Guest Reviews
- Daniel (2/5): Very poor - Please refer to Google review. Please refer to Google review.
- Leyla (1/5): Horrible hotel and misleading rating - The hotel listed on Booking.com was misleading and did not match the description provided in your app. It is not a 3-star hotel, as evidenced by the 1-star sign at the entrance.
The place is dirty, with stains on the bed that caused itchiness all night.
The water supply is unreliable, and at times there was no cold water.
The shower hose is leaking, making it difficult to use with scorching hot water.
The toilet seat is leaking, the utensils are dirty, the TV is non-functional, there is mold everywhere, and there is extremely loud noise from the street and bars downstairs, preventing us from sleeping.
Noting that my old parents needed their rest more than anyone.
After reading through the reviews, I realized that several people reported someone had submitted high ratings on their behalf—clearly fraudulent behavior. Despite this, Booking.com took no action and continued to allow the property to advertise on their platform.
Additionally, I ended up paying twice for a 9-day stay in Istanbul for 4 people (since we had to move to a decent hotel) as the hotel refused to issue a refund. Booking.com’s only response was to offer a 30% reimbursement, all while keeping the commission they received from the hotel (This was the reason given by the hotel owner for refusing to reimburse me).
This entire experience was deeply disappointing both with the hotel and with how Booking.com handled the situation. As a loyal customer, this has seriously shaken my trust in the app and its approach to handling complaints.
- Pacolli (1/5): A total disappointment , uncomfortable, unclean, and not worth the price. - I recently stayed at this so-called "hotel" in Istanbul, and I honestly wish I hadn’t. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place is very poorly managed. The staff were unfriendly and barely helpful, and communication was a nightmare.
The room was nothing like the pictures – dirty floors, stained sheets, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in weeks.
On top of that, the noise was unbearable. I could hear everything from the hallway and even conversations from other rooms. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
The location might be decent, but that’s the only good thing I can say. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Definitely not recommended – avoid if you want a comfortable and stress-free stay in Istanbul.
- Aqsa (7/5): Good - Great staff who were very friendly and accommodated for all needs.
Hotel was clean but old. But facilities inside operated well.
The hotel was right next to the Taksim high street and 8 mins walk to Galata. Very close to tourist locations. Restaurants and shops were all nearby.
The hotel was next to a club which was noisy but once within the room, the noise was quite minimal.
Hotel came included with breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic. A short 2-3 min walk from the hotel and was within a local family run cafe. The breakfast was a traditional Turkish style and was excellent!
Would definitely recommend in terms of location, staff and breakfast!
- Sopiko (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel looked better in the photos. We chose the hotel because of the kitchen, but we couldn't use it. It wasn't clean. There wasn't even paper until we asked for it. Breakfast was included in the hotel's service and we had to go to another building to get it.
- Zijad (7/5): Solid - Very good location.
Breakfast was solid.
Staff is friendly.
For that low price in the center, solid accommodation. Big noise from the disco every night until 3am, hard to fall asleep before that.
Old building and hygiene is not very good, there are cockroaches.
The photos on the website do not correspond to reality.
- Mitra (4/5): It was not a good experience for us - The location was good but the hotel was awful At the ad they said the hotel has elevator but we have to going up with 19 steps to reach the elevator.
Also there is no cleaning service and several times we asked the reception but not things happened
- Dimitris (9/5): Superb - The reviews of this hotel seem overstated, the reality we faced was:
- very spacious room
- great new foam mattress
- great breakfast
- amazing location Yes the facilities are old, and yes there's a lot of noise, but not sure what you expect for this price in the most central district of Istanbul.
Overall it's pretty good value.
- Rafikova (1/5): Bad - - Everything was sooo bad, we left this hotel the next morning, and they didn’t refund money for next 2 days. also booking after all didn’t answered to my message in customer support. All the furniture there was in terrible condition, there were bugs, and the room was not cleaned enough, ceiling leaked:(
The hotel staff at the reception tried to accommodate us and offered a “better” room, but honestly, it was even more run-down. It’s really a shame that it turned out this way. :(
- Nana.ba (1/5): The worst accommodation so far!!! - Lage The four of us had a reservation for three nights in this hotel, a four-bed deluxe room ( nothing in this room is deluxe!!!) Room 301.
