• Veronika (10/5): Super für einen Städtetrip - Perfekte Lage, geschmackvolle, schlichte Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung. Die Kopfkissen waren leider nichts. Wie ein Stoffsack voller einzelner Watteklumpen. Der starke Rauchgeruch im Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus war etwas störend.

Big shower, they supplied coffee and tea. The location is great - many cafes and restaurants close by and only 5min walk to Maria-Theresien-Str. , check in and out was super easy. Also great communication with the hosts. There could’ve been a vent in the bathroom, since there is no window.

• Nina (9/5): Super Unterkunft fur einen Trip nach Innsbruck. Wir werden wieder kommen :) - Das zimmer war in echt schöner als auf den Bildern. Es ist schön gross und süss gemacht. Man muss damit klar kommen dass die Türe zum Bad eine Schiebetüre ist, man kann also viel hören:) Es war alles in Ordnung.

• Brian (3/5): Vorsicht: BETTWANZEN! - Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Das war auch der Hauptgrund für unsere Entscheidung! Beim Bad kann man guten Willen erkennen. Die Umsetzung hat aber leider eher zu Überschwemmungen geführt (Dusche). Das Waschbecken ist hübsch aber extrem verstopft (und das sicher nicht erst seit einem Tag). Des Weiteren mussten wir das Lattenrost richten, was allerdings die durchgelegenen Matratzen nicht wieder komfortabel gemacht hat. Allerdings erklärt dieser Zustand wohl am ehesten das mit Abstand Schlimmste, was erst nach unserer Rückkehr wirklich ersichtlich wurde: Die BETTWANZENbisse. Es heilt gerade noch ab und vor allem hoffen wir weiterhin die Plage nicht noch importiert zu haben!
• Andrea (9/5): - CheckIn und Online-Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Alles notwendige war vorhanden. Über Tags ist der Platz vor der Unterkunft gut mit Leuten gefüllt und dementsprechend auch Lärm. Am Abend war es aber sehr ruhig und mit offenem Fenster schlafen war kein Problem. Einfache aber schöne Unterkunft. Zu Fuß perfekt alles erreichbar
• Barbara (9/5): Ein tolles Eck in einer spannenden Stadt. 🥹 - Die Lage ist perfekt! Herrliche Umgebung zum Essengehen, Chillen und Inspiration genießen! Das Bett! Die Matratze hat den Rücken geplagt und es war für zwei Endsechziger zu tief. Ansonsten war alles super! Zwei Weingläser würden noch Freude machen.

• Dorothea (10/5): - Die Lage war recht zentral, aber ruhig. Die Unterkunft echt sehr nett. Klein, aber sehr cool, sauber. Ich fand sie ziemlich ansprechend. Auch die Umgebung war gut, es gibt mehrere Cafés und die City ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar.

Layouten på lägenheten hade varit bättre om handfatet fanns på toaletten snarare än bredvid dubbelsängen, men det beror kanske på vilken relation man har med de man reser med.

• Veronika (6/5): Overall, I was disappointed. I looked forward to my stay, but the bed made it uncomfortable. - A beautiful room and easy self-check-in with key pickup. The interior has a modern design and the bathroom was clean. I also liked the window seating area. It’s great that someone thought about having enough space to hang coats and jackets in the room. The bed was quite worn out and should probably be replaced. I ended up sleeping in the middle where the two mattresses meet because that was the most comfortable spot (which is a bit sad). This was the biggest downside, because everything else mentioned below could be improved easily, but the sleeping experience was really uncomfortable. I also couldn’t figure out how to turn off the bathroom fan, which was running and humming the entire time during my stay. After taking a shower and walking barefoot, I got into bed with dirty feet, so the floor probably could have been cleaned a bit better. The window seating area is a great idea, but the mattress there isn’t very comfortable and it’s missing some pillows or a blanket so that you could really relax there.

L'unico problema era trovare un parcheggio per le nostre auto appena arrivati,ma comunque dopo qualche giro abbiamo trovato parcheggio. Purtroppo sulle strisce blu si può lasciare la macchina al massimo per 90 minuti....ma questo è un problema del comune e non della struttura!!

• Eliza (10/5): comfortable, welcoming, and in a great location - This place is a little gem! The room was small and simple but really comfortable. The vibe kind-of matched what you're going for in Innsbruck - with the low bed making it feel outdoorsy. Everything was efficient and was easily walkable to places around the city. The recommended parking lot wasn't too far but far enough that bringing a lot of luggage would have been a bit annoying. We ended up just bringing in what we needed for the night from the car to avoid dragging roller bags several blocks.

• Harley Luxford (10/5): Lovely stay in Innsbruck - No staff, therefore, its hard to rate them. Self check in wwas great, worked perfectly, the room was tidy and comfortable. We loved the breakfast in bed table. Fully equipped for our needs. This was a great little place to stay. It is a little walk from the station if you have luggage and bad weather. The buses are infrequent. The odd chairs were a little uncomfortable but thats it.
• anne (10/5): - Établissement calme très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Parking souterrain à 5 min (20 euros par jour) Pas de personnel mais entrée et sortie de l’établissement très facile, consignes précises. Rien à redire. Ravis de notre séjour. Tout était très bien!

