• Narelle (8/5): A safe and cool stay in Milano - What I loved about this accomodation: the staff met us at the door when we arrived, they were super friendly and helpful. They even carried our heavy bags up the steps at the entrance of the building. The facilities in the room were good - great convection stovetop, lots of plates and cuttlery, the washing machine worked well. The air conditioning and the outdoor shutters kept the apartment super cool - and it was very hot outside. I also really appreciated the proximity to Milano Centrale train station. Overall, a really safe stay in a super clean apartment where I feel like the hosts went out of their way to assist us with anything we asked for. I didn't find the bed comfortable. I also found that having to be buzzed into the building and not being permitted to sit in the chairs near the lift while we waited for our room to be cleaned one day a bit uncomfortable tbh. A second set of keys might've helped my husband I feel freer to come and go as we pleased, given you needed a key to use the lift to get up to the floor we stayed on. I would also suggest providing visitors with some local information. Eg: top tip - there's a small Carrefour supermarket in the building next door that you can't miss. It has the bare essentials - loved that. However, there's a much bigger, beautiful Le Esse supermarket tucked around the corner which you could literally live out of. They sell lovely pre-made meals, fresh fruit and veg, have a full deli, a great cafe at the front. The coffee and pastries were really good and super cheap compared to other places. However, it took us days to find La Esse. So, a little map with some info like this would be awesome for other travellers I think. There was a map of Milan on the table when we arrived but the print was tiny and it wasn't marked with the location of the apartment or anything else that I could see.

• RomiAng91 (8/5): Mini Appartamento Servito, Comodo e Pulito in Piazza Repubblica 🩷 - Stanza modernissima, arredata con gusto, pulita e accogliente. Spazi modesti ma molto ben organizzati. Ottimo per brevi soggiorni anche per motivi di lavoro. C'erano dei lavori e per qualche ora siamo state senza elettricità. Per il resto, tutto perfetto.

Je trouve que le parking qui nous on conseillé était très cher 50 euros pour de 15h a 10 h le lendemain même pas 24h00 et de plus quand on à était là récupérer c était pas la même personne et il voulait nous faire payer 60 🤣. Enfin prendre plus de temps et mieux se renseigner.

• Maxim (1/5): Consumer law violation - Overall, it's newly updated apartment in good condition, located in nice area. I stayed with this operator and experienced a clear bait and switch. The apartment address shown on Booking.com was not the real address. The correct address was only revealed after I completed a non refundable booking. They also told me the new address was two hundred meters away, but it was actually much farther. The elevator was not working and I was informed of this only after payment. There was also heavy construction noise that made it impossible to work or relax. Several critical details about location, access, and living conditions were either hidden or disclosed only after the booking became non refundable. I believe Booking.com and consumer protection authorities should review this operator for compliance.

• junkwang (8/5): Appartement tres moderne dans le quartier moderne. - L'appartement est tout neuf et bien équipé pour passer un séjour courte durée. Décoration très moderne. L'accès au logement a été très fluide grâce à une bonne communication avec le personnel qui est très réactif et très arrangeant. Attention, l'adresse qui est indiquée sur Booking.com n'est pas l'endroit où vous allez dormir. Ils vont vous attribuer votre appartement à votre arrivée. C'est un peu une surprise au dernier moment mais pour nous c'était pas loin de la gare centrale donc ça allait. Comme j'ai déjà vu parmi les commentaires sur gg maps, tous les robinetteries sont défectueux. Je ne comprends pas ce qui s'est passé. C'est à réparer ou changer immédiatement. La clim fait énormément de bruit, impossible de dormir avec. Il faut faire un choix entre le bruit et la chaleur.

• Hugo (8/5): Very good choice - It is a ver comfortable appartment nice equipped and broad rooms In a quite and well communicated neighbourhood. There is no noise coming from neighbours neither. It is not a big deal, but we had to check it at 15:00. It would be perfect if it could be done a little earlier.

• Joyce (9/5): Superb - I loved just about everything about our stay here. Location is 10+++, quality of the apartment is 10++++ I would definitely come back again. The communication/response was also very good - with a few small glitches here and there. And we were allowed to check in earlier which was really fantastic! We asked three times for an extra set of keys as we were a group of friends with different plans for our stay in Milan. We were promised we'd get it but we never did. A bit disappointing but in the end we made it work. Other than this VERY small inconvenience, I just have to reiterate that this place is beyond great value for the money!