We overslept the first night, in the morning I turn on the light and I have something to see... bed bugs on the bed, around the bed, on the floor, blood on the sheet!!! We found out on the internet what kind of animals they are, because we are meeting them for the first time!
We packed up and took two killed bedbugs in a tissue to the reception as proof.
The older gentleman at the reception wasn't very nice, but he offered us another room!!! We were shocked, it was out of the question to stay there anymore, we also had a minor child with us. We didn't feel safe at all and left the hotel... They didn't return our money, that older gentleman told me to contact booking.com...
I paid the full amount for the hotel when I made the reservation. I wrote to them today, so I hope I will get my money back.
I took enough pictures in the hotel...
- Rafic (7/5): Good -
- Mohsen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohsen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jay-ar (8/5): Very good -
- Dragana (6/5): Pleasant -
- Qerim (2/5): Someone cheated me about the price - either booking ot the hotel itself, as the offer shown (176 euros per entire stay) - not much everything seems decaying…
- Ersilia (10/5): Exceptional - The place is clean All was nice
- Sami (5/5): Good for heavydrinkers - Location and room size is good. Room is dirty, have cockroaches and very noisy because there is nighclub near and they play music very load until 04 am. Shower is broken and water don't go where it should and have to use towels to dry floor.
- Waseem (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gulnar (9/5): Superb -
- Fayazuddin (5/5): Good for location but disappointing - Location is top notch. If you can adjust with other things and location is uour top priority then this is the place. 1) cleanliness 2) no house keeping 3) WiFi is almost useless - the staff tried to help but unfortunately it’s a problem inside the rooms 4) loud music on the above floors all night
- Jose (3/5): Expect less than what you see announced - Main highlight of this property is the location which is just between Taksim and Galata so you can get easy access to other parts of the city and there are many restaurants nearby which was great since I had to work remotely and with my 1 hour lunch time I had many options to choose from for a fast bite. I debated a lot about leaving my first bad review but this is to help other people make an informed decision so here we go... First they gave me a room that was NOT was I had paid for and looked nothing like the photo. I had picked a room with a washer to wash my clothes and a desk and couch for my remote work and when I pointed this out they said that my room was already occupied and that tomorrow they could give me my room. Then I pointed out the room I was smaller and they should at least reimbursed what I paid extra and after them trying to convince me they gave me a triple room (which... why do I need that many beds if I only needed one) finally agreed to reimburse me the extra paid for that one night. All of this was done with google translate because during my stay NO ONE spoke English or any of the other languages I speak. Then finally I get my room the following day only to have the amazing experience that the AC shuts off by itself after an hour or so, not working properly and the room was located at the top floor and there is a club or bar on the floor above which was VERY loud. I would try to do video meetings while drunk people are yelling on the hallway and music is playing loudly. Luckily I have experienced it all on my travels so I always bring with me earplugs which is the ONLY reason I could have fallen asleep but the music vibrations did not help. Breakfasts were odd because me and the other guest were joking that each day they would give us less food items and they were mostly all cold and felt like it was leftover from the bar food (because they ask you to go to a bar nextdoor) from the previous night. Overall, this is a great place to stay if your intent is to be on that top floor, partying and getting drunk and don't want to go home and want to sleep there but it is not a good place for someone to try to be doing any remote work at all, nor if you want an actual good night sleep.
- Saulo (1/5): Bad -
- D5007PHanils (2/5): Very bad experience with dishonest people - Asmalı Mescit Suites/grand aydin Pera hotel is real scam hotel and the owner is very dishonest they can claim after 20 days that you didn’t pay for the hotel. We stayed 4 nights at hotel while we booked 5 nights we got bitten by bedbugs and couldn’t sleep every night until 4/5 am because of the brothel at the top floor and because of the bar at the ground floor.
