• Luis Miguel (6/5): with a few changes, this could be easily rated excelent. - The location is very good, and the manager was very responsive, even during the bank holiday when we experienced issues, which was very positive. The flat itself is excellent , spacious, well organised, and equipped with everything we needed and good and functional decoration. The check-in process was stress-free and very well arranged. Overall, it is a very good flat and we had a positive stay. The floor was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and the Wi-Fi instructions were unclear. We initially connected to one of the Wi-Fi networks listed in the pamphlet, but we were unable to receive emails or make WhatsApp calls. Because it was a bank holiday, it took quite a while to receive any technical support. When we finally received a response, we were told that we had been using the wrong Wi-Fi network. However, the welcome pamphlet did not specify this clearly. When I raised this issue, I was told that customers are “always informed” about the correct network, but not only did it take half of our stay to get a response, we were never informed about this at any point, even after escalating the issue. I later tried another Wi-Fi network listed, but still experienced problems. At that stage, I chose not to escalate further as our stay was almost over.

• Marcel (7/5): Gute Apartementwohnungen in guter Lage, stattlicher Preis, Sauberkeit noch verbesserungswürdig. - Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe ein Edeka, Rewe und zwei Bäcker. Es ist sehr ruhig im Viertel und es fühlt sich sehr sicher an, auch Abends. Für Hunde ist ein großer Park in der nähe, sowie der Olympiapark 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung, kontaktlose Übergabe, ruhig und mit wenig Appartementnachbarn. Das Appartement hatte ein geräumiges, sauberes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, das Bett war in Ordnung, eine Küche mit den wichtigsten Utensilien war vorhanden. Die Parkplatzsituation ist teuer, 11 € pro Tag. Den Mikrowellenherd konnten wir (Herdfunktion) nicht benutzen, wegen sehr starker Rauchentwicklung. Muss mal gründlich gereinigt werden. Teller im Schrank waren teilweise nicht aufgewaschen. Es hatte Silberfischchen, die sich des Nachts rausgewagt haben. An sich sind die kein Problem (ungefährlich), weisen aber auf Feuchtigkeit, Schimmel oder fehlende Sauberkeit hin. Wir haben einige echt große (2cm) Exemplare gesehen.

• Antonia (7/5): - Super Lage - großzügige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Sauberkeit im Bad - besonders im Bereich um die Toilette ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Vorhänge sind zu knapp geschnitten. Die Fenster lassen sich daher nicht voll verdecken - Verdunklung nicht möglich.

• MARIA LUISA (10/5): Me sentí como en casa 😊 - Una zona tranquila, con supermercados a dos pasos, el autobús cerca y estación de metro a 15 minutos, aunque si no queréis andar, el mismo bus os deja en la puerta del metro. Desde el centro está a unos 45 minutos andando y no hay nada interesante en ese trayecto, por lo que recomiendo ir en metro y os ahorráis la caminata. A 10 minutos hay un McDonald y un kebab, aunque con la cocina tan magnifica que tiene y teniendo dos supermercados al lado, podéis preparado de todo. Todo fue genial, no puedo quejarme de nada.

La posizione non è centralissima ( con U-bahn occorrono in media 30-40 minuti per Marienplatz)), ma è a due passi da Olympia-park, e con supermercati nelle vicinanze. Più difficile invece trovare bar-ristoranti nella zona vicino (ce ne sono 1 o 2).

• Neil (10/5): Excellent - From the moment I got clear precise entry instructions days in advance of our arrival I knew that this apartment was going to be good. I was not disappointed! This apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. Although a distance from the city centre, it is relatively easy to use the public transport to navigate. Added bonus of there being plenty options for restaurants close by.

• Martin (9/5): An almost perfect apartment. It is a pity about the WiFi. - Not the cheapest apartment in Munich, but well worth the cost. The apartment was huge, very clean and extremely comfortable with an exceptional large double bed with two bedside cabinets, and a fantastic bathroom. There was more than enough storage space (both hanging and within drawers) for even extended stays, and plenty of well placed power points. The many windows for the apartment could be opened with both tilt and conventional opening, and as the apartment is sited in an exceptionally quiet neighbourhood remained open (on tilt) for the duration of my stay. The shower, WC and hand-basin were all extremely good, and the bathroom was well lit and spacious. The kitchen area is well appointed with four fast induction hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher and a toaster. There was sufficient crockery and cutlery for up to two people and a good dining/work table with comfortable chairs. The bottom line is: the apartment more than met my needs. The WiFi was quite flaky. The signal was prone to dropping without warning, and sometimes would only work in some areas of the apartment. It seemed to be worst at the dining/work table, where it became unavailable for about 50% of the time. However the signal was always available at the bed. The TV had a number of "dead" channels, where a description of the programmes currently showing on the channel was available, but the channel could not actually be viewed.

• Aliaksandr (8/5): Very good - The building looks like a hotel for 1972 Olympics participants. The surrounding area is nice. Unfortunately, first I got to a wrong number. But it was most of my fault as I mixed up the room numbers on the wall, and instead of no. 13 as I would find it out afterwards, my key to my surprise and to the surprise of the landlord, opened room 12, which had been booked long term by another customer. It was a system glitch I believe. Thanks to the landlord, he came at 1am at night to help me get in my room. The room itself is wide, bright, clean. The furniture, bathroom is not old and maintained in good order. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well.

• Song (10/5): It's nice, quiet, friendship place for living - It's a great place for staying longer than one week. I lived here for two weeks for a business trip. It's a very quiet place with a nice view. The apartment I chose has windows on the west and north sides. I can see the woods and grass outside the windows when I am working at the table. The kitchen is small but good enough, and the cooking utensils and tableware are good. There are different cups for white wine, red wine, and beer. I really appreciate the environment surrounding. There is a large garden which can be seen through the north window, and I like to walk into the garden for a while after getting up, before going to sleep, after taking food, or after working an hour... There is a nice cafe and restaurant on the way to the garden, which can also be seen through the north window. It worked there for some time, good coffee, beer, and food. A Edeka supermarket is located on the west side, a few minutes walk, very convenient for buying food for cooking. A REWE supermarket is located on the south side, 5 5-minute walk. The Olympic Garden is on the west, a little far, but still within walking distance. The public transportation is very convenient. A bus line just outside Edeka, and many lines near the REWE. The most important thing is that the managers Frank and Ralph are very nice people, very helpful.

• Sandra (8/5): Very good - Located in a quiet area, easy self check-in, comfortable beds, fast WiFi, modern, friendly communication. Overall, a good experience. It was generally clean, but some places hadn't been cleaned so thoroughly (toilet and the walls around it had some old stains ; wall clock had greasy fingerprints). We had soup for dinner but discovered then that there were no proper bowls or ladle to serve the soup. There were also no scissors. It would have been great to have the possibility to sort garbage, but unfortunately there was only one thrash bin.

• Ozgur (10/5): Perfect - It is extremely clean and very suitable for a family of 4. Although there is no restaurant nearby, it has all the equipment in its kitchen and there is a market that is easily accessible by walk. It is quite easy to access to your room. You will get 4 digit pass for the outside door and another pass for the key box. You need to walk ~7 mins to tram/bus station. Streets are very quite at night. You may not see any person if you will come late.
• Staveness (8/5): Very good - Clean apartment with great layout and plenty of space. Large bathroom and would be perfect for a longer stay. Right next to a grocery store and a few good restaurants within a 5-ish min walk. Location is a bit out of the way from city center and most of the main tourist attractions in Munich. A bit of a walk to a bus, tram, or train depending on end destination.
