The apartment was comfortable and clean and great value for money considering it was a busy weekend in Brisbane. It was a little dated but considering the price it wasn’t an issue.

The towels were not changed during our 6-night stay, and no cleaning done. Also, the hot tub on the rooftop was not working.

- Jeneen (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location - The location was perfect for the river cats, casino, QPAC, Fish Lane restaurants and West End, so we were able to walk to everything we wanted to go to. Parking was included and the park sizes were generous (which is unusual). The bed was comfortable, bedroom storage was great and it was a large apartment for a one-bedroom. We'd happily stay there again. The apartment is a bit tired and the lounge furniture is very low (hard for oldies to get out of!). The water flow in the shower is not good, although there was lots of space, and we loved the Smith & Co toiletries & big towels. It would have been nice to have a coffee pod machine but the plunger was a good back-up.

The apartment had everything that was needed but requires a definite upgrade to maintain the comfort of guests.
Free parking was great -staff do not say hello. They seem unhappy.
-rooms need upgrading, springs in mattress sticking into our backs. Rusty bin. Carpets require replacing. The walls are very grimey. Strong musty damp smell in rooms, I assume from the carpets needing a replacement.
Aircons need replacing or some sort of maintenance, the air con in our room rumbled and clicked loud all night and kept us awake.

- Xiao (5/5): Very disappoint of my stay - Many shops and restaurants near by at walking distance The main bathroom is out of dated, shower water can’t running down as quick as possible. It’s on the busy road, so as early as 5 clock, it has already super noise, can’t sleep.

- Fiona (9/5): Great location, handy with coffee shop below. - Handy location and our room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the park When you exit, there should be a key drop box so you don’t have to run around the corner and leave your car in the way when the streets are busy with cars so nowhere to park. Car park was a little cramped getting up the ramp!

- Tori (9/5): Perfect hotel out of the hustle and bustle of the city - The apartment is beautiful and has amazing amenities. Nice big kitchen to cook meals, stunning balcony, comfy couch and tv in both the lounge and bedroom. The tv in the lounge room has Netflix provided. The washing machine and dryer were a lifesaver too. So much storage and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and cooking equipment you will need. Free parking is a huge selling point too. The hotel as a whole is just set up lovely The staff were a little bit rude and the bed was quite uncomfortable. I do wish the hotel had a pool.

- Donna (9/5): The accommodation was lovely and I have returned after previous stays. - Location was perfect for getting to the Convention Centre, and for going out to dinner. I also had a lovely 2 room apartment with a view. Bed was comfy and kitchen facilities great. Also good laundry facilities in the apartment. Happy with accommodation overall and glad I got a carpark. I checked in and did not go to my room until I set up my work event. I lost my welcome letter and couldn’t remember my parking number or room number. I called the after hours number it took over 15 mins to get someone to answer. They could not find my booking and were no help at all. Fortunately I remember the floor and tried a couple of doors and got into my room. They still said I might be at the wrong place!

The glass door between the bedroom and the lounge room should be more frosted or have a curtain, as the light from the TV in the lounge shines straight through and makes it difficult for someone in the bedroom to sleep

- Melanie (8/5): Economical central city apartment - Excellent central location with easy access to the Convention centre, West End and South Brisbane train station. Parking was also available which is very helpful in the city centre. The staff were accommodating with both the check in and check out. A starter pack of tea, coffee and milk were provided and very welcome as I arrived late at night. The mattress was old and not very comfortable. The apartment block is a little run down and the hallways can be very hot and stuffy in the heat. Little things were missing like hand soap and a toilet roll holder and the key didn't slide easily into the door.

Fast wifi.
Staff were helpful and accommodating. Air conditioning units whirred/hummed very loudly, even when off, which made it difficult to sleep, especially for my baby, who kept waking up.
The bed was cheap and very uncomfortable.
A couple of small cockroaches seen during our weeklong stay.
Had to take our own rubbish out under the warning of additional charges.
The vacuum cleaner was missing the metal tube part. We had to use it by crawling along the floor. The staff did swap it after we requested it.
The apartment was dirty when we arrived. There was blonde hair everywhere (couldn’t be ours).
Would definitely not stay here again for the above reasons.
