• Katja (3/5): - Die Lage ist wirklich super, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu erreichen Das Zimmer war schlecht gereinigt, das Bad sehr schmutzig. Von 8 Steckdosen haben nur 2 funktioniert. Das Zimmer hat leider extrem nach Schimmel gerochen. Kontaktaufnahme zur Unterkunft hat keine Reaktion erbracht, Mängel wurden nicht behoben.

Habitación espaciosa (cogimos con baño privado) y cama cómoda. Recomendado. Hacía algo de frío a la llegada porque no estaba puesta la calefacción. Mientras que a nuestra llegada estaba puesta.

• Hannah (3/5): Hôtel acceptable tant que vous n'y restez pas. - L'emplacement géographique près du métro permet de circuler facilement dans Londres. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique. L'hôtel en lui même est médiocre mais ses prix sont abordables. Le nettoyage n'est pas quotidien. Il n'y a aucune isolation sonore. Les salles de bains communes ne sont pas nettoyées chaque jour. Il n'y a pas de tapis dans la salle de bain pour sortir de la douche ce qui rend le sol glissant. La vitrine de la douche glisse constamment et se cogne contre les toilettes. Lorsque la chasse d'eau est tirée de l'eau ressort dans la baignoire. L'eau de la douche est soit brûlante soit glaciale et elle assèche la peau. Le matelas du lit est inconfortable. Le lit est trop court, nos pieds étaient suspendus en l'air.

There is a washing machine that is free and a dryer for which you have to pay a few pounds totally worth it cause you get clean clothes without looking for a laundry shop. Everything was great!

Pulita e accogliente Essendo stata più volte a londra so che le scale strette e ripide, quasi a chiocciola, sono frequenti ma probabilmente andrebbe specificato meglio se una camera si trova al 3 piano con questo tipo di scale.

• Laura (7/5): - La posizione è veramente comodissima, vicina a Liverpool Street, a 1.4 km dalla tower of London. Considerando la posizione centrale, il prezzo è adeguato. Noi abbiamo prenotato una camera con bagno privato, abbastanza spaziosa e rimodernata. Il sistema di check-in non funziona, ti danno la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli a partire dalle 10 di mattina, ma noi siamo riusciti ad entrare nella struttura solo perché abbiamo incrociato degli ospiti che stavano uscendo, abbiamo ripetutamente citofonato senza ricevere risposta e non avevamo alcun codice per entrare. La stessa cosa ci è capitata quando siamo tornati a recuperare i bagagli il giorno della partenza. Sarebbe molto più comodo un self check-in a questo punto.

• Tommaso (5/5): Buona location ma necessità di rinnovamento. - Location molto strategica, si arriva subito da Liverpool Street Station e la strada dell’hotel era silenziosa. La cucina in comune ci ha permesso di poter lasciare nel frigorifero la nostra colazione e permetteva di cucinare se non volevamo spendere. Struttura molto vecchia, si sentiva tutta la conversazione degli ospiti accanto e anche del bagno. Bagni senza bidet e senza buona illuminazione. Sia il pavimento della stanza che la vasca del bagno erano inclinati, e il vetro della vasca si muoveva quindi non potevi aggrapparti a niente, molto pericoloso. Non c’era spazio per lasciare i vestiti puliti apparte il vater. I riscaldamenti sono stati spenti per i 3 giorni che siamo stati lì, la tv non funzionava e l’ultima sera è cascato un pezzettino di legno del letto sotto il materasso. In generale era tutto un po scomodo apparte la location.

• Benedetta (5/5): - La camera era carina e pulita L’hotel è in una zona comoda per i mezzi ma purtroppo la via in cui si trova è una via molto brutta e desolata, non sembrava neanche troppo sicura. Nonostante fossimo in pieno centro sembrava di essere in periferia. Per quanto riguarda la camera il materasso e i cuscini erano molto scomodi e il ovviamente anche il bagno in comune con le altre camere è stato molto limitante.

• Emma (5/5): - Hacia mucha calor y la habitación cuando llegamos estaba entera empañada.Solo teníamos un pequeño ventilador. Una noche tuvimos que dormir en el suelo de la calor. Ademas la ducha solo funcionaba o muy fría o muy caliente. Teníamos que estar cambiando constantemente de un lado hacia otro para poder ducharnos.

• Maria (7/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt für Kurztrip nach London - Die Unterkunft war für Lage und Preis gut. Fußläufig sind viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sowie U-Bahn Stationen/Bus. Liegt aber in einer kleinen Gasse, weshalb die direkte Umgebung etwas unschön wirken kann, hat für uns aber kein negatives Licht auf die Unterkunft geworfen. Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen und es war eine recht Laute Umgebung. Personal war eher selten anzutreffen, aber das stellte kein großes Problem da, da Check-in und Check-out trotzdem gut waren.

Prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding was super. Goedhoop hotel, maar nette faciliteiten en prima kamers. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens verblijven voor een weekendje! De accomodatie was wat gedateerd, maar verder wel schoon en hygienisch.

• Gwen N' (1/5): To be avoided - The location Do not book this rental if you are looking for a restful stay. The description and photos are misleading. This is a dilapidated hostel. It is noisy: you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms and the street (no double glazing). The owner is polite and makes you believe he is looking for solutions, but we had to leave and find another place to stay because it was impossible to sleep. We asked for a refund, but he does not respond to calls from Booking.com. In short, a very bad experience for us.

