Room was spacious with lots of amenities They have a nespresso machine but only give you two nespresso pods for the duration of your stay. They don’t provide nespresso pods refills so you’re out of luck trying to use the machine.

The space is very small (even by Japan standards), much smaller than it looks in the photos. This made the value for money not great compared to my other stays nearby. But it is very functional for a short stay if you don’t mind the price!

• Helen (9/5): Compact but comfortable apartment with a view - It was lovely to have a little kitchen and laundry after staying in hotel rooms, and a balcony with a view. The apartment is simple and compact - two adults with medium to large suitcases would still need to navigate how to manage the space - but it's very comfortable, well stocked and had everything I needed. And quiet! There's only four apartments on the floor and I barely heard anyone. The immediate neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet for how close it is to the business of Shinjuku only a coupe of streets away and having a little supermarket across the road was very handy. The northwest end of Shinjuku station and the area immediately around it is particularly hectic, with lots of construction and redevelopment of the station, so it's a bit intense getting in and out. I previously stayed was closer to the south west Yoyogi end and I couldn't see why people found Shinjuku station confusing - now I do. I don't think I ever exited from the same point I entered.

Établissement exorbitant et de mauvaise qualité personnel affreu - L’emplacement A fuir payer 200€ minimum par nuit pour qui la réception nous donne une chambre avec balcons face a un mur et minuscule à ce marché dessus . Demande de changement personnel pas accueillant refuse tout et demande des supplément pour tout même changer d’étage malgré le prix exorbitants. Aucun sens commercial malgré une réservation de plus d’une semaine à plus de 200€ par nuit . Vraiment à fuir à ce prix là vous pouvez trouver des hôtels étoiles mieux que sa ne vaut pas son prix du tout

• JIWON (8/5): 직원들과 청결함엔 10점 만점. 사진과 다른 구조와 히터 노후화에 실망. - 주변 마트 및 줄서서 먹는 맛집이 많아 아주 편리했습니다. 방음도 잘되어서 다른 숙박객이 있는지도 모를정도였습니다 직원들이 아주 친절했으며 언어가 미숙해도, 차분히 기다려주고 대화 할 수 있도록 배려해주었습니다. 어떤 요청을 했는데 갑작스런 요청이어서 불가했으나 끝까지 해결해주었습니다. 아쉬운건 사진이랑 다릅니다. 사진에선 방과 거실이 있고 분리되어있는 공간처럼 보였으나 호텔방 처럼 똑같이 되어있었습니다. 정확한 사진기재로 고객이 헷갈리지 않게 했으면 합니다. 또한 히터가 낡아서 풍향조절하는 부분에 소리가 드드득 신경쓰이게 들려서 잠을 계속 설쳤습니다. 3박중 1박은 한숨도 못잠. 세탁기에 하얀색 티셔츠와 수건만 돌렸는데 하얀색 셔츠가 까맣게되었습니다(세탁조청소 미흡으로 보임) 그래서 티셔츠 버리고 나왔습니다.

The room was very spacious, even had a balcony, the location was very good and the staff even agreed to let us store the luggage until our flight. La rue ou est situé l'appartement est extrêmement calme bien qu'avec de nombreux excellents restaurant discrets tout autour. La vue depuisle 9e étage est très sympa aussi. Les équipements sont parfait, la salle d'eau est très très bien avec sa salle de douche + bain chauffante. Super. rien

• Eli Balta (7/5): - Good location, spacious apartment, very clean and comfortable with all the appliances you need. The hotel charges a 25% "service fee" for forwarding your luggage via Yamato. This wasn't mentioned when we inquired about this service at the front desk during our check-in. All the other hotels we've stayed at during our trip charged us about 4500-5000 yen to forward our luggage, and even gave us a partial refund when the actual price turned to be lower than their original estimate. This hotel charged us around 7500. They weren't transparent about this either, but only said there's a "service charge" after I've inquired about the price discrepancy. I then had to inquire further to understand how the charge is calculated. It gave us a feeling like one would have when getting ripped off at a tourist trap attraction or restaurant. I don't see what a hotel at this price range has to gain from such policies.

Location is in a trendy type area with a lot of small restaurants and bars. About a 10 minute walk to the train station.

Sotto l'albergo ci sono dei kombini e un ristorante che ha aperto da poco. Al piano terra c'è un bar che vende panini e che potrebbe fare anche la colazione a prezzi convenienti per gli ospiti. La pulizia della stanza è solo 1 volta per soggiorno.
