• Renee (5/5): Fine for what we needed - The location was great. Lovely quiet street and clean peaceful neighbourhood. It was spacious compared to hotels in tokyo. It was old and tired. Fine for what we were after but some things that could improve the stay would be clean towels or somewhere to dry them. There’s a washing machine but no chance of drying them in the room so we had the same towel for 6 days which was not great. Also some cloths and towels to dry dishes. Just a few more things like that provided would make the stay much more comfortable. A good price though.

• Gwen Celia (9/5): A quiet little apartment in a Ueno neighborhood! - It had everything you could need in a quiet part of the neighborhood! It wasn’t that bad of a walk from the Ginza Line, and there were shops near by for any quick essentials! Plus there’s a bunch of good restaurants around too! Check in was a breeze, the internet was fast, and the amenities were pretty decent! The apartment I was in was a little rough to get ready in the morning. There’s a mirror in the bathroom, but not really an outlet to use, so it was kind of a pain if you need to use a blow dryer or something.

• Aaron (8/5): A great option if you don’t mind taking care of your the space yourself. The best thing is the room size and the locatio - Good location only 10ish minutes to Ueno station. The main room is spacious with room for my family. There is a good sized fridge for storing food. The beds were large and comfortable. Note, the room is essentially a studio apartment so there is not staff or lobby (Not a problem for us). The bathroom is super small (smaller than standard hotel room bathrooms. The kitchen is not really usable for cooking (but the cups, bowels and cutlery were good to have).

• Yeuk Hei (8/5): it was a great Easter family trip. - great price, location is good. taxi from Ueno is about 1000yen. there is supermarkets within walking distance. many convenience stores around. suggest not to contact them via Wechat, that guy was kind of rude. It is much better if you contact them via booking.com, very helpful staff.

• CLAUDIA (7/5): Apartamento en Asakusa a menos de 20 minutos a pie del Senso-ji - La ubicación es excelente, a una distancia caminable de puntos clave como el Senso-ji o la Tokyo Skytree. El check-in y check-out es sencillo, y el encargado fue muy amable en enviarnos una indicación detallada de cómo llegar desde la estación de metro cercana, incluso con referencias fotográficas. Los servicio del apartamento son básicos, pero pueden mejorarse con elementos sencillos como una cortina para el baño.

• KEUNSIK (3/5): - 객실이 생각보다 넓었고, 위치가 숙소의 위치가 그런대로 괜찬았습니다. 주변이 모두 주택가라 매우 조용합니다. 먼저 다녀간 분들의 후기가 거의 그대로 맞습니다. 후기를 좀 더 읽어보시는 것을 추천합니다. 제 경험을 기반으로 가장 공감이 됐던 말은 '딱 잠만 자기 좋습니다' 입니다. 가스레인지 주변이 너무 지저분해서 도저히 사용할 엄두가 나지 않았습니다. 화장실이 좁기도 하지만 청소 상태도 좋지 않았습니다. 진짜 잠만 자는데 적합한 숙소 같습니다. 주변이 주택가라 매우 조용해서 좋았지만 커튼을 열자마자 보이는 안내문에 놀랄 수 밖에 없었네요. '창문을 열고 시끄럽게 할 경우 누군가 신고할 수 있습니다.' 라고 되어 있던데 너무 조용한 것도 단점이 될 수는 있을 것 같네요.
• Nakshatra (4/5): would not recommend for money, defo better places. - Close proximity to seven elevens and train stations, bed was alr not too bad. less space, old equipment, heater was barely surviving and needed to be on for atleast 2-3 hours to warm the place despite it being so small. toilet was disastrously small and clogged up and there were no locks so me and the boys didn’t accidentally run into each others schlongs.

The property staff is very quick to reply which is very good. the size of the room is only good for 4 person maximum. toilet is old fashioned. no wifi. Very near to train stations which is very convenient. very near to major tourist spots in Asakusa. size and cleanliness of the room. It is very tight for a family of 5. toilet is old fashioned. washing machine cannot dry clothes specially when rainy days when you need it.
• Stefania (7/5): - Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione, vicina a due fermate della metro e vicina al Senso-ji L’appartamento non era molto grande però siamo riusciti ad organizzarci. Non mi è piaciuto tantissimo che i letti fossero tutti nella stessa stanza ed anche il bagno con la vasca era davvero piccolo e totalmente rifinito in plastica. Consiglio di cambiare i teli almeno ogni due tre giorni, perché 5-6 notti con gli stessi e poco spazio per stenderlo e farlo asciugare non è stato il massimo.

