L'appartamento è veramente grande e vicinissimo all'aeroporto, molto comodo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la comunicazione con i proprietari è stata perfetta, molto disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Qualche asciugamano in più servirebbe. Ma se chiedete li portano senza problemi.

• Kit Ann (10/5): I am very happy with the stay, and Sheraton Ocean 401 will be my top choice if I am back to Cairo ag - I am very impressed with the hassle free and well guided check-in process. The host greeted us promptly at the entrance and helped us with our luggage to our unit. We were also given a quick introduction to the apartment, and provided with all essential information such as emergency contacts as well as nearby food delivery services. The host was very courteous and ready to help us with anything we requested, such as arranging for cab to airport in the very early morning. Nothing.

Would stay again if we are ever in Cairo. - We booked this because of proximity to the airport on as we had an early outbound flight out of Cairo. We were expecting a basic but decent room to spend half a day and pass the night but it was a well furnished 2 bedroom apartment with everything we needed and more. Its a shame we couldn't spend more time there as we had to fly out the next day. Nothing. We had no issues whatsoever. Eslam (I believe that was his name)was very pleasant and helpful.

• Yacine (5/5): Disappointing - Location I recently stayed at this accompdation but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. Here are some of the issues we encountered: - *Damaged Furniture:* Upon arrival, we noticed that several pieces of furniture were broken or damaged, which was not mentioned in the listing. This was quite disappointing and made the space feel neglected. - *Late Check-in:* We arrived at the scheduled check-in time, but due to poor communication from the host, we had to wait for a couple of hours before getting the keys. This was inconvenient and stressful. - *WiFi Issues:* The WiFi was not working properly, which was a major problem for us since we needed a stable internet connection for work. We tried to troubleshoot, but the issue persisted throughout our stay. - *Inadequate Service:* We were surprised to find that there were no towels provided in the apartment, which is a basic amenity that should be included. We had to request them multiple times, and even then, they were not delivered promptly. Overall, our stay was marred by these issues, and we felt that the host did not take our concerns seriously. Given the state of the apartment and the poor service, I would not recommend this Airbnb to others. Hopefully, the host will take our feedback constructively and make necessary improvements.

• Valerie (8/5): Convenient location but it as not possible to get the appartment we had rented - Good location if you want to be closed to the airport. Clean and quiet comfortable We did not get the appartment we had booked as very often in Egypt. We were supposed to get 120 m2 with two bedrooms with large double bed, one large living room with dining table, a large fully equipped kitchen and two nice bathrooms according to pictures. At the beginning we only had a much smaller appartment with 1 two twin beds bedroom and another twin beds in the living room, no dining table, just a kitchenette in the entrance hall. We then changed to a bigger appartment, with bigger kitchen and living room, two separate bedrooms but still only twin beds and only one bathroom that was not nice, all much smaller and less comfortable than expected and described by the pictures. Pay attention with bookings in Egypt as what you get never corresponds to the pictures and is always expensive for what you get in reality.

• Tyler (4/5): Nice place, extremely strange check in process that gave off questionable vibes - Nice, new apartment complex The check in process was the strangest I've ever experienced having travelled to dozens of countries. Got told by the security guard to go inside and check in at the desk, the desk told us to go back outside to security. Security then went and found another guy who was unable to find our booking. Despite this he then insisted on taking our passports (we assumed for copying them, but that was never communicated to us). I would say it was just a language barrier issue, but the whole process seemed quite sketchy. Eventually, he called someone and they found our booking. Towels were quite dirty.

I really needed wifi during my stay. I'd stayed here once previously and the connection was excellent. However this time the wifi wasn't working. I contacted the manager several times about this issue but it was never fixed, with my last messages going unanswered. I was then informed by a very polite and helpful staff member that someone had come to fix the router but I wasn't there to let them in. I told them that nobody had informed me that someone was coming and that I should be in the apartment at a certain time. I never got a wifi connection or a reply from the manager.

View is not great (constructions) but is a very nice place. Air conditioner is very loud, impossible to sleep with it on, we turned it off in order to sleep.

Check-in was a bit unusual, I believe due to reconstruction on the first floor. WiFi was pretty often off for a few seconds. Pool excess is for additional fee, not a big amount but it would be better to know about it before booking. These negs were not critical, so overall it was a nice stay and I would recommend.

• Brad (4/5): Nice apartment, not such nice staff. - The apartment itself was great. It was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The staff wasn't friendly at all when we arrived. They didn't speak English and hurried us. All they could say to us was: passport, passport! We didn't understand what was going on and didn't get any explanation. The property staff didn't want us to enter through the reception area, we had to walk around and take the back door. We unfortunately didn't feel welcome. The swimming pool in the pictures is available, but costs a whopping 13 dollars per person to use. This is not mentioned on the page anywhere. Neither is it mentioned that the available housekeeping costs 15 dollars.

This happened at 12.30 am(late night) I called police and then they tried to convince me to see another apartment and decide. I refused and got my refund. Pathetic people and service.

When we arrived there was no water and I didn’t get a response from the owner as to why so we didn’t know what was happening. The water was back on by morning but then there was only one towel and 3 people but that was quickly rectified. The property offers nothing, no tea or coffee, no washing powder or washing up liquid, none of the basics.

• Alaadin (1/5): Bad - I didn't like anything... so bad, fraud I didn't like anything about the accommodation I booked. I didn't go because when I made the booking, I understood from your website that it belonged to the Sheraton chain. However, when I arrived in Cairo, I found out that the reservation was made for an apartment that was not related to any Sheraton hotel. I trusted Booking.com, but unfortunately, this experience turned out to be very bad. I also requested a refund, but nothing has happened so far.

The balcony view was shocking considering it was a construction site, communication with the owner was wierd, no ATM onsite therefor we had to walk down the road to withdraw money to pay for the shuttle they provided us. They wanted us to pay in USD but we are not americans so they seemed upset we paid in EGP. The service provided by the owner. Unorganised planning from owners end constantly messaging when we thought everything had already been arranged.
