• Ali (1/5): خطير الاقامة لديه عنصري و محتال و عدواني جدا جدا - فقط الموقع لا غير …. المضيف سيء جدا و محتال الكوخ متهالك و لكن ليست هذه المشكلة… المشكلة كانت حينما اتى الينا في وقت متأخر من الليل و قام بالتهجم علينا و التلفظ بألفاظ نابية و ادعاء بأننا قمنا ببعض الامور و محاولة سرقتنا حيث طلب منا دفع 300 فرنك فوراً .. و لكن بعد ان طلبنا بأحضر الشرطة تراجع و رحل … و الان لا ازال اطالبه برد مبلغ التأمين ( 100 فرنك ) و لم يقوم برد المبلغ . من الجيد انه لم يكن معنا نساء و الا كان من الممكن يتهجم علينا .. لم ننام طوال الليل خفنا ان يقوم بالهجوم علينا بالسلاح الأبيض او الناري . أرفقت لكم بعض المراسلات التي تمت معه و تثبت تهجمه اللفظي علينا
• Gabrielle (5/5): Cher pour ce que c'est... - Bon emplacement, appartement spacieux et bien chauffé, agréable pour 2, bonne douche, propre, lits confortables, duvets chauds. Aucune isolation phonique, on entend les voisins parler. Odeur de nourriture de l'appartement du dessous. Vétuste, armoires de cuisine qui tombent, peu de matériel de cuisine, manque d'éclairage.

• Quan (1/5): 1/10 à cause du personnel, l'homme n'avait pas du tout le sens de service. - Surface du logement - Pb avec le service du personnel: le mec était agaçant, change ton travail si t'aime pas rendre service aux voyageurs et pourtant c'est la clé dans ce métier. - mal isolation sonore, j'étends le voisin discute - wifi : très mauvais, ça capte pas - lit: matelas 10cm d'épaisseur, mou, manque des barrettes ou cassé - équipements : des vieux trucs, manque des choses essentielles comme sels, poivre, bouilloire/micro-ondes

• Regina (5/5): - Das Frühstück war gut, historisches Ambiente. Die Infomappe im Zimmer enthält eine seitenlange Aufzählung aller möglichen Unstimmigkeiten, die die Gäste verbrechen können und wieviel das jeweils kostet, von der Mitnahme von Essen aus dem Frühstücksraum bis hin zum zu späten Aus- checken etc...Keinerlei Infos über die Umgebung, Notfallnummern etc. wie sonst üblich. Ich fühlte mich dadurch nicht willkommen geheißen, sondern präventiv gemaßregelt. Dies entspricht in keiner Weise der sonst gepflegten Schweizer Gastfreundschaft. Schade!!!!!
• Tabitha (5/5): - De locatie was mooi, met de hond kon je diverse wandelingen lopen. De 'onverziene' kosten. Bij het bijboeken van 1 nacht kwam naar voren dat we 20 frank moesten betalen per nacht voor de hond. Er werd aangegeven dat dit op Booking.com stond, maar daar staat alleen dat er mogelijk kosten voor een huisdier zijn. In het boek met informatie wat op de tafel lag stond 10 frank voor een huisdier. Toen we hiermee terug wilden gaan naar de receptie was er steeds niemand aanwezig.
• Sajjad (5/5): - It was a wooden apartment and the view was nice They ask for 100 CHF deposit, which if you dont pay on time you dont get the keys unlike any other hotel on booking.com. The staff is rude and give no help or guidance. If you dont have a car then it's a pain to get there. The walls are super thin and we could hear everything from the next apartment. Worst place of booking.com

• Sofia (10/5): - Chalé muito bem equipado, limpo e com toda a manutenção em dia. Antigo mas histórico e por isso tem o seu charme. Tem que se pagar depósito, mas não tivemos qualquer problema. Perfeito para explorar a zona e fazer caminhadas. O exaustor poderia estar mais limpo, tinha alguma gordura acumulada. Mas só isso de resto adoramos.

• Anouk (7/5): Heerlijk gedateerd op mooie locatie - Het was een oude locatie met nog vloerbedekking op de muren, ouderwets electrische kookplaat, eigenlijk heel leuk. Alles was netjes en schoon, maar is gewoon gedateerd. Een nadeel: de accommodatie is ontzettend gehorig. Onze bovenburen waren zeer beweeglijk en bleven rondlopen, waardoor letterlijk onze deur in het kozijn bleef klepperen. Gelukkig konden we er met zijn allen om lachen. De locatie in de bergen is echt top, er is een geweldig uitzicht buiten. Voor ons was deze locatie een tussenstop en daar was het prima voor. Maar ik zou hier niet een hele week verblijven.

• Anaïs (3/5): Amazing few but awful staff + cleanliness - The location was very good with an amazing view There was an invasion on ants at our arrival it was terrible. The floor didn't seem to have been cleaned. A lot of basic things were missing in the lodge like salt, pepper and sugar at the very least. The staff isn't nice and they tried to make me pay 5chf for the parking when it was written 3chf on their message when I booked. I felt like they tried to rob me. On the pictures, there was a kind of cosy space like in a cabin and instead there was just a table with 4 chairs. A sofa is clearly missing here.
• J6738KMandreeac (2/5): The Wost - I was last year in this hotel was perfect ,this year i want also to go with my family i call to the hotel because they canceled my room …the guy was very bad …he told me think before to ask ,if you dont have money stay out …he talk worst …M.R if you see this message stay calm i have money becaude i work hard ,but i never talk in that way like you do ,i repeat i was last year there but you change my opinion about this hotel and also about this contry !