- Shaun (4/5): Definitely will not recommend this hotel to any one. - The close proximity to the cities main attractions The reception was bad. Our room was not ready although we booked months ago. We were given a terrible room for the one night because ours were not ready. This room ceiling was coming apart, they knew the air conditioner was not working. The hairdryer was not safe to use and cut out when it got heated. Towelling was not the best. No drinking water, kettle and tea/coffee in the room we had to ask. No glasses in the room. Was not well equipped as a self catering room. Fridge ice box was frozen up. Not a good experience at all.
- Saulo (1/5): NEVER BOOK HERE - Only positive, the staff very helpful. I feel sorry for them to work there. Owner is a liar, scammer. Room very old, durty, smelling like cigarettes, the bathroom smelling like sewage. Contacted booking.com to complain, they said the owner had to approve the non fee refund, he stalled for days, not answering my calls nor replying my messages. Also, there is a night club on the rooftop that goes until 5am, impossible to sleep.
- Parnian (1/5): Bad - Nothing There is a lot of noise in the room and u cant sleep at night . The staff can’t speak english . The rooms are dirty .
- Hassan (8/5): Very good -
- Kadidiatou (8/5): Very good - A lot of noise
- Benzey (7/5): Good - Good location, near to Istiklal street Not cleaning the room every day, only if you tell they clean.
- Genevieve (2/5): Very poor - There was a nightclub on the top floor of the hotel, and music was blaring from 10pm until the early hours of the morning. Sleep was impossible during this time. The included breakfast was at a restaurant down the street. There was no room service to change towels and make the beds. We had to purchase our own toilet paper, as we were not provided with any.
- Cholpon (1/5): The worst hotel in my life - The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Near the pedestrian Istiklal, everything a tourist needs is within walking distance Everything is bad in this hotel: 1. on the 6th floor there is a club where music plays until 1 am. 2. there is a pub on the 1st floor and two more pubs nearby. Music plays in each of them until 3 am. 3. The rooms are dirty and unkempt. We changed three rooms in this hotel. The wallpaper is torn off in the rooms, the toilet does not work, smudges on the walls, the stove does not work, dirty bathrooms, poorly functioning air conditioners (because of the noise, I had to sleep with closed windows. Before booking a room at this hotel, look at the photos. It's a pity that Booking sided with the hotel. This is unfair and wrong. I will draw conclusions
- Reshmy (8/5): Affordable budget stay at a prime location - Excellent location , busy street with lots of shopping , pubs and food . Decent, affordable stay
Breakfast was very good Can add supplies for coffee , tea etc in the room
- Anna (6/5): Pleasant - Location close to Isticlal Location close to bars and disco, very noisy, facilities are old
- Pooneh (1/5): The worst place ever! - Nothing! Maybe the fact that it was right next to the Istklal street The photos are not accrue. The rating of this place is wrong. This is not even a hotel. I assume it should be illegal to advertise such a place as hotel or as it is. The shower, the sink, the toilets all other facilities was broken. They didn’t have clean towels. The bed sheets were dirty and the towels as well. The place was placed underneath a disco (where they rented it at nights) and also in between two other disco bars. It was noisy at nights. It was a disaster! The shower head was damaged and the water runs over the bathroom. With no reason, the cabinets were leaking water. I cannot emphasize the depth of discomfort we experienced while staying there.
- Masoumeh (1/5): Bad - Nothing It was old, dark and dirthy in very noisy nighborhood
- Mahir (10/5): - Çok teşekkür ederim beni öyle güzel karşıladıkları için konumu mükemmel merkezi bir yer metro çok yakın kahvaltı gayet güzeldi herkese tavsiye ediyorum
- Ismail (9/5): Brillant Location...Strongly Recommended - Fantastic Location
Great Staff..Mahir is very helpful ... Can't think of anything...
- Carmen (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect, our room was very large and the staff were very friendly and helped us a lot
- Joeran (2/5): Very bad experience - Staff tried their best and is friendly. Located conveniently in a side street off of Istiklal street, also relatively easy to reach from/to airport (IST) with 2 Metro Lines. But that's already it. First of all I am writing this review because for some reason I received an email thanking me for "my review" which I hadn't written yet. And apparently "I" rated it 'exceptional' - which is far from the truth. Update: I now know how the review is faked: They ask to see the booking confirmation and make a photo of the booking number including the PIN next to it. They use it to log in to this booking with your account and leave the review. Make sure to never show them the PIN!
