phil (8/5): Great location. - The location is great, near a lot of good restaurants and shops. 200 yds from a metro station, a 10 minute walk from a tram. The main living room is well appointed and the kitchen facilities are good. Communication with the staff was excellent, pre-arrival and during. No wifi in the main bedroom, signal not strong enough. The bathroom floor is very slippy when wet, including the floor of the shower. The soap in the shower, one was empty, the other the dispenser was frustrating to use.

Christopher (10/5): - The apartments are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. They are very quiet for city centre apartments. Staff are helpful and responsive. There is also an airport pickup for an extra charge. This service is actually essential as most taxis from the airport are unable to navigate the Istanbul streets and set you down near the apartments. Facilities in the apartments can be broken or missing. However, bringing this to the attention of the staff always results on quick correction.
Mian Muhammad (9/5): A cozy family-friendly stay in a great tourist location - The apartment was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable for our family stay. The location was excellent ,close to Galata tower and Istiklal street while still feeling peaceful and convenient. It was especially good for kids, with plenty of space and a family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, a great choice for both sightseeing and relaxing. There was outage of internet in the area during our stay for a day it would have been good if there was backup plan as we relied on apartment internet during our stay. Secondly in one of bedroom in the apartment the WiFi reception was not very good had to alternate between WiFi networks.

Апартаменты комфортные, в целом проживание оставило очень приятное впечатление. При повышении температуры в системе климат-контроля появлялся заметный неприятный запах. При этом без обогрева в помещении было немного прохладно. Возможно, наличие пледов сделало бы пребывание более комфортным.

Ελινα Λεγάκη (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή σε άνετο σπίτι, με φανταστική θέα και εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό, πολύ ευρύχωρο και άνετο, ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που θέλουν να απολαύσουν την ανεξαρτησία τους. Ο επάνω χώρος με το σαλόνι και τη μαγευτική θέα στον Βόσπορο ήταν πραγματικά όλα τα λεφτά και έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο ξεχωριστή. Η τοποθεσία ήταν επίσης εξαιρετική, καθώς ήταν κοντά σε όλα και μπορούσαμε να μετακινούμαστε παντού με τα πόδια, ενώ ταυτόχρονα τα βράδια επικρατούσε απόλυτη ησυχία. Από την άλλη, το σπίτι θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο προσεγμένο και να ανταποκρίνεται περισσότερο στην εικόνα που παρουσιάζεται στις φωτογραφίες. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, περάσαμε υπέροχα, απολαύσαμε πραγματικά τη διαμονή μας και θα το συστήναμε ανεπιφύλακτα.
DONNA (5/5): - Very quiet street. Didn’t like the way I was treated post stay. I had a question about the accommodations because I was going to rebook for June. I was immediately attacked as opposed to them simply explaining why there was a misunderstanding in the first place. The internet was almost nonexistent. We brought it to their attention and it didn't work properly until the day before we left. We got back to the apartment around 7pm that night and left for the airport at 1am. Couldn't get on the internet using data. Nothing during our stay was a deal breaker, the responses and the way I was treated post stay is 💯 a deal breaker.
Vlasta (10/5): - FANTASTIC We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is absolutely fantastic—just around the corner from Istiklal Street, yet very quiet, allowing for a perfect balance between excitement and relaxation. It’s also very convenient, only a 5-minute walk from the funicular that takes you directly down to the Galata Bridge. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable, making it ideal for up to four people. Everything was well-organized and provided a pleasant, home-like atmosphere throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the staff, who were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Their friendliness really made a difference and added to the overall positive experience. All in all, a great place to stay—we would definitely come back! One minor inconvenience was the limited amount of cutlery available. Providing an extra set per person would make a big difference, as it would allow guests to run the dishwasher once per day instead of after every meal. This would not only be more practical but also help save water and energy. With this small adjustment, the experience could be even more comfortable and convenient for future guests.

Mariya (9/5): - Very large and comfortable apartment including one of the most comfortable couches I have ever sat on. Staff were very pleasant and communicative, there was bottled water provided and in general everything was quite clean. Location is excellent. It's near all kinds of public transport within a 1-10 minute walk (metro, ferry, multiple trams) and convenient access to any direction. The building itself is on a quiet street so there was never any noise. - The shower had quite a bit of mould between the tiles. Since I was able to clean some of it away myself with a tissue, it wasn't just staining :( That was the only thing which wasn't spotless though. - In the apartment we used, the router was in a corner by the entrance so the signal unfortunately didn't reach the main bedroom which meant there was no wifi in there. - Not really a negative for us, but just to inform others since its not too clear, the room info says 2 bathrooms but that means 2 toilets. There is only one shower which is accessed via the main bedroom. This was fine for us but may be uncomfortable for people not willing to walk through someone's bedroom to shower.

Rustavelli (6/5): - Размещение в целом ок, прямая дорога на Истикляль улицу, ещё одна к башне. Но есть крутой подъем и это надо учитывать, тяжело старикам, беременным. Рядом в здании идет ремонт и очень шумно, очень громкий кондиционер, за 5 дней проживания была 1 день горячая вода и проблема не рашилась. Ночью летали комары, много. В ванной какая-то дыра. Кривой пол. Такси иногда не может приехать из-за перекрытия улиц полицией

ΤΖΑΝΕΤΗΣ (10/5): - The location was absolutely perfect. 100 m from Gran Rue de Pera (Istiklal street), very close to Galata tower but also close to Karakoy, Galata port and Bridge of Galata. The altitude difference from sea level may be an issue for elder persons but if someone wants to visit Constantinople (the heart of modern mega city Istanbul) upward slopes are part of the experience! The apartment we rent (Number: 8B) was very big and we enjoyed very much our stay (2 couples). Someone could consider some parts of the apartment "tired" (ie some damaged floors, some humidity from a couple of windows affected by rainfalls but the positive aspects of the apartment (location, size, comfort, style) are so important that the overall grade is deffinitely "excelent".

Saera1234 (4/5): Cold dark and dingey - Our apartment was dark and cold, with not enough blankets or heating. I enquired with "reception " their response. The central heating comes on at 13degrees. I'm not sure what you're meant to do if it's 14 degrees..... They said use the reverse cylce air-conditioner- of which it isn't. Photos of apartments are misleading. There are plenty of more affordable and better options in the area.
Iara (10/5): - Excellent location. Very safe area, near the night buzz area, but on a quiet little street so very quiet for sleeping. Near public transport. Extremely clean and spacious. There were no plates available.

Yusha (8/5): - Excellent location very close to Metro and all facilities. Staff was excellent and always attentive. Furniture bit worn out and needs replacing. New mattress, chairs and sofa required. Bathroom has an odd design.
