- Patty (10/5): Very comfortable and great location! - The condo was very comfortable for two of us. There is a tv and a nice fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. There was a nice coffee pot that could be regular brew or keurig. We had a great view out the window to the walkway and we could even see the ski slope. There is hot tubs and a heated pool, but we did not use them. It's very easy for ski in/ski out and there is ski valet to store your skis. This is a great place for winter and summer. I can't think of anything other than there were no hot pan holders ( we just used the towel).

- Michael (10/5): - Great facility and location Could use 2 more bed pillows.
- Jody (5/5): - The Apens is a great resort, we’ve stayed there a number of times. The facilities are great. There was mould in the bathtub, and water damage throughout the vanity. The space smelled like wet dog; the blankets provided did as well. We tried to fry up an egg, and the frying pan looked like it went through battle.
For the love we paid over the holidays, we expected more.

- Jade (10/5): 不错,太方便了 - 地理位置 踢脚线和门框等需要重新油漆
- Shao (10/5): Excellent stay! - Location cleanses facility Parking expensive
- Luz (10/5): Charming place with a beautiful view! Highly recommended - reliable and friendly N/a

- Ali (10/5): - It was my second time renting this room, I gave you 5 stars because last time it was actually good. However, this time, the bathroom sink was draining slow, and the bathroom vent was very noisy in a disturbing way.
- Doug (10/5): Fantastic place. Really enjoyed our visit - Location was perfect. Easy walk to everything in the village. Spacious rooms with everything you need to eat in if you want. Couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work.
- Mária (10/5): Tiszta, jó elhelyezkedés, csendes. - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, tiszta.
- Dave (7/5): Very nice stay, thank you for sharing your home with us -
- Robert (5/5): - Great location Poor check-in procedure. Too many codes for the pool, room, and change rooms. No early or late check ins.
- Jigar (10/5): - Nice location
Staff friendly
Nice decore Sofa was not cleaned as lot of steins.
- sharon (10/5): -
- Lillian (7/5): Okay - Close to amenities I did not appreciate the fact that my accommodation was changed at such short notice and the assumption that giving an extra 2hours to vacate the property was compensation. I asked for a refund on my parking fee ,which was refused . NOT HAPPY 😡😡😡
- Orlee (6/5): Other units at The Aspens are more updated than this one. - Location and pool area Pull out mattress in living room is horrific, you can feel the springs pushing through, my kids had a terrible sleep. The mattress in the main sleeping room is also soft. The bathroom has mold spots and is worn. It is time for the owner of the condo to spend money on a refresh.
- Green (8/5): Very good -
- David (7/5): Good - Great location ski in ski out on Blackcomb
Aspens overall good this room 103 quite dated and in need of some maintenance and renovation
- Holly (7/5): We had a nice stay at the Aspens with a smooth check in process. Thank you. - The Aspens complex is wonderful and in a perfect location. The parking is convenient, the ski valets are awesome, the hot tubs are lots of fun. The bed was very comfortable, and the unit was pretty clean. The unit is on the main floor - so close to the hot tubs and lobby. Though the Aspens complex is a wonderful location and the location of the unit on the ground floor is convenient, we ended up having to keep the curtains closed a lot for any privacy from the main walkway outside. Many of the surfaces (counters, shower tiles, etc.) have been painted versus replaced and are worn and chipped. The flooring has seen lots of wear too. Needs a little refresh. None of the remotes worked for turning on the TV power or changing volume. We used the buttons on the back of the TV, but didn't see instructions anywhere. There seems to be a dispenser door missing in the dishwasher.
- Theresa (9/5): Superb -
- Francis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caroline (6/5): Mostly good but could be better - Lovely building and facilities in a great location. The room was clean with fresh linen, however the room smelled of a strong cooking smell and the sofa was very old and dirty, I also had to wash the blue blanket as it wasn't clean!! The pool closed on Tuesday and there was noisy building work from Tues to Friday that I was not made aware off before the booking.
- Jane (2/5): AwfulI - want refund of the wildly expensive cleaning fee and the unit was not properly cleaned. - Liked location and building. Reception staff welcoming and very helpful. Sheets in bedroom and sofa bed seemed well cleaned and of good quality. The unit was not adequately cleaned and looked like it hadn’t been properly done for a very long time. A few surfaces might have been wiped/dusted but others had very visible dirt/dust (living room AC machine, coffee table base, top of fridge). There were food smears on the living room wall between the tv and fireplace. There were food particles on the couch and the kitchen floor, in fridge, hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub, and the top edges of the bathroom baseboards. Area between toilet and tub were horribly dirty as was the floor and tub tiles, black in some areas. Felt disgusting the entire time.
The sofa bed mattress is a disaster to sleep on, can feel metal parts inside mattress.
The unit needs some basic work to bring to acceptable level for Whistler visitors. At the least painting and caulk replacement, counter tops replaced, sofa bed mattress replaced, flooring fixed where needed.
Appears owner intentionally puts effort/money into maintenance, just milking it for the $.