First you should know that the Hotel is located in a party/pub area - meaning loud music from left, right and top. There are bars on both sides of the Hotel, most possibly neighboring the wall to some of the rooms. There's also a Night Club on the roof of the very Hotel, contributing to more loud music/noise. Customers of that night club will also use elevator and stair case of the Hotel. If you come to Istanbul to party and don't want to sleep before midnight-1am this won't bother you.
Rooms have seen much better days. Everything is worn off. I've stayed in 2 rooms, both had wallpaper come off and possible water damage in some areas of wall/ceiling. Whatever is broken probably stays unfixed - that's how rooms looked like. I'll attach my own photos. One evening I wasn't able to unlock door. Nobody at reception for a good 10 minutes. Staff tried to open door and failed and eventually called a locksmith to change locks (maybe one of the few things that actually was fixed). I had issues opening the door of first room I was in too and I observed other guests struggling with opening doors - must be a more general issue.
After traveling for already 2 weeks and more weeks of travel ahead of me, I looked for rooms with a washing machine. The room I was give first didn't have a washing machine. I was told I can switch rooms the next day, which I agreed to and did. The second room was slightly better and had a washing machine.
- Haizea (1/5): HORRIBLE, DIRTY AND NOISY!! SCAM HOTEL - Nada HORRIBLE! SUPER NOISY! DIRTY AND SMELLY!
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!
I my years of booking hotels throughout booking is the first time I had such a horrible experience.
Before our arrival, we ask specifically for a quiet and not smoking room. We are a quiet couple visiting the city just using the hotel for sleeping literally.
The hotel is in a horrible noisy street with pubs, we didn't realise till after the reservation.. that a bit of noise on the streets we could imagine (cause is Istanbul..) but literally the hotel had under and on top of the hotel a pub! that will play CRAZY LOUD music till 3-4am!!!No chance to sleep at all!
Also when we got into the room is full smell of tabaco and the toilet flush was all night dropping water. I don't think they change at all bed sheets or clean the room at all before we arrived ( as also other guest personal belongings were left there)
We asked them the next day to change the room and they moved us to the 5th floor on the other side of the building. (as already during the night I complained to booking too)
Thinking we were gonna rest... When we arrive at 9:30pm to the hotel after dinner was already load music again till late and the top floor was connected by and open door that no security will be there with the Pub!! Crazy! People will come down to our floor from the pub during the night while partying to talk and drink literally in front of our bedroom door!! It was unacceptable situation I never seen!
There is no control on the building, noise and party like a club in the hotel!!
We didn't sleep for two nights and I only asked them for refunding two nights of my three night left, to pay another hotel, but they didn't want to.. We left and lost the money of three nights.
I WOULDN'T CALL THIS PLACE A HOTEL. IS A PARTY BUILDING. If I could I will rate them with a 0
- mohammadhassan (2/5): - It’s not a hotel it’s a scam. Prepare yourself for loud music till 4 am. I booked for a week, could not stay more than 2 nights, did not sleep the entire time. If u booked this place make sure to have another booking cuz u will leave.
- Liliana (7/5): only one night, if really needed - the location, right in the center of the city, close to some attractions that I was interested in, like illusion museum or inocence museum the street is very noisy, there are always parties around, I asked for a parking recommendation, I didnt get an answer, the inside needs refurbishment.
WARNING - be mindful with the behaviour of the guy at the front door, he is consistently asking you to show the booking and he is making a picture of the booking number + the pin code, than he's using it to log into your booking account and the very next thing that happened to me is that a review was posted on my name on booking.com with excelent score for this location, so I changed imediately and reset my password for this website :(, than all other passwords. It also happens in other countries, as I read on internet, but it is the only location in Turkey where it happened to me as well. So, do NOT show them the pin code of your reservation!
- Minna (8/5): Very good - The stuff was friendly and they always did what I asked for. The music was quit loud from the nightclub.
So better to have ear plugs! Then it is ok and you get good sleep.
- Chunju (10/5): Exceptional - Actually, it went very well, the staff was good, the location was excellent, the price was very nice, the rooms were quite big compared to the location.
