The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was perfect — very convenient and close to everything we needed. The cleanliness was very good, and the rooms were cleaned every second day The only small thing that could be improved is the breakfast, but overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

- Geraldine (9/5): Good value for money - Good buffet breakfast with plenty of tasty options. Having access to the spa is excellent after a long day of walking. The rooms are big although the setting is very basic. Having fresh water available would have been a plus. In general I was very satisfied, maybe it could have some better guidance on how to use the Turkish bath. The surroundings are a little chaotic but it was not a big problem for us.

Nos avisaron con anticipación que hacían aseo cada dos días, pero muy bien. El desayuno era bueno, cumplia bien. Los recepcionistas muy amables igual que quienes servian el desayuno. Nos ayudaron con el trasporte al aeropuerto. El recepcionista mayor es lo mejor del hotel! Que no contaba con ascensor, y que el barrio cuando oscurecía no daba mucha confianza, aunque nunca tuvimos miedo ni pasó nada

- Polina (5/5): Good - Clean, looks like it was recently renovated, looks kinda modern. Towels and sheets are nice and clean. All staff are friendly and ready to help and advise you on your stay. The room lacks some essentials like drinking glasses, complimentary tea or coffee in the room. I would like to have hanging spots in the room, as there are none. These are all little details that are not that essential, but would really help to improve the experience.

- Анна (8/5): Добре - Загалом враження залишилися хороші: зручне розташування, номер чистий та гарний новий ремонт, поруч багато кафе та транспорту. Номер був затишний, персонал дуже ввічливий. Особливо сподобалась атмосфера та чистота - після довгих прогулянок містом було приємно повертатися в готель. Сніданки теж були непогані, тільки однотипні. Для поїздки до Стамбула - хороший варіант за свої гроші.

Las dos mujeres que hay por las mañanas para servir el desayuno son de lo más antipáticas y secas que se puede tener en un hotel.

Notre chambre était au troisième étage avec les valises c’était très compliqué mais le réceptionniste était sympathique et nous a mis au premier.

Also, the location was just amazing bang on the centre with everything nearby. There was a fly in my toilet and during the night time there was a lot of noise from the reception since my room was on the first floor. The breakfast could be a bit better too.

W sumie moglismy wziac tanszy pokoj w lepszej lokalizacji bez sniadania. Swiezutkie pieczywo ratowalo sytuacje. Zamiast kawy dostalam raz herbate z mlekiem. Herbata okropna, kawa zreszta tez. Widok z pokoju na jakis syf. Okna zamkniete na stale. Adres podany na booking jest nieaktualny.

В отеле всегда чисто, свежо и уютно, чувствуется забота о гостях. Завтраки вкусные и аккуратно приготовленные, соотношение цены и качества отличное. От всей души хочу выразить искреннюю благодарность персоналу отеля, особенно ресепшену Hikmet аге. Очень вежливый, доброжелательный и внимательный человек, всегда встречает с улыбкой, подробно объясняет и помогает во всех вопросах, благодаря таким сотрудникам чувствуешь себя как дома. Также большое спасибо девушкам, которые занимаются уборкой номеров и готовят завтрак их труд заметен каждый день, всё всегда чисто и опрятно. Отдельная благодарность ночному ресепшену (не знаю его имени) аге всегда вежливый, спокойный и готов помочь в любое время суток. Я останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже второй раз, первый раз приезжала с подругами, второй с семьёй. Это место, куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова, с уверенностью рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ценит комфорт, чистоту и уважительное отношение к гостям вернусь еще раз ждите 🤗 Все супер
- Zsófia (1/5): Rossz környék, büdös, koszos. - Azt gondoltam tiszta, de nem. Nagyon koszos volt, foltok az ágyban. Hajszállak mindenhol, szőrszállak, újításból törmelék a fürdőszobában tűrhetetlen szag. Koszos WC… Mind ezt azzal indokolták, hogy ott hagyta az előző szobalány, az új pedig most tanul és egyedül van nézzük el. De sok olyan volt ami nem előttünk gyűlt össze. Pl.: az ablakon volt egy lyuk, amibe be volt téve egy szellőző, ezáltal minden ki és be lehetett hallani. Valamint olyan koszos, poros volt hogy ez nem egészséges a szellőzés céljára. A személyzetnek hiába mondtam, csak a Booking-ot mondta nekem, angolul nem is beszéltek.

