• Therese (7/5): Great accommodation at an incredibly cheap price! - The customer service is impeccable! All the staff were very nice and concerned that I had a good time. After problems with breakfast one morning, they were very humble. The whole family was there cleaning and fixing so that the hotel was clean and tidy at all times. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was otherwise clean and tidy upon arrival! Amazing and direct view of the pyramids. The breakfast was simple, but did the trick. The price jumped up a bit at check-in due to even more taxes, but the price is still incredibly low, so it was worth it anyway The toilet was not private but shared, and the shower was incredibly difficult to regulate the heat, I stayed there for a week and still couldn't get it to work 😅 The wifi didn't work in the room I stayed in. I missed having a chest of drawers, shelf or cupboard to put clothes and belongings on

• Francisca (4/5): Mucho que mejorar, sólo rescato vista y a algunos personas del servicio - Las mujeres del servicio de desayuno eran muy amables y preocupadas. La chica de la recepcion amablemente hacia lo mejor que podia. Se notaba que todas hacian su trabajo lo hacian con cariño La hatacion a la que llegue era ciega, la habitacion que me ofrecieron en cambio tenia balcon y baño privado. Como era tarde en la noche acepte el cambio y el pago extra. Lo amargo fue darme cuenta que con lo que me cobraron extra podria haber pagado un hotel de 3 estrellas. Al llegar tan agotada, recien a la tarde del dia siguiente pude mirar con detencion, en el baño habia problemas de escurrimiento del agua formando una poza constante entre el WC y la ducha, lo cual tenia con mucha humedad un muro del dormitorio que humedecia a la cama que se atracaba contra el. La ventana no se cerraba correctamente por lo que entraba ruido al no ajustarse correctamente los sellos. No funcionaba la TV en todo el edificio. Aire Acondicionado sin control por lo que no se podia encender. No contaban con secador de pelo.
• Kana (4/5): - 親切にしてくれるスタッフもいる。日本語を少し話す男性スタッフとスペイン語を話す女性スタッフは快適に過ごせるよう尽くしてくれた。 ・設備は古いがきちんと掃除はされていると思う。 ・二重請求された。予約時にカードで支払っていたが、できていないと言われチェックイン時に現金でも支払ってしまった。後日カード履歴を確認したら引き落とされていた。 ・10時にアーリーチェクインできるプランで予約したが、部屋に入れるのは13時からだと言われた。 ・朝着いたためチェックイン前に荷物を置かせてくれるよう頼んだら、おじさんのスタッフに置ける場所がないからと荷物を置くための部屋料金を50ドル請求された。別の女性スタッフに依頼したらあっさりロビーに無料で置かせてくれた。

• Adèle (2/5): Réveillon décembre 2025 - Le rooftop offre une super vue sur les pyramides, l'hôtel est bien placé sans pour autant être dans le bruit de la ville. Nous avons réservé une chambre avec lit double et salle de bain privée et vue sur les pyramides sur booking. La première nuit nous avons été satisfaits, puis nous sommes partis en excursion en réservant et payant d'avance 2 nuits supplémentaires pour notre retour d'excursion. Nous avons été surpris de nous retrouver dans une chambre avec 2 lits simples et pas de salle de bain, ni de fenêtre, à notre retour. La salle de bain commune n'offrait pas de pression d'eau, et était dans un état limite. Le personnel n'a rien voulu savoir, on avait déjà payé et on n'a eu aucune compensation, à peine un "désolé". Sans compter les coupures de courant à répétition, peut être exceptionnelles mais qui ont fini de gâcher notre séjour dans cet hôtel. C'est dommage !