- Doudoulakaki (5/5): Poor stay - Central location The place was clean and very central, there was no cleaning of the room nor clean towels for three days. No English speaking reception and very noisy during the night. We didn't have hot water most of the days and the breakfast was the same every day
- Ali (3/5): I really never have been in hotel like this all the pictures which I saw on booking are not true in addition the hotel a -
- Elnaz (1/5): Sehr schlecht! - Nothing! very very bad. It can only be good for young people who just want to be in the center and stay awake till morning and go to bar and just have a room nearby to sleep. It was my first time in Istanbul and the worst experience I could have. The so called hotel is located in a very crowded area with a bar downstaris and the other bar upstairs. we could not sleep till 4 am. We asked them 3 times to stop it and they pretend that they would stop but they did not. they lie to us about it. we slept till 10 because we could not sleep at night. then in the morning they said breakfast time is finished.
When a hotel is in this condition, they should not be allowed to accept families with children. it is not acceptable.
The room was also very dirty and toilet was leaking. The beds did not have clean sheets and they were full of spots.
We could not tolerate it and moved to another hotel in our next two nights. Although we had payed for this awful hotel.
- Nisrine (1/5): Horrible stay - There was a pub downstairs and a prostit*** house on the last floor. They kept us awake till 3 AM in the morning, we left the hotel and booked elsewhere. When i asked for a refund for the remaining days they refused, and they were highly unaccountable.
- Kasra (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms are very good to be in the big center, Istiklal is very nice, it has everything you are looking for, it is very nice.
- Olga (10/5): Exceptional - The consulates are very close, the staff was friendly and nice
- Daniyar (10/5): Exceptional - very good price and excellent location
- Peymankhan (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and big rooms, right in the center and very close to everywhere, the consulates are all there, the staff was very good, I hope we see you again. 😄
- Myriam (10/5): Exceptional - It is very nice that it is central and the rooms are big, next to the metro.
- Shahid (9/5): Superb - The rooms are very big, like our home, we liked it very much as a family.
- Myriam (10/5): Exceptional - It is central, the rooms are big and it is a touristic place.
- Masoumeh (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice location price staff number 10 I recommend
- Masoumeh (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice location price staff number 10 I recommend
- Ehsan (10/5): Exceptional - It is located in the center, right next to the metro. They helped us a lot. I recommend it to everyone. The price is very affordable. nothing
- Gholamreza (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is the same friend, I will come again, thank you for everything
- Teona (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was nice, close to everything, right in the center
- Kevin (7/5): Central and good location. Close to everything. - The hotel was very centrally located at Galata and the famous Istiklal street between Galata and Taksim. Close to good restaurants and small street food places at good prices. When we arrived at the hotel, it was unclear how the reception functioned as no staff were present. The staff's English was not the best but if you learn a few Turkish phrases you will go a long way and it is appreciated not only by the staff but other residents of Istanbul. There was no toilet paper or conditioner so we had to ask the staff who gave half a toilet roll and no conditioner. Be aware that the hotel is right next to a club/bar with loud music.
- Ismail (8/5): strongly recommended - Great location...
Spacious Room nothing
- Natalia (4/5): Bad experience - The only positive thing is the staff, all the people were kind When we arrived the bedding was wet, we had to go to bed in a wet bed. A couple of hours after our arrival, we noticed that there was water on the floor in the bathroom; every hour after using the toilet, it became a little more. In the morning when we woke up there was water everywhere in the bathroom and in the hallway. For a long time I could not find the reason, it turned out that the sink was not made correctly and when you wash your hands, all the water flows to the side and onto the floor. I had to put a towel around the sink to keep it from dripping down. There was a stove in the photo, when we arrived there were no cooking utensils in the room. I had to go downstairs and ask. I had to go to them all the time and ask if there was a knife in the room. There is a club on the top floor. Music plays from 10-11 pm until 3-4 am. We didn't sleep for 5 nights. the music is screaming very loud. This place is not suitable for living. The hotel is very old, everything was poorly washed. Breakfast was very small and the same every day. some bread, a boiled egg and a couple of pieces of cheese. It's a terrible experience. When we rented the reviews were good.
