- Wu (6/5): is depends on what u looking for, always hv good and bad. - good location is the main reason. friendly staffs.Id cleaning can be better ( may be need to update), laundry need to work out more convenience for the guest. v noisy from the street in lower floor ( may need to work out the sound proof)
- Yeung (6/5): Overall it was a pleasant stay with plenty of space to work with. - Location, good connection, with underground station and bus station around. You can catch A11 to airport directly and A11 from the airport just stop in front of the entrance. There are plenty of restaurants around. Of course there aren't many shops in North Point but it is only two stops from Causeway Bay. Room was too dark as we were at the first floor. The room floor is dirty even though we had twice a week cleaning. The room can do with more electric sockets. Most of them in the living room is hidden within the cupboard.

- Arthur (8/5): Great stay - Comfortable bed. Quiet. Excellent location with markets and shops nearby. Friendly staff. Would certainly stay here again in the future. Main window is in the bedroom, so the livingroom is kind of dark, but with lights on it didn't bother me.
- won (8/5): Satisfy but could be more environmental friendly. - I had a pleasant one-month's stay and I like the helpfulness of the staff and convinence of location with many restaurants in the vicinity and close to shops and MTR station. I am disappointed with the disposal of rubbish as it does not have the separation of rubbish disposal. It would be more environmental friendly to allow the opening of window (for fresh air ventilation) and provide a fan to save energy.

The room and storage are spacious; the hot water come out quickly...everything is well-functioned and the staff are willing to help and solve the issue for guests. I enjoy the stay very much! the cleanness can be improved if looking in more details. such as the material of floor seems not easy to maintain thus seems not very clean. Also the basin is very small and easily spread out water when washing dishes.

Would love to stay again next time. Just lack of natural light in the room. You’ve got to switch on all the lights all the time.