• Daira (1/5): - el personal muy amable, recepción etc buena ubicacion, esta un poco lejos del museo pero lo demas bien en la habitscion estaba mas frio que afuera no tienen caldera ni calefacción ni aire no hay ventana nada solo es un 2x2 el baño es afuera compartido no tenia agua el hinodoro las cams eran incomodas y se sentian los resortes no pudimos pasarla noche ahi por lo que nos fuimos de la estadia a las 2am
• Preethi (1/5): No electricity!! Not even a partial refund! Horrible to say the least. No accountability as a business! - I was welcomed with great hospitality 1. Firstly my room was $5.15, but he instead collected $8 plus - which is NOT OK. The private bathroom is way away from your room for a $8 room that was booked 3 months in advance by the way!!! 2. I had told the owner that I was at the hotel to shower , charge my things and leave for the bus that I had to catch from Cairo. I checked in at 4 pm. I showered and went out to eat something and came back to my room, and the lights went off, no electricity in the entire hotel. I waited patiently in my room for almost 20 minutes - nobody came up and o inform anything . I went down to the reception and asked and the owner said the lights would be back. In 5 minutes. This went on until 8:35pm when I decided to get out of the hotel to the reception to check out because my purpose of paying for an entire day even though I was only using it for a few hours was to charge things. But the owner refused to refund me partially even and got aggressive with me saying it’s not his problem and that I had to speak to the electricity company of Giza 😳 the lights came back at that exact moment - but I had a bus to catch at 10 - so I preferred to get a coffee outside and charge my phone from another restaurant. Horrible to say the least!

• Daivd (1/5): Did not receive the required services. - The bathroom lock was broken, and I accidentally locked myself inside the bathroom. Fortunately, the front desk is downstairs, so it was easy to get help. The window screen was damaged and looked like it was about to fall onto the street, so I moved it into the room. These two issues are problems that can reasonably occur in the operation of a hotel and are understandable. Previously, I discussed with the hotel the possibility of a long-term stay rate. However, when I checked in, the front desk charged a higher fee and moved me to a room with a private bathroom. Since I intended to stay long-term, price was my main concern, and moreover, the bathroom cannot be properly sealed, making it very cold to shower during winter. I also only discovered after checking in that the Wi-Fi is available only at the front desk. I walked throughout the entire hotel; although there was a signal, there was no internet access and no data could load. To get online, I sometimes had to sit at the front desk all day. These two issues are my biggest concerns. My original plan was completely disrupted, forcing me to spend time finding another place to stay and increasing my expenses.

• Ichi.filo (9/5): Anubis for the best - I stayed at Anubis Hotel and overall had an OK stay. First of all, Adam is the best.... very helpful, friendly, and funny. He really made my visit easier. I liked the location, and I even met new friends at the hotel café. I understand the hotel is new and still needs some development and fixing, but aside from that, it was a decent experience. Cons / Things to Improve: The washroom needs fixing. A bidet would be a great addition. Most parts of the CR need upgrades or replacement. The door lock needs to be changed.

Le changement de nom de l'hôtel sans avoir été averti par Booking. Des frais importants et beaucoup de stress. Je regrette beaucoup d'avoir réservé avec Booking.

• Hasan (1/5): Bad - The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Just a walking distance from the pyramids. Never trust the boss, he always tries to sell you something and gives different prices to everyone like in all of Egypt. I cancelled a tour after buying it and he didn't give me my money back.

• Vera (10/5): Pyramids view from my bed - You can enjoy view of pyramids in fresh white sheets from your big bed. Breakfast on rooftop terrace was even better. Stuff young and friendly. Don’t expect any luxury from entrance to bathroom cuz area itself is like that but stuff keeps it really clean

• Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great with views of the pyramids , just great . My high rating reflects the low price of the accommodation . The area is old Cairo with beggars and street sellers that can hastle you a little , this can be quite daunting for some people but I loved it .It was like going back hundreds of years , more camels and horses then cars and very close to the entrance to the pyramids . I believe the area to be safe . Ali the manager of the hotel was great , he was very helpful and informative 👍😀 My room was very clean and comfortable but it was fantastic to eat breakfast (basic) with a view of the Sphinx and pyramids . The hotel is an old building but I found it full of character .There is a kfc and pizza place in the same building very close and it's cheap . Anyway thank you Ali N/A

• Olha (4/5): The view not worth staying there, but if u like risks .. maybe yolk be lucky one - The pyramids view, quite new bed. The district itself , the hotel is under construction, absence of breakfast, I didn’t receive the room I booked , the booking isn’t working on reception, I paid more than I should, no receipt is providing, the closet is broken , not quiet at night.