- Steve (2/5): Very poor - Good location.
The staff were ok! at least the were apologetic and seems trying to fix the problem. The noisy club in the building would not allow me to sleep.
The shower didn't work, water would not drain properly!
The kitchen stove didn't work!
They finally changed our room to a smaller more functioning one but still with the drainage problem and noise...
- Emin (10/5): Exceptional - The employees were very polite and helpful, thank you very much to everyone, I recommend them
- Amila (5/5): Passable - The only thing I liked about the hotel was position of it and also room is very large The rooms should be cleaner, toilet needs a renovation, it's very noisy because of the club in the same building
- Bacem (1/5): Bad - Nothing everything
- Victor (2/5): Very poor - The location for a tourist is good It was not clean in the room, the lights didn’t work, no shower gel, wifi doesn’t work. And there is a night club in the hotel until 5pm. It’s very uncomfortable
- Sanaz (8/5): Very good - It's a very crowded, central place, very close to everywhere for entertainment.
- Gunita (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. The room is worn out, the shower door was missing, so there was often water on the floor in the bathroom. You can hear very loud parties at night.
- Goudarz (5/5): Not easy for elder people... Maybe good for a young couple. - The price was OK There was a pub on the 7th floor and also next to the hotel's door. It was not possible to sleep till 2 am!
- Jesse (6/5): Pleasant - Good location and hassle free staying
- Rahul (8/5): Very good - For the first time I rushed into booking a hotel without looking too far into reviews. I saw the pics the location and the booking.com rating and thought okay. After booking is when I really looked into the reviews. Was scared and tried everything to cancel the booking. After trying everything possible we stuck with the hotel with the agreement that if it wasn't up to scratch we'd cancel our booking.
It was my girlfriend's birthday and also valentine's day and I asked the hotel if they could decorate the room. To my suprise they did an amazing job at decorating the room (pics) the room was so spacious and very clean. No bed bugs for us.
There is a club at the top floor and the music is very loud till the early hours of the morning but me and my girlfriend were fine. Some of the reviews here are a bit exaggerated.
The hotel is in a prime location with activities famous food spots etc all within walking distance.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice people
Didn't get a chance to try their breakfast we was never up on time
Overall I haven't got many complaints, for the price paid I'm more than happy
- Seymur (5/5): Not recommended - Nothing Everything war terrible except the territory of the hotek
- Mohsen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eva (3/5): Poor -
- Ayman (4/5): - Only the reception man was so nice.
- Parisa (1/5): I DO NOT suggest this hotel. - Almost nothing was desirable for this hotel. The bathroom was dirty, full of fungal mold.
The sewage had problem and bathroom got full of dirty water.
There are two clubs in the ground floor and on top of the roof that makes it impossible to sleep at nights. The drunk people knocked the door in the mid-night while we were sleeping.
The reception came at the door of the room in the mid-night and asked for the payment
The staff cannot speak English and it was communication problem all the time.
The breakfast was really boring and low quality.
The staff smoke the cigarettes in the staircase and it smells every time we wanted to go out.
The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room (due to insufficient coverage), we asked several times but they didn't care.
The manager refused to take responsibility for the problems and was unwilling to refund us despite the numerous issues. Unfortunately, we had six nights filled with disasters that completely ruined our holiday.
The manager said: it is not my responsibility to write about the clubs, so I'm writing HERE for everyone to know the conditions before booking this hotel.
- Seyedaliasghar (6/5): Clean Place and great Location but average facilities! - There was no breakfast included! The TV was not working, and the air-conditioning had some issues but it was fixed during the stay! The facilities could be checked and repaired before the arrival time and the breakfast needed to be included but it was not!
- Arief (10/5): Exceptional - center entertainment center large rooms staff
- Αμαλία (6/5): Noise - The hotel's location is excellent.
Very big room. It was noisy. At the hotel's building there is a club at the ground floor and also one at roof top and the music didn't stop before 2a.m. in the morning. We couldn't sleep easily.
