La femme de chambre est très souriante. Proposition de taxi pour venir nous chercher à l’aéroport. Propriétaire très réactif par message Toute la communication s’est faite par message avec le propriétaire. Nous aurions bien aimé le croiser mais sur 2 jours, nous ne l’avons pas vu. L’unique sortie se fait par un petit ascenseur qui amène directement de la rue à l’étage sans autre porte. Je n’ai pas vu de sortie de secours. Mais peut être en existe t’il une?!

Quality appliances and an excellent shower. Nice touch having free bottled water, coffee and tea. Konstantinos was very helpful and friendly, as were the ladies on site. And an amazing luxury having a private pool in the room! The location was also great being only a short walk into the centre of Athens. Highly recommend! Nothing.

Konstantinos iat sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert sofort auf WhatsApp. Es gab Tee und Kapselkaffee und einen schönen kleinen Balkon. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht die schönste gibt ein mulmiges Gefühl, wir waren deswegen spät am Abend nicht mehr draußen. Aber ein U-Bahn ist ganz in det Nähe, hat gute Verbindung zum lebendigeren Stadtteilen. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, was ein allgemeines Problem in Athen ist, und vorallem keine Regeln zur Nachtruhe für unachtsame Touristen die um 2Uhr nachts kommen und gehen ohne nachsicht für andere die auch schlafen wollen

- Catherine (10/5): Absolute gem in Athens with space and fun extras! - We loved this place! Worked well for our three children - two bedrooms downstairs and fun extras (arcade game, foosball). The owner could not have been kinder, helping arrange a taxi and storing our bags. We were the first guests of the season so there were a few slight issues, all resolved quickly and easily. The area is a short walk (15 mins) from the centre.

- Stelios (10/5): It is a modern hotel located right in front of a beautiful park with trees in the center of Athens. It is just a few met - I stayed in a very beautiful space, thoughtfully designed with great taste and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The bathrooms were also very nice, modern, and well-maintained, adding to the overall excellent experience. I didn’t find anything negative during my stay. Everything met my expectations and contributed to a very pleasant experience.

- Alain (8/5): Très bon séjour de 4 nuits. - L’appartement pour lequel nous avons opté est très spacieux et propre. La literie est très confortable. Les chambres sont grandes. Il bénéficie de deux salles de bains avec toilettes. L’établissement est situé à mois de 20 minutes à pied de Monastiraki. Le métro est à 7 minutes à pieds. Le chauffeur de taxis Spiros qui travaille en collaboration avec l’établissement est très gentil et très serviable. L’établissement est très sécurisé. Dans les salles de bains, les douches n’ont ni rideaux, ni bac, ni bordures de délimitation au sol. L’eau qui s’écoule de la douche envahit le sol. C’est un désagrément pour les utilisateurs suivants. La nuit, le parc situé à proximité peut parfois accueillir quelques vagabonds.

It is very compact but I liked it. It is safe. We left the room key for one complete day on the door but nobody touched it. The area ouside of the hotel is not good and clean. It has a very narrow pass ways inside of the hotel.

- Konstantina (10/5): Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και υπέροχο διαμέρισμα! - Καταρχάς πρέπει να πω ότι φτάσαμε στην Αθήνα με πολύ πρωινή πτήση και το προσωπικό έκανε τα δυνατά του να κάνουμε early check-in την ώρα που θα φτάναμε. Από αυτό και μόνο 5* για την εξυπηρέτηση. Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο και με ξεχωριστή διακόσμηση. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν τεράστια και οι 2 ντουζιέρες ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη! Το πάρκινγκ επίσης είναι ένα μεγάλο συν. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα στο κατάλυμα! Η τοποθεσία μόνο δεν μας ξετρέλανε, αλλά είναι οκ αν έχει κανείς αυτοκίνητο. Το πάρκινγκ είναι μεγάλη βοήθεια σε αυτή την τοποθεσία.

Apartment was lovely, lots of space. Staff were very helpful. We had asked Konstantinos to book us transport from the airport. Taxi driver was very nice, friendly and helpful. WiFi was not working when we arrived, this was resolved by resetting the router. However signal was not so good in the lower floor of the apartment.

- bogdanvoi (10/5): decent stay, good value for money - excellent communication with Konstantinos. we left the luggage in the lobby and left in the city until the room was ready. the beds are comfy and the furniture is nice the shower is in the room and is separated from the toilet. although the shower door was closed, the water was coming to the floor. the area is calm but there are homeless people in the park that are not making problems. all the fences in the surrounding are wired like in the conflict zones. that frightened me a bit but thanks God, nothing bad happened.

- Louis (9/5): Un séjour au goût d'aventure avec tout le confort, la découverte et l'inattendu nécessaires - La chambre 202 possède une petite terrasse et surtout une mezzanine portée par une structure métallique. Elle intègre un grand filet qui permet de s'allonger et de voir le parc en contre-bas à travers une fenêtre qui remplace la paroi. L'arrangement de la chambre, les équipements à disposition et l'équilibre entre style contemporain et une certaine épure rendent le lieu unique, spécial et attachant. Athènes est connue pour son trafic bruyant et quasi permanent. Les fenêtres isolaient correctement des sons extérieurs mais on continuait toutefois à les entendre.

- Dominik (5/5): Moderne Apartment in schlechter Gegend - Moderne Apartments. Aufmerksame Gastgeber - wenn auch nur per WhatsApp. Ausstattung der Zimmer ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Gegend um das Apartment ist eine Katastrophe - Junkies, runtergekommene Häuser etc. Man füllt sich auf dem Weg zur Stadt nicht sicher und schaut sich ständig über die Schulter - alleine deshalb leider keine Empfehlung.

Auch die Lage war gut, fußläufig (7-10 Min), waren Restaurants, Cafés und auch eine Metrostation. Der Zugang mit PIN Code bot viel Flexibilität. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, was wir aber gut fanden, um dem Trubel zu entkommen. Tolle Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip! Wasser, Tee und Kaffee umsonst!

- Christian (10/5): Eine rundum großartige Unterkunft. - Es war sehr geräumig. Sogar eine Fitnessmöglichkeit war vorhanden. Ein großer aussenbereich mit Terrasse. Es war nichts zu beanstanden.