• LAY LING (7/5): I stayed for 17 nights. Generally okay. The staff is nice and helpful. As my room is on the top floor, 3rd storey, Mr La - Abt 15 mins walk to Liverpool St Stn and 10 mins walk to Aldgate East Stn. Closed to Brick Lane, Petticoat Lane. Very basic room amenities. No shower gel, no room tea-making facilities. No cups in room. There is a shared kitchen with amenities, depending on which floor your room is, you either climb up the stairs or down to reach it. Similar for shared toilets. Shared toilets have basic amenities. My room has ensuite toilet with basic amenities so I don’t have the inconvenience of a shared toilet. Stairs are narrow and steep, it’ll be a challenge if you need to carry suitcase up.

Wi-Fi ok Quarto limpo Cozinha muito suja, paredes respingadas, lixeira toda melada. O microondas estava imundo ( enviei mensagem sobre isso e rapidamente SUBSTITUÍRAM o mesmo 😳 ). As louças e panelas estavam desgastadas. Os banheiros estavam mal cuidados, cordinhas encardidas para acender as luzes. As cortinas estavam imundas tbm. Me prece que só tem uma pessoa para limpar os três pavimentos. Eu não voltaria a me hospedar lá.

• Mook (8/5): Tiny room, reasonable price, good location, nice staff, enough facilities (shared not private) - I like the location; it's very close to Liverpool Street tube station. I can go by tube or take the coach. The area is walkable and surrounded by restaurants, clothing shops, cafes, etc., which is pretty nice. On my last day, the whole street in front of Monopoly was filled with street food as well. I didn't try any due to my tight availability but when I walked pass, they all looked so good, and it gave a very lively environment to be honest. Staff (Lahiru) is nice, friendly, and very professionally helpful. The room is a bit too small for me, the window has no lock at all, and the door is locked by the code only (no chain or manual lock that I can put on inside and the staff also knows the code to my room) which made me a bit uncomfortable and insecure. Nonetheless, nothing bad happens and the staff is very professional and helpful, and I think the room is reasonably align with the price I paid, so technically I can't complain.

• Vicky (1/5): - Area felt very unsafe. Only place open, everything else boarded up. Staff member was friendly. Room was sparse and not comfortable. No key, just code on door. The code was left on inside of the door and looked like it had been there along time. As single traveller this felt unsafe and I left.
• LAY LING (8/5): Had a please stay. - Close to Liverpool Street Stn., Aldgate East Stn., about 10-15 mins walk away. Close to Brick Lane where lots of activities are happening. Many F&Bs, restaurants (western & Asian) are at door step. Room is clean. The bed is comfortable. On the 3rd floor which is quite a challenge when carrying suitcase. But guess no choice as such is the type of apartments built in that manner.

• LAY LING (7/5): Quite a pleasant stay. - Surrounding neighborhoods is vibrant. It is smack on Petticoat Lane. Many eateries- Asian and Western. Spitalfields market, Brick Lane, Liverpool St Stn, WhiteChapel Stn are abt 15 mins walk away. Although in a vibrant area, it is not noisy at night. Location is ideal. My room is on the third floor. Quite tough when you’re lugging a suitcase. Stairs are narrow and steep. But then most London’s apartments are like that, without lifts. The shower hot water needs a bit of a guessing game to get it right. The room was cold, heater is central-controlled, hence got to tolerate it for a while before it was turned on.

• Norina (5/5): - Der Check in hat gut und schnell funktioniert. Und die Lage war sehr gut und wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Leider hat meine Freundin ihr Ladegerät in der Unterkunft vergessen; auf Nachfrage ob man uns dieses schicken kann haben wir bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Was eklig war, es lag eine tote Ratte auf dem Vordach auf welches man vom Zimmerfenster aus blicken konnte.
• Jéssica Maria (4/5): - The location is really excellent and good staff. Despite the excellent location, the price for the room is not worth it. The room is small, and there is no soundproofing on the windows, so if your room is close to the street, it becomes difficult to rest properly. The shared bathrooms are okay, but they only have a liquid soap for hands located at the sink, with no shower mat or extra rug to use when exiting the shower, which often left the bathroom completely wet after another guest used it. Items such as glasses, kettle, coffee, tea, or milk are not provided in the room, but I believe these were available in the shared kitchen. They also don’t provide any soap, shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner, so I recommend you bring your own. Overall, if you are looking for a place for one or two nights, it's okay. I don’t believe it’s a good option for couples due to the small room size, and it’s also not suitable for people seeking a bit more comfort. I would also add that due to the number of stairs and narrow corridors, it is not a good idea for people with mobility issues.

I liked that the manager gives tour for people and makes them familiar with all what they need for the stay Just street a little bit noisy if you want to study or something like that, otherwise everything was great
• Bryan (4/5): Cheap and central, but next time we’ll pick someplace else. - The location was good. Close to lots of food and drink options. Underground station wasn’t far away. Price. It was cheaper than most in the area. The doors didn’t lock from the inside. The only thing keeping them closed was the little combination key pad. No deadbolt to secure the door when in the room. Anyone with the key code could access at anytime. The entire place smelled like dirty feet the entire time. The point that it was uncomfortable. Not sure if it had to do with the rain or what. But it was very smelly inside. Like very moldy socks. The shared bathroom was rough. Too many units per bathroom, the same dirty feet smell, everything was wet, and I have to partially fault the other guests because they certainly didn’t contribute to keeping the common areas clean.