- Mai (3/5): Extremely bad experience I ever had. The host ia Not nice and helpful at all. I will not recommend anyone to book here b - This is the dirtiest hotel I ever been booked. The moment we went in the room, a bad smell through whole room. My whole family can't stand the smell. So I contact the host but no answered. I had to bought a fragrance to fresh the smell in the entire room. The coach, bathroom is dirty as well. We don't use any kitchen appliances because it seems nor clean as well.

- Mandy (8/5): It was just a night but had good experience with pool and cleanness. - It was comfortable bed and clean room. There was no toiletries like toothpaste or brushes.
- Casey (8/5): Perfect base to explore Whistler in the summer. - The location was excellent! It was a two minute walk to Blackcomb village and 15 minute walk to Whistler village.
- Joseph (8/5): Very good -
- Ellie (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (6/5): Pleasant -
- Craig (9/5): great location for skiing - close to ski hill
- Christopher (8/5): ski valet damaged my skis! - close to upper village ski valet
- Dominique (7/5): Overall, we had a wonderful ski holiday with great ski conditions all week!!! - The location was perfect! We really enjoyed the ski in, ski out! The cleanliness of the condo especially in the bathroom was not correctly done. The condo was not available at 4 pm as it was supposed to be. Plus, the smell of the condo was awful! We had to buy a bottle of Febreeze to get rid of it!
- Payne (6/5): Enjoyed our stay, the ski in ski out was amazing - The ski in and ski out was excellent. the mattress was very very comfortable (needed after a day of skiing!
The rest of the chalet was OK, but with no cock screw The lack of contact with anyone if something went wrong.
The front desk was useless. they said its private residence and nothing they can do.
In our case we left a special pillow behind. we went to retrieve it and the cleaning staff had removed it. we had no where to go, the font desk wouldn't help, there was no contact number and no lost and found. We would love to get our pillow back.
Can you help?
- Olena (8/5): Very good -

- Jay (1/5): Bad -
- Brian (9/5): It was great. The host was great and responsive! - The location was really convenient. It was quieter than the village location which was what I needed for a good nights sleep! Nothing really. The furniture is a little worn out but I didn’t really spend time in the suite other than sleeping.
- Joanne (4/5): We were disappointed by this property and the attitude of the owner. - The property has an excellent location and the pool area and hot tub was very enjoyable. We were charged a 140 cleaning fee and the unit was not clean. There were five burnt out light bulbs. The bathroom was barely lit by one lightbulb. There was visible dirt on baseboards, switches, and the hairdryer, which didn't work (there was a working hairdryer in the bathroom). The bed was way too soft. I woke up with a backache. We were also woken up by a cleaner vacuuming in the hall at 7:30 am. The kitchen was well-stocked but the frying pans were old, corroded, so unusable. The owner was responsive on check-in but did not respond to our complaints about the lightbulbs and cleanliness of the unit until I contacted booking.com. I asked for a refund of the cleaning fee but was only offered a credit of $80 if I decided to come again.
- Janet` (8/5): Very good -
- Poonam (8/5): It was nice. - The location The spring mattress.
- Gerlee (5/5): Nice place for hiking, free shuttle, quite and calming hot tub after a long hiking. - Hot Tub, free shuttle Impossible to take a shower. Water was too hot or too cold due to a plumbing problem.
- Anonymous (7/5): was good - location parking
- Maloney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bandy (7/5): Good - Fantastic location - very close to Upper Whistler. I didn't notice the ~$140 cleaning fee until after I had paid. That fee should have been reflected in the price in my initial search. There were some very nice hotel rooms that didn't have a cleaning fee that I would have considered instead for a one-night stay.
- Tadiwa (9/5): Superb -
- Luciano (9/5): My family loved the place and Whisler. - The apartment is very good and near of the Whisler Village . I didn’t receive the confirmation, and that wasn’t good in mine check in.
- Guillaume (6/5): Pleasant -
