (1/5): Un lugar atendido por gente que no esta preparada para el turismo - El lugar esta bien, pero el servicio es pesimo, por no decir nulo. Solo te dan sabanas y toallas. No contas ni con papel higiénico. Se jactan de tener maquina de cafe y cosas para que desayunes en el cuarto, pero quien trae cafe cuando anda de viaje? Bueno, te dicen que deberias haberlo traido. Y no te ofrecen ninguna solución. Pesima atención de Lucas, no te da solución a ningun problema, y su “hotel” los posee todos. Dado que no te dan ningun tipo de servicio. Es una mentira la opción de rental de bicis, las outdoor activities que marcan en booking, nada es verdad.
• Georgina (9/5): Muy buena - El lugar es muy tranquilo, está alejado de todo y tiene un jardín ermoso. Considerando que está lejos de todo creo que podría estar un poco mejor equipada la cocina, no había ninguna sartén y muy pocos elementos para cocinar. Por otro lado si bien está todo super limpio el primer día me dieron una toalla con un agujero.

• OREOLA (6/5): No era lo que buscabamos 2 parejas - La parquizacion Las plantas El entorno Sabiendo que ibamos 4 adultos nos asignaron una habitacion de 2 ambientes ,( 1 solo dormi) con la incomodidad de que el unico baño estaba en el dormitorio en suite por lo cual 2 de los adultos debia ingresar al dormi de matrimonio para ir al baño. Cocina y estar oscuros sin ventilacion natural .
• SD (9/5): Lovely peaceful place to stay for a couple of days in the middle of cirquito chico - Lucas was a super friendly and helpful host, and the garden with this aparthotel is beautiful! Great location, close to a bus stop with a frequent bus (line 20) + a little supermarket + hotel llao llao + puerto pañuelo, and in a quiet peaceful zone. The apartment was warm and cozy and clean.

• Aleksandra (6/5): Тихий отель с красивым ландшафтным дизайном - Место невероятно красивое и тихое, ухоженный цветущий сад с газоном и настроениями Франции, вокруг сосновый лес и поют птицы, рядом озера с обеих сторон, деревянная церковь. Автобус в 2х минутах, выход на пешие маршруты в 10 минутах ходьбы. Отель внутри с очень красивым фотогеничным дизайном. Приветливый отзывчивый персонал. Нам разрешили заехать раньше и выехать позже. Единственное что мне не понравилось и это сильно испортило отдых - я совсем не смогла уснуть, потому что матрас был дико неудобный. Вдвоём вообще на нём невозможно было лежать, проваливаешься в центр. Но и одной у меня не получилось уснуть. Плюс в комнате окно на общий коридор и там горел свет ночью, для таких чувствительных людей как я, спать здесь будет сложно. И ещё хотелось бы чек аут в 12 вместо 10, потому что место очаровательное особенно утром и если вы всего на один день тут, то это недостаточно чтобы насладиться сполна. Хотя нам разрешили остаться на час дольше

Queríamos ficar longe da cidade, para curtirmos a beleza da região do Llao Llao e circuito Chico e como estávamos de carro isso não foi problema. O hotel é mais afastado, mas limpo e quartos são simples e espaçosos. A questão do pagamento é um pouco confusa . O Booking diz que taxas podem ser aplicadas mas não sabemos ao certo quanto será. Seria melhor saber certinho o que e quanto será pago antes de chegar. Sugiro já colocar o preço final, sem surpresas .

The apartment is well equipped and has everything you may need. There is ample parking and a bautiful garden to enjoy on a sunny day! Will definitely stay again!
• Cynthia (10/5): Definitely a nice apart hotel to return in the future. - Le Bouquet Apart is located 2 blocks away from Llao Llao Hotel and Puerto Pañuelo where you can take the boats to Isla Victoria and Bosque de Arrayanes. There are also some nice Beer houses in the area (10 minutes by car). If you are looking for a beautiful place in a quite area, this is the place to stay. We stayed in the Studio apartment which is comfortable for 3 people. It has a small kitchen, refrigerator and dining table, with basic things to cook and eat. The staff is really nice and gave us some tips for places to visit. Free parking is right outside the hotel. The bathroom is maybe too small and it has a tiny shower.
• Alexey (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location! Provably the best in Bariloche region. In walking distance there is National park with tracking routes, port, and other attractions. The hotel has beautiful garden with green lawn available for picnicking or just sun baths. The staff is very friendly. Marisol helped us to ask the taxi and once when there was no taxi just took her car to drive us to the Colonia Suiza. First day we left a little bit hungry as the breakfast consisted only from toasts and cake with tea, but shortly bought everything needed in nearby store and cooked ourselves in the kitchen in the room. We found Le Bouquet Hotel and the place such amazing that finally decided to spend here 10 days