• Alec (8/5): Comfortable and practical in the heart of Innsbruck. - Great location for near the train station for access to/from Innsbruck and ski buses, comfortable and practical. Everything to see and eat was within walking distance. We stayed for a week and didn’t have the room cleaned or towels/bed linen changed once. Would have been nice for that to happen at least once (maybe after 3 nights). Also bed pillows were very uncomfortable for sleeping (too soft and flat) but most likely a personal preference!

• Tony (2/5): I couldn't decide if I was staying in a hotel or a motel (with no parking). - The room was a good size and very clean. There was no TV and the bed base was so low it felt like sleeping on the floor. The entry wasn't easily seen on first arrival. Although maps were available (and I didn't see them when I first arrived) there was no-one to orient me so I had no idea where I was. The cooking facilities were of little use since there was nowhere local to buy food.

The lighting in the apartment was poor. Beds were comfortable. Communication was quite good between the staff online 24/7 and any queries we had they helped to answer.

• Joe (8/5): Innsbruck is a great town - this is a decent place to stay in it. - The location was lovely - a short walk to both the train station and town centre with the bonus of a small Christmas market right outside the apartment. It was a little smaller than expected. It would have been better suited to three people than the five we had.
• Evelyn (8/5): Schöne kleine Wohnung, TOPLAGE! - Die Lage war extrem gut. Wir waren zur Vierschanzentournee angereist und konnte fußläufig schnell und unkompliziert sowohl die Schanze als auch die Innenstadt erreichen. Parken im nahgelegen Parkhaus hat auch prima geklappt. Das Zimmer ist hell und schön eingerichtet. Toll war auch die " Selbstbedienung" an Handtüchern aus einem Schrank im Flur. Leider "zieht" es doch vom Fenster arg! Wir haben Kissen und Taschen davor gestellt, dann war es okay. Der Wasserkocher hatte einen Wackelkontakt, mit gutem Zureden :-) ging er dann. Vielleicht könnte man diesen irgendwann auswechseln.

As mentioned in other reviews the bed and the sink are weird. The bed itself was saggy due to slats coming out - we had to put them back in. So low to the ground - feels like we were camping. The sink probably cannot be amended but the bed is worth updating to ensure the stay is far more comfortable.

• Regina (6/5): It was nice but had some short comings. If ever in Innsbruck again, I would try to stay somewhere else. - I liked that the property was far enough from the main tourist area but still within walking distance. The buses I had to take were close enough. There were cafes and restaurants just outside the doors. I liked that there was cooking supplies and dishes along with a refrigerator. The bathroom shower leaked to the floor so the bathroom area was constantly wet. Unfortunately, before we learned of this our clothes would sometimes fall into the wet floor and we could not wear them until they dried. The room was a lot smaller than I thought it would be and in the description it stated courtyard view. There was a small view of the mountains but it was blocked by buildings. There was a small area to hang clothes and an open desk area to store clothes. There was no iron or ironing board and no tv. The price was expensive for the lodging.

• Maitane (8/5): - La ubicación estaba muy bien y lo fácil que fue hacer el check in. El wifi Café, té, azúcar, aceite, servilletas.... Pequeño para 4 personas, el baño no tiene para colgar toallas, no puedes ducharte todos los días los cuatro porque no se secan las toallas, la calefacción del baño no se enciende. La puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien y el agua se sale hasta la habitación, mojando el suelo de madera ..Si no hay limpieza hasta después de 3 días por lo menos me hubiera gustado tener una escoba para recoger.
• Haifa (8/5): - Room was slightly small but the location was a huge plus for us. Within walking distance to the city centre. Was provided with the Innsbruck Welcome Card which has lots of benefits. Self check in and check out was very smooth. However, there are no lifts so be prepared to carry your luggages up the stairs.

• Renee (8/5): - The location was excellent--easy access to the train station and buses while still in a charming area. The Wilten Christmas market, which is small with a strong neighborhood feel, was steps from the building. A laundromat is in walking distance, and so are many restaurants and sites. The shower was very nice and the self check-in/out was simple. We also got the Welcome Card with our multi-night stay, which was quite useful. I wish the bed was a little higher so it was easier to get in and out of. Would not recommend for older or mobility impaired travelers (the rooms are also not wheelchair accessible). Because we were there for about a week, a closet would have been helpful. Would recommend bringing your own haircare products. I wish I had asked for two keys before we arrived, as we only received one by default.

• Joana (9/5): This will be my place, if I ever return to Innsbruck - Perfect location, very spacious area, easy check in and check out. Spacious, with all needed features. Modern, warm and cozy. I almost felt like home, and that is very important for me. A broom, a bucket and a mop could be useful, when you're staying for a full week. Room has enough space to add a piece of furniture (low shelf, i.e.) that separates the trash counter (under the sink) from the bed head (it's too close). The insulation is good, but the upstairs neighbours were still a bit noisy with their feet. The mattress was way too soft (should be replaced)
