- Elisa (10/5): Consiglio - L’appartamento si trova in una posizione centrale, direttamente su una delle vie principali di Barcellona, collegata direttamente a pullman e a 10 minuti da due stazioni di metro. La cucina è spaziosa e dotata di tutto per cucinare. I ragazzi alla reception sono stati gentili e ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli al nostro arrivo e prima di partire. Prezzo ottimo :) La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era un leggermente piccola per 4 persone, uno dei due letti non era stato fatto quando siamo entrati, ed è piccolo per 2 persone, inoltre le coperte e lenzuola erano macchiate.

- Karin (7/5): Fijne kamer en plek maar boek er een aan de straatkant - De locatie We wisten dat we geen zicht naar buiten hadden maar hier kwam helemaal geen daglicht binnen. We gingen elke ochtend eerst naar beneden om te kijken wat voor weer het was. De kamer is echt prima, schoon en ruim genoeg maar dit was echt niet fijn.

- Agnieszka (5/5): - Location Noise. Someone was doing renovations until 4 a.m., including drilling holes in the walls. Two sachets of coffee and two sachets of sugar for two people for five days. The guy at the front desk seems to be working because he has to. He didn't say where the iron or ironing board was. The ashtray on the terrace wasn't emptied during the entire stay. Dust under the bed. Sewer pipes are right next to the window, so you can hear the water flushing from the sixth floor. Amenities include air conditioning.

- Sampan (1/5): - The only good thing about the property was the location. The photos on the site are very deceptive as they dont tell the actual state the property is in. They massively oversell the property. The one thing someone looks for in holiday is to have a relaxing time and this was anything but relaxing. The bathroom basin was broken, the shower area was heavily mouldy. There was no soap given when we reached the property. Kettle tray was broken, hob was chipped. Cups given were broken and dirty. Bedsheets were torn, sofa bed didn't function properly, pillows didn't have pillow cover. AC never worked and since the heating was centrally managed and by the time we came back from our day to the apartment the staff had gone and there was no one to get it fixed. TV remote didn't work. The apartment is advertised as family friendly but it was not, there were guests in the apartment who smoked all through the night with loud talking and music. Even with closed windows it was impossible to sleep because of loud noises from the guests below. Since AC didn't work if we opened the windows then whole room was filled by smoke. All in all It was a very very very poor property. Every night we were having to force ourselves to come back to the property as it was not welcoming at all.

- Andrea (2/5): Nefasto y descuidado - nada. El apartamento resultó ser una gran decepción desde el primer momento. El espacio es extremadamente pequeño, hasta el punto de que el baño apenas permite que entre una sola persona, teniendo que cerrar completamente la puerta para poder usarlo con cierta incomodidad. Además, las condiciones del lugar dejan mucho que desear: hay una evidente presencia de humedad y moho, lo cual no solo es desagradable sino también preocupante para la salud. El techo está deteriorado, con grietas visibles, y encontramos incluso arañas, lo que da una sensación general de falta de mantenimiento. Para colmo, el pomo de la puerta de la ventana estaba roto, lo que genera inseguridad y dificulta su uso. Las fotos no coinciden con el sitio realmente. La situación más grave ocurrió durante la primera noche, cuando se activó una alarma de incendios que no dejó de sonar en ningún momento. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche, un pitido insoportable y fue imposible contactar con nadie responsable, ya que no atendían el teléfono. No fue hasta las 10:15 de la mañana cuando finalmente apareció alguien para solucionar el problema. La sensación de desamparo fue total, y sinceramente, si se hubiera tratado de una emergencia real, las consecuencias podrían haber sido muy graves. En resumen, la experiencia ha sido muy negativa y no recomendaría este alojamiento bajo ningún concepto.

Tavsiye ederim Bariz bir şekilde beğenmediğim birşey olmadı sadece resimlerde görünen bahçe kısmı ortak kullanıma açık olsaydı çok güzel olurdu o kısım sadece odanın birisine ait giriş yok.

- Tough (7/5): - Location, near great shops, bars, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep step. Friendly, helpful staff, provided a European plug when didn't have one. Modern decor. I felt although ok for our short stay, I felt the sofa bed was a little worn and the kitchen worktop. Would have been useful to have had a toaster. Lighting a bit dark in the bathroom. Tiling in bathroom needed a bit of a clean but all ok.

- Annabel (8/5): It was convenient. - It is in the heart of Barcelona. Staff are helpful with your needs and direction although they are not there in the base all the time. Not very convenient with public transfer, away from METRO station but, has bus station 2 minute walk. Also , noisy from outside in early hours of the morning
- Srdan (10/5): Perfect - Location is perfect for seeing all the main attractions. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and safe, and had everything we needed for family of four during stay. I recommend it.

- Spasimira (8/5): Overall great spot - Good location, walked most of the time but also very good transportation all around. Staff was very friendly first night and offered us some water as we arrived late. We had to make the sofa bed by ourselves
- Valentina (7/5): Buono per le nostre esigenze - Buona la posizione, si può raggiungere il centro a piedi, la zona è ricca di ristoranti e negozi. L’appartamento è dotato di frigo, lavastoviglie, microonde e macchinetta del caffè. Purtroppo la pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare, la doccia era incrostata di calcare, non c’era a disposizione nemmeno una scopa per tenere più pulito durante il soggiorno, il microonde era molto sporco e infatti non ho avuto il coraggio di usarlo, inoltre ho ucciso una blatta nel cuore della notte (in città ci sono, si sa, ma non è piacevole). Il ragazzo all’arrivo è stato molto gentile, ma con un altro non siamo stati altrettanto fortunati, era quasi seccato

- Marta (8/5): - La estancia en general, era acogedora, la calefacción funcionaba de maravilla, las camas muy cómodas y estaba equipado. Que cuando te duchabas el agua salía caliente a ratos, y que el lavabo estaba roto.
- Sandra (8/5): - La ubicacion esta muy bien, tiene muchas paradas de autobuses que te llevan a donde quieras ir. Esta muy cerca en autobus de los sitios de interes. La estacion de tren en autobus es muy cerca y caminando son de 20 a 25 minutos. Esta ubicado en una zona muy transitada y hay comercios( restaurantes, supermercado, etc) a su alrededores. Las camas son comodas Muy a pesar de que la habitacion es pequeña es comoda. Que el baño no estaba del todo limpio, habia detras de la papelera papel en el suelo y el inodoro o retrete estaba sucio. Ademas que la parte de abajo de la puerta de la ducha esta oxidado y con moho, hay que mejorarlo porque da mal aspecto y es antigienico. Que deben de cambiar la tetera y la base que estaba oxidado

- Monica (7/5): Great location and value for money - Great location and good value for money. Towels , shower gel, tea, coffee and kettle provided. Staff v nice and helpful. No windows so no natural light but we only slept there and were out the rest of the day .
