• Daniela.Re (8/5): - Sehr hilfsbereite und nette Dame an Rezeption, sie hat uns 3 verschiedene Zimmern gezeigt und dürften selbst entscheiden welche wir nehmen .Zimmer war groß und sauber. Der Preis ist für die Kategorie viel zu hoch, Balkon ist ein französische Balkon also sitzen ist da nicht möglich, Aussicht katastrophal auf einen Abluft Schacht oder so der unterbrochen laut brummt sehr enttäuschend. Wie gesagt der Preis ist für das Zimmer total übertrieben.
• Georg (7/5): - Super freundliche Gastgeberin, die sehr bemüht um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste ist. Neben Hotel befindet sich Firma, bei der durchgehend ein Aggregat wummert und dröhnt, auch die ganze Nacht hindurch. Bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut (keine Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer)

• Tim (9/5): 100% Weiterempfehlung! - Sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet, ruhige Lage, Küchenzeile mit Geschirr vorhanden, Einkaufsläden gleich um die Ecke erreichbar. An 2/3 Tagen morgens nur kaltes Wasser vorhanden gewesen
• Daniela (9/5): Impeccably clean room, best value for money in a while - Very well kept and functional family-run hotel. Large and impeccably (I really mean impeccably!) clean room. Not the most charming, but definitely very practical location (esp. if travelling by car), restaurants/services also accessible on foot. Nice and welcoming host. It's been quite a while that I didn't come across such a good value for money accommodation as this one. The big bonus/treat is that I even hd a nice view, with the Frankfurt skyline in the distance. I had a room that was above some technical installations (vents) from the next door building, which meant there was a constant humming sound throughout the night. It was not disturbing for me, but good to be aware, esp. if planning to sleep with window open.

• GIAN MARIO (8/5): Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità. Pulito e comodo. - Posizione ottima con possibilità di parcheggio. Supermercati nelle vicinanze (REWE, Aldi, Lidl...). Non offrono la colazione, ma nel supermercato attorno all'angolo c'è un panificio che vende dolci, panini imbottiti e caffè. Ottimo per fare colazione. Camere ampie e confortevoli, munite di frigorifero, macchina caffè a cialde, bollitore acqua, fornelli elettrici e stoviglie/posate. Ampia scelta di ristoranti nelle vicinanze, sia cucina tradizionale tedesca che etnica (spagnolo, italiano, thai..). In una delle due stanze mancavano le tende oscuranti, quindi non si riesce a rendere la stanza completamente buia. Nella doccia mancava un ripiano per appoggiare shampoo/sapone. E' una sciocchezza, ma renderebbe la doccia più pratica. Piccola parentesi sulla posizione del Hotel; se bisogna andare verso l'autostrada A5, vi sono due strade, ed entrambi hanno dei passaggi a livello in prossimità di una stazione dei treni. Quindi restano chiusi anche per quindici minuti. Un'eternità...

• Maria-Magdalena (10/5): ideale Zweitwohnung auf Zeit für Geschäftsreisen - Ich habe im Apartment Hotel Laforsch schon mehrfach übernachtet. Für meine Geschäftsreisen nach Frankfurt ist es ideal. Es ist günstig, immer sauber und wird von einem super netten Team geführt, das auch immer flexibel ist und auf jeden Wunsch eingeht. Ich konnte noch immer verfrüht bereits am Vormittag einchecken - das hat Seltenheitswert und ist für mich persönlich ein mega Pluspunkt.

• André (4/5): Teure Nacht in einem Zimmer ohne vernünftige/abdunkelnde Jalousien/Vorhänge - 130 € für eine Nacht in einem Zimmer verbracht ohne vernünftige/abdunkelnde Jalousien, sondern mit nur mit einfachsten Dekovorhängen, wo jedes Licht durchkommt. Das sollte aber Standard sein und hoffentlich wird das nächste Zimmer besser.

• Douglas (9/5): Large quiet apartments with friendly staff with easy parking and nearby supermarkets - My family has stayed here for many years. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are large. The apartments offer the basic kitchen supplies, and there are two or three supermarkets within a couple of blocks. Parking is also easy. Because it's close to the Frankfurt Airport, it's a good place to stay when you arrive or are about to leave there. The elevator is also very helpful in bringing bags to the rooms. Other than the nearby supermarkets, there isn't much to see within walking distance of these apartments. But if you have a car, you are close to many interesting places.

• Darren (6/5): Plenty of room for improvement. - Lovely clean room, amazing shower, fridge and cooking area. The apartment was very hot. There was no fan or anything to cool the room. The bed was broken on one side and the slates were falling down. No chairs to sit outside.

• Joseph (10/5): For a short stay, this is a perfect hotel / Vaca Apartment! - The owner's business manner and courtesy should be complimented. She was wonderful to work with. The most memorable feature of all is the cleanliness of the room. The location was ideal. We took a 15-minute walk down to the Alt Stadt and found "wonderful dining and shopping. The "Alte Brucke" is a GREAT place to dine. I would recommend putting fans in each room during summer months. This is NOT considered a dislike.

• Dika (8/5): A quiet and nice place to stay, close to Frankfurt - Located in quite area near Frankfurt, but still easy to reach Frankfurt (350 to the closest bus stop and 800 m to the regional train stop. Nice and clean room, with calm and simple decoration. Small kitchen is perfect to my need. Close to many supermarket s or discount store (Lidl, Rewe, dm, netto). Close to good chinese restaurant. Host is helpful and nice. Some improvement will be better. A bit cold in the night for me, maybe if the heater can be adjusted higher it will be better. Cleaning services should not only remove rubbish but also clean/tidy the kitchen and beds. Tea and coffee are only given on day 1, none after that. But I don't know if that's the rule.

No private parking, but some space available in the street. The duvet is too short, leaving the feet outside... Not so fancy neighbourhood.

The location and public transport connection (not the fault of the property) made it tough to go to Frankfurt city/ airport. If you have own vehicle, then 100% recommend to stay here (in a calm, quiet neighbourhood).