- Eljona (1/5): Worst hotel stayimg experience ever - Only location Everything, not a 4 star hotel, maybe hotel apartment only ! Facilties old , floor stinky, mattress old and not comfortable, houskeeping bad, breakfast horrible, loud music on the terrace and downstairs, phone not working, wifi only 1 device, a/c barely working, tv barely working
- Willians (3/5): Cost does not match with the offer - The location and the morning staff was really helpful. The night staff was not helpful and had a very bad attitude. The room is not like the photo and there are a lot of things broken. There was no toilet paper and there was no cleaning during the 4 nights that we stayed there.
- Ala (1/5): My worst experience. Highly suggest you reconsider choosing this place for your stay. - The worst experience I had. Too much noise every night. You can't sleep. Staff do not care at all.
- Sotirios (1/5): Bad - Location Attention!!!
Do not book this hotel for the following reasons :
We booked 4 nights in Delux double bed room and faced the following :
1. Check in was until 00:00, we arrived at 23:25 hotel and without notifying us earlier, they announce that for the first night we will need to be transported to a next hotel, and the next day we would check in. We asked for a refund and they told us they would give us a better room. . (The hotel room that was transported to us was below our choice).
2. The next day we went to the hotel we booked for breakfast, which was outside the hotel in a dirty bar with stools, miserable, incomplete with a boiled egg and two slices of yellow cheese for two people, olives, Bayatiko bread, and tea.
3. After the lousy and rudimentary breakfast we checked out from the hotel that hosted us and went to check in at the Original. There they inform us that the room will be ready at 14:00 and because they have hurt us they would put us in a better room. We leave the luggage and we will return later.
4. Returning to the room was not as shown in photos, bed linen, smaller than mattress, broken mattress, rusty shower, smelled mold, without wi-fi , without remote TV , cleaning Room never made . All of this was in the facilities
5. And the worst of all on the ground floor and on the 6th floor of the hotel there were bars that played loud music until late so that we could not rest.
6.Booking.com does not mention either for breakfast outside the hotel or for the Bar that existed on the ground floor and on the 6th floor.
- Klaudio (10/5): Exceptional - the rooms are very big and the location is very good
- Kamran (7/5): Good - The room was big. Stayed 4 night, Just took the breakfast 1st morning and then didn't bother. Literally one boiled egg was what called their breakfast.
Loud music from the club on the top floor and the noise from it's drunk customers at you room door would not stop until 1 am.
Absolutely ZERO facilities.
- Christos (3/5): Poor - Only the location of the apartment It was a convenient room but dirty, with a broken bathroom door and with a lot of disturbance due to the outside area or from the bar located in the hotel terrace
- Muhammad (7/5): Good -
- Panchishin (5/5): Passable - The staff addressed all our concerns. When we asked to move to a higher floor to reduce noise, they made it happen. Their service was consistently helpful. The hotel is located near a nightclub that plays loud music nightly from 9 PM to 1 AM. Sleep can be challenging without effective noise-cancelling headphones. If we hadn't requested a room change, we would have been dealing with noise every night.
- Rita (4/5): Disappointing -
- George (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was really trying to make our accommodation a pleasure one
Mahir is really a great guy ,and a Russian speaking lady there as well This hotel is completely out of what the reviews say...I can't say that it was clear ,also it needs a refreshme
,but the worst that came up from nowhere at least for me,was that there's a bar to the roof top,as a result being so noisy till 2,3 am...And I didn't read anywhere that the breakfast is out of the hotel...
- Carmine (5/5): Passable - The position and price They never clined the room amd the street its a bit noise
- Daniyar (9/5): Good place in Taksim - Good price and location. Very helpful administrative and reception staff. The room was too dirty. Window was broken and outside noise coming from bar was too loud. Hard to get sleep. But after complaining they changed our room. That room was completely satisfying. Administrative staff provided good customer focused. Housekeeping should be improved.
- Andrey (8/5): Very good -
- Seyedrafi (5/5): Passable -
- Xalilov (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very nice, the staff was very friendly. If I come again, I will choose this place. See you later. nothing
- Ibrahim (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to everywhere, we will come again
- Cluzeau (10/5): Exceptional - It's a nice place, they helped us a lot, thank you
