• Leane (5/5): Bien mais mieux ailleurs - Appartement bien situé proche du métro , d’un petit carrefour express Photo ne représentant pas l’appartement . Il n’y a pas de chambre le lit se trouve dans le « salon » Dans la salle de bain ballon d’eau chaude tellement petit que obliger de se laver à l’eau froide et la tuyauterie fuit de partout dans la douche . J’ai été assez déçu franchement pour le prix un hôtel aurait été mieux

И если чего-то не хватает, то желател - Расположение, близость к достопримечательностям Был сломан держатель душа, смеситель протекал, мыться было неудобно, умывальник был забит, поэтому плохо стекала вода. В номере не было тапок, капсул для кофемашины, чая, питьевой воды. На фото было заявлено по 3 полотенца на человека, тапки, в реальности было только 2 полотенца на человека. Об отсутствии тапок сказали хозяину, он сказал их нет. На следующий день признался, что забыл их просто купить, тем не менее тапки не предоставил, хотя за это время мог купить. В номере не было информации как подключиться к вай фай. Писали Франческо, но он был недоступен и дал логин и пароль только поздно вечером, хотя было проще оставить эти данные в номере, чтобы они сразу были при заселении и не пришлось их ждать. Франческо отвечал не всегда, и отвечал только на выбранные вопросы. Данные апартаменты не соответствую заявленным 4 звездам, а также цене

Our flight was delayed and our check-in was postponed from 9:00 PM to 11:30 PM. We called the owner of the place 6 hours before landing and informed him of the delay. He said he was not interested and was using the place's policy and canceling our reservation. Despite Booking's intervention, he did not agree to host us after 9:00 PM, even though he had received the money in advance. We were forced to spend the night on a bench in the cold with small children at an airport in -1 degree cold. Be careful and do not book with this thief. • Lorenzo (1/5): Hôte injoignable, réservation annulée sans prévenir, aucune solution proposée : perte de 300 €. - Ce que j’ai aimé : l’absence totale de communication, l’annulation de la réservation sans avertissement et le plaisir de perdre 300 €, le tout couronné par un grand manque de professionnalisme. L’hôte ne prend absolument pas le temps de répondre aux messages. La veille de notre arrivée, je l’ai contacté afin de l’informer d’un changement d’horaire de notre vol. Le jour même, à 7h du matin, je n’avais toujours aucune réponse. Ce n’est qu’à 14h, le jour de notre arrivée, que l’hôte nous a enfin répondu. Il m’a alors indiqué que le check-in se faisait entre 15h et 20h et qu’un concierge pouvait éventuellement nous remettre les clés moyennant un supplément de 10 à 20 €. Une fois arrivés à Bergame, l’hôte a finalement refusé toute solution et m’a renvoyé vers Booking. Nous avons donc été contraints de réserver une autre chambre ailleurs. De plus, l’hôte a annulé la réservation sans nous en avertir. Son comportement est malhonnête : il savait parfaitement que nous avions du retard et aurait pu procéder à une annulation gratuite. Résultat : nous avons perdu 300 €.
• Luis (1/5): SERVICIO PÉSIMO - Este alojamiento se vende como si fuera un hotel, porque así aparecía mediante los filtros de Booking. Pero el servicio deja mucho que desear, y para nada si lo que buscas es un hotel, este alojamiento cumple con los requisitos. El servicio ha sido pésimo, tanto antes de la llegada como después. El día que llegamos tuvimos un problema con el coche que, con las dificultades del idioma, le trasladamos. Tenemos un coche eléctrico y no pudimos llegar a la hora exacta del check in (lo que en un hotel no hubiéramos tenido problema). El encargado nos habló y nos exigió que por ese retraso nos quería cobrar 40€ en efectivo extra. Cuando salimos del apartamento solicité la factura. A día 23/12/2025 todavía no han sido capaces de emitir una factura, la cual llevo reclamando mediante booking vía mail, llamada y mensajes.

