The apartment itself was stunning, full of added extras (toiletries, fresh coffee beans, slippers) and was spotlessly clean. This was probably the nicest place we've ever booked on Booking.com! It was all perfect.

Also very comfortable and well-equipped. Lynn was on hand to help at all times and was friendly and accommodating, helping with queries immediately. No dislikes whatsoever. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the building and clearly put a lot of effort and care into the space. She was also super communicative throughout the day if we needed anything. The room was set up with one main double/queen bed and two twin which was our preference.

• Sandeep (10/5): Amazing apartment , amazing host. - The location was brilliant, 15 mins walk to the Eaton centre. Lots of places to eat nearby. I was worried that it would be noisy being directly above the main street but I was surprised that I didn't hear a thing. The room section had glass doors which helped. The flat is so well equipped and the hamper basket was a pleasant surprise.as well as all the cold drinks in the fridge. Very clean. Netflixs . Host Lynn was amazing I couldn't work out how to use the air.con/ heating. There is a secret switch near the bedroom wardrobe.

It's a great location from which to explore the city. The facilities including the gym and the pool are excellent and Lynn is an exceptional host. She met us with a warm welcome, a wonderful selection of drinks and snacks, she provided excellent guidance to the building and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I couldn't recommend this more highly and can't wait to stay here again. There was nothing not to like staying here was truly wonderful

The host was super helpful and communicative, nothing was too much trouble. We knew it was a little way out of tourist central but the Uber services made it a breeze to get around.
• Mari (9/5): Amazing location for a a Toronto weekend - Excellent location close to transit and very walkable. Lovely apartments with excellent amenities including an outdoor pool and lounge as well as indoor sauna and hot tub Pets are allowed in the building and it aggravated our allergies.

For 3 adults it is to small. It’s a studio apartment with a bedroom curtain off and then they kindly place a single fold up bed in the living room.

The host provided drinks and snacks for us on arrival, she also gave us information about local attractions and nearby facilities. We were a party of 3 adults, the access to the building required a key fob on entry. We often separate as we have different interests but we had to arrange times to return to the building together as we were given 1 key fob. An additional key fob would have been useful. The concierge was helpful though

We thought we lost the key and without hesitation she agreed to travel 40 minutes (after 11 PM) to bring us a spare - thankfully we found it and called her off, but there wasn't even a hint of frustration in her voice. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed or wanted. The unit was compact but very nicely furnished and finished. This was a studio suite so for 4 adults it was a bit cramped - she provided 2 cots that were amazingly comfortable. There were several pro sports events in town - one team unexpectedly made it to the playoffs which bumped our event to a Friday. We lost our original reservation (a different place) and had to find a new place on short notice. Rates across the city AND outskirts were crazy expensive. This unit was priced competitively for the market, but sticker shock none the less.

The place was very clean, she even provided extra fold out beds for our kids to be more comfortable than on the couch. It is a secured and very well maintained building, so you can feel very safe. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, cookware, everyday essentials - everything is there. Location is great too, very centrally located, close to subway. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to book again. Although outside temperatures were not high, the apartment was quite warm, especially at night. Closets are rather packed full, so not really possible to unpack your suitcase anywhere. For 4 people there is hardly enough cutlery and plates.
