- Maraia (4/5): Appartamento piacevole ma letto scomodo e stanza rumorosa - L’appartamento è spazioso e luminoso. Globalmente ben attrezzato incluso lavatrice e asciugatrice. È piuttosto rumoroso, si sentono tutti i rumori della strada. Il letto è piccolo e molto scomodo. Il terrazzo è comune con la stanza vicina (poca privacy).
- Silvia (10/5): - Majiteľka bola neskutočne mila a sympatická. Apartmán bol skvele vybavený a terasa bola parádna. Vlaková stanica blízko čo robilo aj hluk ale po chvíľke še si zvykli. Určite odporúčame a hodnotíme 10/10. Vedľa stavali budovu a ešte podľa výzoru dlho budú ale to určite neberieme ako mínus a hlavne to pani majiteľka nemala ako ovplyvniť .

There are good hikes on the hill opposite the property and shorter ones behind the property. Staff was helpful and courteous.

- Christoph (8/5): Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Zürich beziehen wir das Lamira wieder als Unterkunft ein. - Gut war der weitere Ausgang nach oben zum Marbachweg. Positiv war, dass es einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage für das Kfz gab. Bezüglich der Ausstattung hätte ich das Vorhandensein eines Eierkochers und kleiner Eierbecher gut gefunden. Die Lage ist ok - zu Beginn hatte ich Befürchtungen ob der direkt vorbeiführenden Bahnstrecke; dies war dann aber in der Praxis nicht begründet.
- Patricia (10/5): Fabulous place just outside of downtown Zurich - Beautiful, clean, large apartment. 5 minute walk from the train station (Leimbach) - 15 minutes from Zurich HB ( platform 21). You are met upon arrival and shown to the apartment and shown all the features. Small convenience store behind the building and great family-run Italian restaurant there too - pizza was amazing. Felt safe walking to and from train and store/restaurant. Would recommend and would stay here again!

- Oz (10/5): Excellent apartment in a quiet neighborhood - A perfectly clean, well-equipped apartment. Comfortable bed, we asked for an extra blanket and they brought it to us within a few minutes. Good shower. Washing machine and dryer. Excellent WiFi. Supermarket 4 minutes walk. Train and bus 6 minutes walk every 20 minutes from 5:00 am to midnight so that despite the distance from the center it is very accessible. Excellent noise insulation so that the nearby train is barely noticeable. The nearby construction site did not bother us but maybe that is because the nature of our trip included leaving early before they started working and returning after working hours. Sself chek in late night was very easy. It's not that we didn't like something. For us, it was perfect. But one should know that it's located in a quiet neighborhood. The supermarket is very close but no restaurants or coffee shops or shops in general so when in the apartment there is no "outside" at the area In addition, since the apartment is far from the city center and public transportation in Zurich is not cheap, returning to the apartment in the middle of the day is significant both in terms of time and money..

- Maria (9/5): Spacious and comfortable - The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. A short walk to the station for a 10 minute ride into Zurich. Very quiet area, but there is a café just past the station, and a fabulous Italian restaurant called La Perla del Sud a short walk away which was great for us as we arrived late and didn’t want to catch the train to the city for dinner. Food at this restaurant was amazing and the owners very welcoming and friendly.

Locatie is 5 minuten lopen van een rechtstreekse metro/tram naar Zürich HB. Bouwwerkzaamheden hebben ons niet gestoord, maar dat komt omdat we vroeg wakker zijn. Niets

- Janett (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft für einen längeren Besuch in Zürich! - Die Unterkunft war modern und gemütlich ausgestattet und verfügte über gemütliches Bett, Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie einen Balkon. Wir hatten zu weit eine sehr gute Zeit- Zürich und auch die Umgebung zum wandern waren gut erreichbar Man befindet sich direkt an einer Strasse und Bahnlinie. Wenn Fenster zu ist Nix zu hören.

Die Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war bestens, keine 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Das Personal war super freundlich. Alle Fragen konnten unkompliziert und einvernehmlich geklärt werden. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

- Chandra (9/5): Great kitchen nice size apartment - The size of the apartment and deck were great. The bathroom was nice, especially with a washer and dryer included. The kitchen was well furnished for cooking, and a grocery store was very close. She offered us a fan as well, which was really nice. Despite being far out of the city, the train station was close and easy to use. The bed and pillows were fairly uncomfortable. It was a little noisy.

Perfect location for walking/ hiking and getting into town. Would recommend this to anybody staying in Zurich.

Just something to keep in mind, if you’re a light sleeper or like to sleep in, you will hear the train at night and there’s construction next door in the mornings, so you may want to bring earplugs. Overall, a great stay with a lot of pluses!

El personal súper atentos y siempre pendiente de todas las comodidades y peticiones....la localización buena, a 5min de la Renfe para poder ir en tren a Zurich, súpermercado a 5 min..sin duda muy buena opción para pasar unos días por Zurich Hay un terreno en obras justo al lado del apartamento, el ruido nos despertó todas las mañanas...No se puede aparcar el coche sin reservar plaza de aparcamiento, deberían avisarlo porque el propio edificio de apartamentos no dispone de muchas plazas. Aún así el personal hizo todo lo posible por facilitar un aparcamiento cerca..Gracias

Mrs. Yulia was so kind and friendly with guests, the apartment was so nice, refrigerator, washing machines for clothes and plates. Wi-Fi was so good, and it’s so close to train station, just a minute away. كانت إقامة جميلة، السيدة يوليا كانت لطيفة وودودة، الشقة كانت نظيفة وجميلة فيها ثلاجة وغسالة ملابس وصحون، والنت ممتاز، وكذلك قريب من محطة القطار تقريبا دقيقة واحدة. It doesn’t have air conditioning, but it’s not a big deal, the weather at night is pretty good. مافيه تكييف، ولكن الاجواء بالليل لطيفة