• Alba Bravo (6/5): Insonorización y check-in mejorables - El check-in fue bastante deficiente: la persona encargada solicita que se le escriba el día anterior para organizar la llegada; así lo hice, pero no obtuve respuesta. Volví a escribir al día siguiente y no recibí indicaciones hasta que ya estaba en la puerta del apartamento, lo que genera incertidumbre. Además, te envía un enlace para rellenar los datos personales en el momento que estás haciendo el check-in, cuando es algo que claramente se puede hacer por anticipado antes de la llegada, evitando perder tiempo durante el viaje. Respecto al apartamento: tiene iluminación artificial insuficiente, lo que hace que el dormitorio y el baño resulten estancias oscuras. En el baño, por la mampara de la ducha se sale el agua y el lavabo desagua mal. La insonorización es muy, muy mala: se oye todo el ruido de la calle y las ambulancias te despiertan por la noche. Debe ser una calle de bastante tránsito y es muy incómodo. También hay un descansillo común y se escucha todo el paso y el ruido de otras personas. Mi opinión: con una mejor gestión del check-in, una insonorización adecuada y pequeños arreglos en el baño e iluminación, el alojamiento podría mejorar mucho la experiencia. La ubicación es muy buena. El apartamento es amplio, con cama grande, buenas almohadas y buena calefacción. Otro punto a favor es que tiene persianas.

Prvo online prijava je bila na talijanskom i svaku riječ sam morala prevoditi što mi je uzelo previše vremena, informacije na whatsappu su isto poslane na talijanskom. Kad smo došle ispred, nismo mogle naći vrata i nakon nekog vremena domačica je rekla “vi ste moji gosti?” , počela je samo šetati prema gore, niti dobar dan, niti pomoć pri unošenju kufera, čak nismo mogle skužiti u koji stan je ušla neg smo je tražili, na kraju nit nam je rekla neke informacije samo je izašla iz sobe. Apartman je lijep i velik, no posteljina i ručnici su imali jako neugodan miris, vrata od tuša su bila pokvarena. Kod koji nam je dala za ući u zgradu nije radio, doslovno smo na sreću ušle jer bi nam se uvijek dogodilo da je neko od drugih stanara tih zgrada bio ispred, pa su nam oni otvarali svojim šiframa.

The location is good for sightseeing and shopping. the bathroom felt very cold, we’re not sure if the heater wasn’t working properly. The lighting in the apartment is quite dim, so it’s not very bright inside.

Nelle foto é molto luminosa invece ha un atmosfera molto cupa e le luci dell’appartamento sono molto basse. I riscaldamenti non funzionano e a dicembre non sembra il top. Mancava una scopa o una spugna per poter rimanere nel pulito , Nonostante abbia contattato lo staff segnalando queste inadempienze insisteva nel dire che secondo lui era tutto apposto.

Además la cama es bastante incómoda porque está casi a ras del suelo. Tiene unas cortinas con unas barras a medio caer y que no cubren nada de la ventana. Tiene lavavajillas pero no tiene ninguna pastilla

• teona (10/5): - I am very satisfied with my visit to this apartment. It is located very close to the metro, there is a bus stop nearby. The central square Duomo is 800 meters away. There is a market in front of the house. The entrance is protected and clean. The apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable, the bed linen and dishes are clean. The kitchen has all necessary utensils, teapot and coffee capsule machine, but you have to bring your own coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. We were 3 people and the blanket was found for 2. As soon as I wrote to the administration, they immediately solved the problem. The landlord is very attentive and polite. I would visit this apartment again.

• Daniel (6/5): - Location is good, quite central and easy to reach by metro or bus. Size is good for 2 - 3 people. Friendly staff and flexible for checkin which was great. Smelled cigarettes in the whole apartment, poor equipment in kitchen and bathroom and guest bed has low sleep quality.
• Kate (3/5): Might be worth it for the location but set your expectations really low! - Super close to the city centre and a local train station. Bedroom windows open out to a cute courtyard. Staff were inattentive - had hot water problems which took 1.5 hours for a vague response. Instructions only provided immediately before arrival. Hot water needed to be managed - 3 people can't shower one after the other, and you must certainly can't run the washing machine. Only the hand held shower head has hot water, rainfall stem appears broken and only offers cold water. There are 4 doors to get through, you will only get video instruction of how to enter the first electronic gate; there is a button to exit but you need to hunt for it yourself. The 2nd door can only be accessed with a key, which is only provided in a lock box beyond this door. Which means if you're lucky enough to arrive while the door is propped open (appeared to be during business hours) then it was easy. After hours, you might need to follow another resident in. We (party of 3) were only given 1 key, so if only 1 of us needed to leave, someone would need to accompany them to potentially unlock the 2nd door and go down to let them in again. All beds were uncomfortable. Fold out couch makes so much noise under small movements. Shutters were so old; they were opened and closed by these cloth ribbons that were either in a hidden compartment or quite difficult to see. Must wash hands after handling them. Only the bare minimum provided in the apartment - Linens per person. There is a coffee machine but no pods. TV but nothing smart. Tiny bottles of body wash but only 1 for your whole stay.