• Udayramagoni (8/5): Family stay - We arrived around 5:30pm and there was no one at reception to greet but keys were inside envelopes. The apartment was a decent size and it has a modest kitchen that was ok for a short stay. The views from the balcony and outside were amazing. Instructions to access apartment was not clear enough. On the envelope it was mentioned as opposite but there are no indication which door and floor. We have to test which key works and move. The apartment interior was renovated but the outside and kitchen needs to be renovated as they look aged

• Elena (7/5): Totally fine for a short stay, good breakfast - I would like to leave a review to say it's not as bad as current 6.8 rating. It's an old hotel, and nothing here is fancy, but it's okay really, nothing horrible. Very nice staff, good breakfast. Shared bathroom was clean and perfectly fine. We had a room with shared bathroom and the room was quite cold, the heater was not working. It was okay under the blanket during the night, but first impression was ooouf :) chilly! Only one shared bathroom&toilet for several rooms, so you may have to wait.

• Isabel (8/5): Stunning historic hotel at the foot of the mountains! - Gorgeous older style hotel in a beautiful setting. Breakfast was phenomenal and location is at the foot of the mountains. Highly recommend!

• Saulius (8/5): Very good - Great location to visit the surrounding beautiful mountains as well as the stunning mountain views from the windows. Kitchen and bathroom appliances work fine. Very cozy in general. The lightning was very dim and some of the lights in the bedroom were not working. There was no washing machine and lack of kitchen supplies (ex. Cheesw grader). It was also not clear where to throw out the trash. The price for the hotel's parking spot apparently was not included and we had to pay extra.

The area is also nice for hiking, it is quiet and picturesque. The old carpeted flooring. The thin walls allow you to hear the sounds/noise from the other apartment.

• Varun (1/5): We won’t come back - Only location is somehow good Facilities were poor, not even have basic things available (like shampoo, body wash, white towels). Bed was smelling like cigarettes smoke. Whole property is having Carpet which is smelling . Also at the time of booked the hotel, it was showing breakfast included. But when we came here , it was not included with the booking and we need to buy separately. What a shame.

• Roberto (9/5): Great unique atmosphere - The hotel is clearly old but it still holds it unique design. We enjoyed our stay here as the atmosphere was quite genuine. Rooms should be renovated but you know what you’re paying for (quality/price) was great. We booked in a private room with shared bathroom and everything was clean and comfortable. We were in the top floor (4th) and we were confused on the pictures that we saw of the room (this are showing the building in front of the hotel).

We stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed the breathtaking view of the mountain and beautiful Kiental village. The cable car ride at Kiental is simply amazing!

• roukhchonah (2/5): Horrible - Absolutely horrified. There ware bugs in the bedding. Our beds had live crawling bugs . After discovering ,saff was notified. They came had a look but ware unapologetic about it . They put changed our room literally next to the same room which was infested. They offered an upgrade to be further from bugs but ware demanding payment. Surely if room allocated to a guest was infested with bugs ,the hotel should have at least upgraded the guests as a good gesture and not demand further payment.
• Antonello (10/5): Amazing location - Cosy mini apartment in chalet style in a very beautiful location. My kids enjoyed walking around the area and we took lots of pictures. Unfortunately the weather was not the best. cooking has been a bit challenging
• Infinity™ (10/5): Exceptional - The complementary breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The location was very nice. We had one of the most delicious spaghetti that we have tried. The staff were super nice. It was a moonlight night when we were visiting & waking up in the middle of the night with the moon right beside the window was such a scenic experience. :)

• Bartosz (5/5): Okay for sleeping a night and taking off after breakfast. - Breakfast was nice, as well as the staff. Room full of flies. Wood roof repaired by duct tape, painted over. Shower silicone molded. Door didn´t close shut, let light from the hallway in and also lots of noise from other guests. Very bad WIFI.

The apartment was in a building on the other side of the road from the hotel but they share the reception and breakfast if you have. It was very good and absolute enough for a normal stay. The price was absolutely the best for the place. It was old but clean. Noisy door for trash under the kitchen sink

• Su (9/5): Superb - This is a lovely, quaint, rustic Swiss chalet. Full of history and charm. Enough space for 4 people and comfortable in a beautiful location. Price is a real bargain in Switzerland. It's obviously an older accommodation, but the price reflects this.
• Shakira (7/5): Really good and beautiful - I loved the location and the views. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Though for me the sofa bed was too hard, it was good for someone who prefers firmer beds. The beds in the bedroom looked comfortable but my children slept in there. I really loved the wood panels which made it feel cosy and the shutters and curtains blocked the light which was great. The woman in reception was so friendly and it surprised us that she was Spanish which was great as my husband doesn’t speak English or German. I really didn’t like the carpets everywhere as carpets are not the most hygienic even if you clean them so would really suggest removing them if at all possible.

• Amit (2/5): Smelly toilet and insects with a view - The only good thing about this hotel is it's view The rooms were dirty, the table was also dirty, there was spider web at every frame of the door, the toilet was smelly and lots of insects and mosquitos. The hotel staff was rude and unfriendly.

Bathroom was too small. As it is very old, one can see, it is not clean and not properly maintained. One of the staff lady is not friendly.

When I've booked the room It was not precised that it has a shared bathroom, only in the confirmation. When I mentioned it to the staff, he aked me to prove it, but if I perform a new search the room we got doesn't even appear in the list. The breakfast was nothing special, the most important for the staff was to gather the food precisely at 9:30. The room and the shared bathroom was not clean at all, the floor carpet was full of hair (pet hair?), spider nets everywhere. The sheets were torn, very used, I wouldn't keep them at home.
• Andreu (5/5): OK, place needs a renovation - Location Staff Everything was there Very old. I am allergic to mites and the carpet floor just gave me a hard time. Squeaky sounds. Bed linen and beds could be renewed. The entrance to the apartments (not in the hotel) is terrible.
