- Alejandro (8/5): Excellent facilities - I liked the facilities, it was really comfortable to be there, very spacious, ideal for spending a few days in Hanoi. The Wi-Fi signal is terrible, it dropped every so often and there was no good phone signal either, so you were left half disconnected if you wanted to work on the computer and for the price they should improve on that point.

- Megan (8/5): Modern and comfortable apartment in a great location - A great place to stay in the heart of Tay Ho. The apartment was new, spacious and well setup. Comfortable beds, great lake views and quiet surroundings rounded out a good stay. I would book again for our next trip.
- Nina (10/5): Exceptional - Modern, comfy rooms with really nice showers. Everything was super clean. Beds were firm but nice. We only interacted with the receptionist and security man and they were both lovely. Nothing! The only note - and it is not in their control - is a few dogs living at a house in the back barking nonstop in the early evening. Luckily didn't start very early the next day but nothing is blocking the sound if they do start up.

- Thanh (10/5): Beautiful - Loved the Layout of the rooms. The Hotel and the rooms were very new, modern and clean. Hotel closed the Gate late in the evenings, so you have to ring and wait for somebody to come and open it.

- Pedro (7/5): aparthotel - good location and new - location, new, restaurants and bars nearby the property is brand new, clean but this is not a full service hotel, the name is misleading. they may indeed have lake view units but mine on the 2nd floor was facing the wall of the building next door which is only some 2m away. there are services and amenities mentioned on their page in this website which are not available - no 24 HR reception - no safe in the apartments - bathroom amenities are 1 star hotel style (single use packs or shampoo etc ) if you are ok with an air bnb experience this place is perfectly fine

Everything was new and the furniture and fittings of a high quality The noisy dog next door which was barking loudly till midnight.
