They said that we would have to pay extra for another bed but they didn’t have anything available. The breakfast wasn’t appealing or even edible. Altogether it was a bad choice!

The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping team particularly Sujita and Diksheet, did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and well-maintained. I would also like to extend special thanks to the concierge team, especially Mr. Mohamed Sharif. He was truly wonderful, exceptionally helpful, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with anything I needed. His kindness and professionalism made a real difference in my experience, and I’m truly grateful for his outstanding service. I would highly recommend Suha Creek Hotel Apartment to everyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

• DR AHMED KALEBI (9/5): Relaxing stay at Suha - Suha's biggest plus is their staff. From Karim at the reception desk, with Mr. SIB dealing with our many luggages, as we were 11 people coming from Umrah, with 11 boxes of Zamzam water.... Pooja at the restaurant serving with a smile, and ensuring comfort for all of us, was refreshing. The food was Ok, it wasn't an overwhelming buffet... The rooms were very comfortable. Location was not far from Dubai mall just about a 15 minutes taxi ride... Overall, we had a relaxing stay at Suha and God willing, planing to come back for a longer stay. Found the water pressure in the washrooms low.

The hotel was clean - the rooms comfortable and facilities good. They could do with having an indoor guest lounge area - that is lacking.

We switched it off but it made no difference. We slept with some of our clothes on. I have never experienced this and I stay at hotels all the time....

Każdego dnia po sprzątaniu czegoś brakuje w apartamencie: papieru toaletowego, ręcznika do nóg, ręcznika kąpielowego dla trzeciej osoby, żelu pod prysznic. 2. Nie ma możliwości zwiększyć temperatury w apartamencie, gdy jest chłodno (mimo indywidualnie sterowanej klimatyzacji). 3. Gdy przyjdziesz późno na śniadanie to brakuje stolików. 4. Choć jest przełącznik gazu (działa jak gniazdko na ścianie), to i tak są pozakręcane zawory i żeby korzystać z piekarnika/ płyty kuchennej musisz dzwonić po obsługę, żeby ktoś przyszedł i odkręcił odpowiedni zawór. 5. Musieliśmy długo tłumaczyć obsłudze, że potrzebujemy poszewki na koc do spania dla trzeciej osoby. 6. W jednej łazience jest ciepła woda; w drugiej łazience i kuchni nie ma. Kran źle przykręcony w zlewie. Zbyt mała ilość talerzy i szklanek. 7. Budowa dookoła.

Have a gym and sauna (but I couldn't check its work) Very noisy, especially on the 8th floor because of the swimming pool as I think. And also because of the road. Some things in the room were broken. They were minor things. But it's not according to this level. And they have only one queen bed in each room. So it might be uncomfortable to live here with children order 3 years.