Zařídily nám taxi, jak do hotely tak spět za dobrou cenu. Hluk v Hotelu je slyšet. Není uvedeno ze okna vychází do dvoru. Ke snídani nebyla dodána káva, doplácely jsme.
- LAURENCE (8/5): L'hôtel correspond au descriptif : bon rapport qualité/prix. - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Grand Bagoz. Le personnel est agréable et disponible pour nous renseigner. La chambre est confortable et propre. L'hôtel est bien situé, au calme et pas très loin de la ligne de tram. Juste un petit bémol, le petit déjeuné n'est pas varié, il est exactement le même tous les jours. Et il est dommage de ne pas avoir de fruits, peut-être à la place des olives...
- Elizaveta (7/5): - Вежливый персонал, близко до исторического центра. Номер относительно со свежим ремонтом Номер был трехместный с тремя раздельными кроватями, хотя заказывали двухместную кровать. Не удобная лестница, пришлось самим тащить чемоданы на 4 этаж. В номере были несвежие полотенца. Район оставляет желать лучшего. Куча магазинов, никакого колорита, как на рынке. Останавливались на 3 ночи с 1 января, цена сильно завышена, заплатили 18тыс
- Anastasiia (8/5): - Отличный просторный номер, наш номер на самом деле был на четверых (в комплектации шкаф, туалетный столик, пуф, стол с четырьмя стульями) с огромным местом где спокойно перемещаться по комнате,также было отопление (что приятно порадовало, на улице уже было очень холодно). Однако нужно помнить, что в окнах есть встроенная вентиляция и закрыть её никак нельзя, так что всегда немного сквозняк Сотрудники: все сотрудники разговаривали на русском (что значительно облегчило нам задачу), все были очень приветливыми и готовыми придти на помощь (подсказали где выгодный обменник, как добраться до ближайшей остановки, как добраться до аэропорта), приехали раньше так нас накормили и заселили пораньше Еда была очень неплохой (я так понимаю особенности местной кухни, что весь сыр солёный, а колбаса это не то что мы привыкли) Очень узкий душ (если вы небольшой комплекции, то в цели терпимо) развернуться особо негде Грязное постельное (видимо оно уже повидал немало, местами желтоватые пятна) Уборка не каждый день (за 3 дня пребывания, ни разу не убрали номер

- Jennifer (6/5): La puntuación del hotel no corresponde en absoluto con la realidad - Las habitaciones son modernas pero muy pequeñas. El desayuno muy básico y te cobran el café (siendo desayuno incluido) El barrio está cerca del centro pero de noche no da sensación de seguridad y está muy sucio. El día que llegamos hacía muchísimo calor y pedimos el mando del aire, el cual nunca llegamos a ver. La atención que recibimos para nada es la que aparece en reseñas. Solo se salva el señor mayor de la recepción. El hotel no tiene ascensor y las escaleras resultan peligrosas para subir equipaje porque son muy estrechas. En 3 días nadie pasó a limpiar ni a cambiar las toallas, las cuales no tenían muy buen aspecto.

Персонал невероятно дружелюбный и отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь. Номер был чистый, уютный и хорошо оборудованный. Мы действительно чувствовали себя желанными гостями. В целом Bagöz Hotel превзошёл наши ожидания. Нам понравилось каждое мгновение, и мы обязательно выберем этот отель снова. Рекомендуем всем, кто приезжает в Стамбул!
