• Werner (7/5): In Summe alles in Ordnung, ein paar Kleinigkeiten verbessern und das passt alles. - Es war kein Frühstück angeboten. Lage sehr gut, Bahnhofsnähe (Bahn und Bus) und auch der Zugang zu den städtischen Bussen war sehr gut. Der sog. "Hausstrand" für das Viertel war auch in Fußgangreichweite - vielleicht nicht so einladend weil neben dem Conatainer-Schiffsterminal, aber praktisch. Der Besitzer der Wohnung hat sich sehr kommunikativ verhalten, sofort auf messages reagiert - wirklich top. Bei der Ankunft war alles sauber und in Ordnung. Wenn man aber 7 Nächte dort verbringt, bräuchte man aber ein zweites set an Handtüchern für 2 Personen, der Mülleimer könnte 2 x die Woche entsorgt werden, so man das selber auf der Straße bei einem "fremden" Großcontainer machen. Statt der Couch wäre vielleicht ein Klappbett empfehlenswert, da das Bett zwar für 2 Personen vorgesehen ist, aber doch etwas schmal gehalten ist. Dazu kommt 1 große Decke (besser 2 kleinere Bettdecken) auf der dann nachts etwas herumgezogen wird. Wer bekommt das Ding letztendlich. Wie gesagt, keine großen Sachen die nicht funktioniert haben, eher so Kleinigkeiten, die stören.

Alvaro is a great helpful host! - The apartment is new, and it was very clean upon arrival, location is also great, close enough to the center but far enough that you enjoy peace and quiet when sleeping. The best part of the stay was Alvaro - he was super helpful and kind throughout the whole process! A great host. Now, unforunately, my low rating is due to the high humidity in the apartment. It’s a pretty dark and closed space with one small window, and immediately when enterring we were hit by stale humid air. We kept the windows open almost all the time but couldn’t get rid of it. Unfortunately that impacted our stay quite heavily and it’s not something that can be realized through pictures when looking in advance.

• Welly Hermina Maria (10/5): Uitstekend appartement op een fantastische rustige locatie! - Locatie was uitstekend op loopafstand van de haven, het winkelcentrum en het centrum van Malaga. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het contact met Àlvaro was aangenaam.
• Lukas (10/5): - Die Unterkunft biete alles was man braucht. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants in der Nähe und es ist auch ein großer Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe am Bahnhof. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation verlief immer sehr gut und die Informationen die man bekommt sind sehr übersichtlich. Eine ruhige Lage in der Nacht und dennoch in der Nähe der des Zentrums. Nähe der U-Bahn Station.

• Angelika (9/5): saubere Unterkunft mit guter Lage - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Málaga. Der Vermieter war während der gesamten Zeit extrem freundlich und hat immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Nachrichten geantwortet, was die Kommunikation sehr unkompliziert gemacht hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut , alles Wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar und in die Altstadt braucht man nur etwa 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung selbst war modern eingerichtet, sauber und insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders positiv ist uns die gute Kaffeemaschine aufgefallen. Für drei Personen ist die Wohnung etwas klein, für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt war das aber völlig in Ordnung, da wir ohnehin die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Ein kleiner Punkt zur Transparenz: Es gibt nur ein kleines Fenster zum Lüften, unter dem sich die Einfahrt zu einer Tiefgarage befindet. Uns persönlich hat das nicht gestört, aber es ist vielleicht gut zu wissen. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung definitiv empfehlen, vor allem wegen der guten Lagen, der sauberen und modernen Ausstattung und dem wirklich sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. -
• Ania 12345 (9/5): - Niewielki, ale wygodny apartament, którego największą zaletą jest odległość od dworca Maria Zambrone- można stąd dojechac na lotnisko w 10 minut, a metrem - 2 przystanki do centrum. Na dworcu jest też duże centrum handlowe z hipermarketem. Mieszkanko czyściutkie, jest wszystko, co potrzeba . Troszkę ciemnawo, okno w podcieniu.

• Evgeniya (8/5): - Добро местоположение- на 5-6 мин от ж.п. гара и автогара. До централната част също се стига пеша за около 30 мин. Ново и сравнително чисто. Има удобства за хранене. Студиото беше разположено на партера, съответно прозорците бяха на улицата и беше почти невъзможно да вдигнеш щорите или да се отвори прозореца, т.к. всички преминаващи те виждат въпреки решетките. За кратък престой е ок. Освен това никакъв гардероб, имаше един единствен рафт. Ако си за по-дълго няма къде да си сложиш вещите.

• Pirmin (10/5): Schönes Apartment ruhig und sehr zentral gelegen. - Sehr schönes und sauberes kleines Apartment ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum. Eine kleine Küchenzeile welche wir nur zum Frühstücken nutzten ist vorhanden. Unser Apartment war im 1. OG mit dem Lift oder Treppe erreichbar. Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist buchbar und hat uns die Parkplatzsuche erspart. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, Fragen werden immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Für unseren Bedarf war es perfekt.

Parking was a challenge for me as the Parking space with in Apartment garage was quite narrow for MG HS, but host Alvaro was quite transparent informed us in advance. Host Alvaro was quite nice and responded promptly to our queries. I thank Alvaro for handling our requests without hassle.

Well equipped apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the bus and train stations for an easy transfer to and from the airport.

• Dörthe (9/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super geeignet. Sehr funktional. - Top sauber. Sehr modern und funktional. Die Unterkunft scheint ganz frisch gebaut oder saniert/ renoviert zu sein. Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Fenster sind komplett vergittert, so dass man sich sicher fühlt. Lage: ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt von Málaga

Rue calme tout en étant à proximité de la gare des trains et des bus; immeuble très calme également Bons conseils du propriétaire/gérant, Alvaro Peu de lumière venant de l’extérieur; mais ce n’est pas vraiment un problème, si comme moi, vous quittez l’appartement tôt le matin et rentrez tard le soir.

La ducha era enorme y muy nueva, pero en nuestro apartamento no había mampara. Tenía cortina de ducha y aunque tengas cuidado algo de agua se escapa.

Equipped with all necessities including extra towels and a (shared) washing machine. Walking distance +- 20min from the center and 30min from Malagueta beach. Alvaro is an attentive host who responds quickly. I highly recommend this apartment.

We appreciated the small touches like the complimentary bottle of water and four coffee capsules with sugar. The apartment was well equipped with plates, glasses, and cutlery. On the upper floor, there’s a washing machine and dryer available for guests, along with detergent. The location is convenient – about 30 minutes’ walk to the beach, 20 minutes to the city center, and just a few steps from the metro station, which makes it easy to get from the airport in only 10 minutes. Our room was on the ground floor, right in front of the sidewalk, which wasn’t mentioned before booking – it lacked privacy and could be noisy. We stayed for a full week and expected at least one cleaning or a change of towels and bed sheets, but that didn’t happen. One evening we washed the sheets ourselves and put them in the dryer, but someone turned it off before the cycle finished, which was quite annoying.

The studio has all necessary equipment and was clean. The host is very friendly. The garage in house cost 25€ per day, and find parking place on the street is nearly impossible.

• Kai (9/5): Good Location Between Train & Bus Station and Old Town - Overall stay experience is good. The apartment is located next to the street. If you do not open the window, that would be no noise (with air-conditioning). No day light is expected. That is not a problem if you just look for sleep and shower.
