- Joseph (9/5): Excellent, clean, central, ideal for Heilbronn - Everything was just right and what I needed. Thank you for the swift check in, easy accessibility and ideal apartment. Two small things but I had little time to worry about. May I suggest to provide more than one pillow, especially a harder one as it was uncomfortable using the one which was provided and I had difficulty sleeping. Also the internet service is very slow and unreliable. My 5G roaming was faster which beats the whole idea of booking a place with internet access. Thank you.

- Gisela (9/5): Für mich absolut ideal, da fußläufig zu meinen Kunden 👌🏻 - Schönes Apartment in großem Gebäudekomplex auf Wunsch mit große Terrasse / Balkon, großes Zimmer, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Tiefgaragenplatz, alles da - nur kein Föhn (hat wahrscheinlich jemand mitgenommen 🤨) Sehr netter Kontakt zur Verwaltung des Hauses. Für mich absolut ideal, da fußläufig zu meinen Kunden.

- Theresa (8/5): Geräumiges Appartment mit ordentlicher Ausstattung. - Sehr geräumig, großer Balkon, Küche relativ gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine. Die Sauberkeit des Apartments bei Anreise könnte besser sein. Viel Staub und der Boden war nicht ganz sauber. Auch liegt um das Haus herum Müll. Leider gibt es keinen Lappen in der Küche um mal was abzuwischen. Auch der Zimmerservice wischt nichts ab und tauscht lediglich die Handtücher. Nach einer Woche wird es da dann leider schon mal dreckig.

- Arina (9/5): - Perfekt für geschäftliche Aufenthalte: funktional, ruhig und angenehm. Check-in und Kommunikation liefen immer problemlos. Dank der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung auch für private Reisen sehr gut geeignet. Bereits mehrfach genutzt und wird weiterhin meine Erste Wahl sein.

- Arina (10/5): - Mein erster Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung überzeugt durch eine schöne, durchdachte Zimmerplanung, ist ruhig und zugleich zentral gelegen. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Der Check-in war einfach und flexibel, zudem steht eine gut erreichbare Tiefgarage zur Verfügung.

- nadja (6/5): Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen.... - Das Bett war bequem und prinzipiell ein nettes Appartment Lage in einer ruhigeren Nebengasse Leider ist die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen - Gaderobe ist lose und kommt einen entgegen - der Kleiderkasten wackelt wenn man die Türe oder Laden öffnen will. Im Bad gibts einen eckligen Duschvorhang und die Beschichtung löst sich vom Duschkopf und ist scharfkantig (mit Verletzungsgefahr)

Facilities & Services: WiFi was okay, there were necessary things like kettles and so on, so it was nice. Only thing better to carry a shower gel. Location & Accessibility: Walkable from the station, about 20mns. But was not difficult to find the property. Value for Money: Yes, if I have to choose, between a hotel with tiny room, I would choose this one for the same money. Would I Stay Again?: Yes, it was reasonably priced, location was good, and good enough for 2-3 nights. Staff & Service: There were no staff or interactions, which is typical for this type of property but worth noting for those who prefer more personal service.

- Claudia (9/5): Alles top - Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schon sehr freundlich. Alles lief unkompliziert und das Appartement ist sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein schönes großes Bad. Das ganze Appartement ist großzügig geschnitten. Ich hatte das Bad unter Wasser nach dem Duschen. Es wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Bis zur Innenstadt sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Ich hätte mir gerne ein zweites Kopfkissen, oder ein dickes Kopfkissen gewünscht Die Dusche hat leider kein Gefälle. Somit steht Wasser im Bad. Ein Abzieher, damit man es wischen kann, wäre super.

- Laura (4/5): - Die Zimmermädchen putzen nicht richtig, das Bett ist nicht gut, die Matratze ist sehr schlecht, das ist keine Ferienwohnung, es ist ein Frauenbordell, man hört Stöhnen, besonders abends Es ist ein Chaos und ich kann es auf der Ebene eines Mehrfamilienhauses nicht empfehlen.

- Dalibor (8/5): The accommodation would be very good if it weren't for the fact that it's a basement apartment. - Clear and detailed instructions from the accommodation provider. Free parking in the underground garage. Very well-equipped apartment with kitchen. Coffee, tea, and water available for guests. Comfortable bed. Very good Wi-Fi coverage throughout the apartment. The basement apartment was a very unpleasant surprise in terms of privacy perspective. If you don't have the window blinds drawn, you basically live with the people on the street. There is a playground opposite the accommodation, so it's not for those who love peace and quiet. Weak mobile phone signal.

- Daria (5/5): Good location, but very inconvenient experience - The location was great, the apartment was clean and big. It was very cold in the room even though we turnd up the heating all the way up. Apparently it should be between 20 and 25 degrees in order to work, which would be a valuable info in the instructions. Plus, there was a problem with the payment, and the facility asked to pay cash to the cleaning lady without providing recipe right away (only per Email after the payment) or send my payment details to the facility by email in order to charge my card, wich is obviously not the safest way to proceed.

- Petra (7/5): Good - It was like on the pictures. It was clean and the equipment were quite OK. Very close to the train stations. A bit warm in summer and you have to keep the windows open, the streets are noisy at night (cars with loud music etc.)