Brak wieszaków w łazience. Jest ekspres kapsułkowy a brak kawy.

• Spence (2/5): Great location/everything else unsatisfactory!! - It’s all about location when you are travelling and the best quality this accomodation had was the location! A picture tells a thousand words and it is very disappointing when you arrive at your accomodation and it looks nothing like the photos. Months ago when booking, I notified that we would be checking in between 10-11pm. I received a response from accomodation to say that this was fine. Day prior I called to make sure about check in time and was told there was a 50€ charge for after 10pm. We continued to discuss this and I was told it was an extra charge and we had to pay it, no mention at time of previous communication! Bathroom needed maintenance, broken shower door, water flow drain was broken and would come off when showering under your feet, drain plug in sink was broken and would stick and very hard to open again. Soap only toiletries supplied, no shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. No Tea/coffee supplied, they did however supply 4 pods for a 4 night stay when I asked. I was told when asked, they weren’t a hotel madam!! I had to clean the coffee machine before use as the water contained was very grimy and dirty! No manual of how to use anything and what was the WiFi password? Upon entry, the area before the room was in terrible condition, dirty with an awful smell/aroma. The fridge had a pungent smell when opening, needed to be deodorised! Upon arriving, I asked for an additional pillow, wow this was so hard to arrange. I just wanted an extra pillow, asked twice and for the last night, they changed my pillow which was worse than the first one, I wanted another pillow, so I had 2. The new one they exchanged for was even worse. It was impossible to hang anything in the wardrobe as the height to hang clothes was so high, it could not be reached. Let’s also mention the noise from the road, on a major thoroughfare with no allowance for noise, people talking in street in middle of the night, traffic flow loud and noisy. Looking out into the balcony, there was pizza boxes and rubbish from previous guests which had not been removed.

• Rana (10/5): Fantastic location and great value for money! - Fantastic location and great value for money! Just steps away from San Babila metro station, very close to the Duomo and the fashion district. Plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby — you couldn’t ask for a more perfect spot. We had a whole spacious apartment to ourselves, with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The place felt safe and secure, and overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Two small downsides: we were charged €40 for late check-in even though we had informed them in advance, and the closet hangers are oddly placed way too high to reach. Still, this is a great choice in Milan, and we’d happily recommend it!

The location was good - less than 10 minutes walk to Duomo and leas than 5 to the M1 subway station. The communication with the host was fast only by phone. They didn't reply to messages.

• Rebecca (7/5): Spacious, clean apartment and friendly host. A few extra gestures would go a long way 😊 - Spacious, host was friendly and helpful with bag and answered questions quickly. Lacked a few basic things such as tea towel, for kitchen and some basic utensils such as a sieve. It was advertised that there was a dishwasher however this didn’t work, there was also a coffee machine but no coffee pods left which was would have been a nice gesture. Would have been nice to have a smart TV for the price.

Wasn’t an issue for us but if you are sensitive to noise, due to its very central location there is some traffic noise at night. But overall a great place to stay.

• Johana (8/5): Great location, ample room for a family of three. Could update pictures to reflect current layout. - The location is great. We walked to the Duomo and the Gallery. The apartment was clean and had the amenities listed. The host was easy to reach and had good communication. There were many locks to access the property. The pictures do not reflect the actual layout of the property.
• Xhovana (9/5): Superb - The apartment was really nice and clean. It had all the facilities. The location was amazing, only 7 min walk from the duomo.The auto check in was really easy with the instructions.
• Azizbek (1/5): Would never come back there. - Only location is good Its not apartment hotel. Its just apartment rent. No reception. Very cold toilet room. Too noisy. Doubtful safety because of poor door locks.

Entry/locking system needs a rehaul. Good instructions given but too fiddly. Also ask for an extra key if you’re more than one person.. no staff or restaurant onsite as some reviews mentioned but we didn’t need it.
