El personal muy amable y la ubicación muy buena, en un barrio bonito, tranquilo y seguro., con un montón de tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Además tiene parking y recepción 24 h. Si se va mucho hacia el centro histórico, hay que tener en cuenta los atascos del tráfico, mejor usar el autobús público.

• Priscila (9/5): Great Stay at Zitu 106 - It was near to restaurants, malls, convenient stores. They cleaned the apartment and provided new towels almost every day. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The apartment is big enough for 5 people, has big windows (which I loved), has necessary kitchen utensils, also has a washer/drier The only thing I can call out is that the apartments have thin walls and you can hear the conversations from your neighbours. Or if they have a baby, you can hear the baby crying. But it is not that bad

Bien pour un séjour de plusieurs jours car ça laisse le temps de visiter les sites d’intérêts de la Candeleria entre autres. Mais le trajet en bus est un peu long pour rejoindre le centre historique. Sinon en Uber ça se fait très bien. Super accueil, les dames de la réception sont très gentilles et attentives à ce que tout se passe bien. L’appartement est bien agencé, spacieux, moderne et confortable. Excellente literie. Deux chambres, deux sdb, deux WC. Des restaurants et magasins à deux pas. Le quartier est vraiment bien. Le bruit de la rue: l’hôtel n’y peut rien mais il faut savoir que la route devant est très passante jusqu’à tard. Si possible demander une chambre sur l’arrière du bâtiment et en hauteur car nous étions côté route et au 1er étage donc on entend parler même les gens sur le trottoir. Je pense que d’autres appartements sont bien plus calmes. Bruit aussi dans le bâtiment (voisins, femmes de ménage) Mais ça c’est une histoire de respect de l’autre, certains ne savent pas ce que c’est... L’hôtel n’y peut rien non plus!

This property is very clean and safe for solo travelers or groups. The staff is amazing and friendly,always willing to assist with anything.I highly recommend this property!

• Maria (9/5): Volvería! - El alojamiento tiene una ubicación maravillosa, muy cerca tiene supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas, etc. La zona es tranquila y segura, quizá un poco solitaria en las noches. El personal es super amable y dispuesto a colaborar siempre. Encuentro maravilloso que dispongan de servicio de conserje 24 HRS. Al alojamiento le hace falta servicio de calefacción, sobretodo pensando que está ubicado en una ciudad de clima frío. Los empleados muy amablemente prestaron un calefactor manual pero no es suficiente para todo el espacio y además hace bastante ruido para dormir con él encendido. Algunos apartamentos de un lado del edificio tienen mucho registro desde otros por las ventanas y eso resulta bastante incómodo pues hay que permanecer con las persianas abajo, entonces se convierte en un espacio muy oscuro. El WIFI no funciona bien, se desconecta todo el tiempo.