• JunHui (9/5): - 생각보다 위치가 아사쿠사와 우에노 역 중간이라, 애매할 수 있지만 오히려 15분정도만 걷는다면 우에노랑 아사쿠사가 가깝다는게 장점으로 다가온다. 공용 자전거를 이용한다면 더 편리하기에 애매한 위치가 아사쿠사와 우에노에 여행비중이 높다면 장점으로 다가올 것이다. 그리고 역도 10분거리에 있기에, 다른 지역 이동도 괜찮은 편이다. 방도 넓어서 정말 쾌적하게 생활이 가능하고, 취사부터 빨래까지 진짜 넓은 가정집 느낌입니다. 작은 일본 숙소에 지치신 분들이라면 정말 만족할 숙소가 아닐까 침대를 둘이 같이 사용한다는 가정하에 4명정도까지 편하게 이용할 정도로 방이 넓어 가족 단위 여행객들에게 추천될만 합니다. 그래서 TV가 없다는 것은 단점으로 다가옵니다. 방도 넓고, 취사 시설, 빨래도 가능할 정도로 그저 잠만 자기엔 시설이 좋기에 살짝 아쉬운 정도입니더. 꼭 일본 프로그램이 나오지 않더라도, 핸드폰 연결이나 테블렛, 닌텐도를 연결할 수 있는 TV가 있었다면 더욱 즐거운 저녁시간을 보낼 수 있었을텐데라는 작은 아쉬움이 남에요.

• Cristian (2/5): This was a fail during our trip. - The location is the only thing we could save on this occasion. This was a big miss, and it ruined a bit our visit to Tokyo. The pictures looked much much better than what the flat really is like. There is dirt all over the place. That bathtub had not been cleaned in ages. The stove was a mine of dirt, we thought of cooking one night, but refrained from that as soon as we saw the condition of the kitchen. There is dust everywhere. We found some bags with sheets and blanket under the bed. We understand the staff have to stow ir somewhere, but at least make sure it is properly cleaned before you place bags under the beds. The walls were grey because of the stains and dirt, and the main door’s knob was loose. Just a mess. We decided to stay because by the time we arrived to Tokyo, everything was extremely expensive. But this is a big no from us, and we would not recommend it at all.

El suelo estaba un poco sucio, y si te quedas más de 4 noches, la basura se te puede empezar a acumular, ya que no tienes permitido sacarla.

It's close enough to Inaricho station which connects to Ueno/Ginza for Tokyo metro lines. The area is quieter as well so it's nice to come back to after a big day of walking through the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Amenities and state of the apartment were good and does the job. Communication from the owner/app was good. Overall a good experience especially for the price!

Great location for getting around the city as close to metro and ueno station. The curtains could have blocked out more light but otherwise, no real issues. Since we arrived earlier than planned, he even offered us another room to rest in until our apartment was ready – such a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel welcome. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and very convenient for our needs. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would happily come back and can only recommend it to others.

• Karl (10/5): Exceptional - Place was conveniently in the middle of inaricho stn and tawaramachi stn..walkinh distance to asakusa and 2 stations to ueno.. Place was complete has washing machine,microwave,lift,ref..toilet was small but its ok..room was big!not big..big but enough..we were 3..its ok

• Sonny (8/5): Very good - The location of this apartment was really good, a nice and calm area, close to public transport and at a walking distance from the main attractions in Asakusa. It was located on the last floor of the building so we didn't have noise disturbances. The price was also very convenient. The apartment was not so clean, the sofa had many stains, the washing machine had a bad smell so much that we didn't use it, some appliances were dated (mainly the cooking stove). It could have been better but we still had a nice stay.
• Clara (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! This was by far one of the worst accommodations we’ve experienced. Before we even - Location was the only good feature of this place. Everything
• Rafanavičienė (9/5): Superb - The room was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, there was plenty of space. The room is not new, but quite taken care of. The whole place is quiet and convenient. There are a lot of interesting places within walking distance.
• Ma. (9/5): It was a very comfortable stay, and we hope to stay here again when we go back to Tokyo. - It was very accessible and near the train station. At least a manual bidet would have been better.
• Santana (6/5): it was good all in alll - its location the kitchen smells bad, towels are small

• Tenley (7/5): The location was great--away from touristy areas, but walkable to the trains and Ueno park. - The beds were big and especially comfortable!! The kitchen/bathroom set up was a little funky. It would have been nice to have some counter space.

• Bryan (6/5): Good location, too small for parties of 5 or more. - I liked the location. Its in a very quiet and central location near stations and such Not enough for 6 people. The futon was too tiny for 6 people, considering I am also smaller. Shower and toilet in the same room made it less appealing.
• Wei (7/5): Alright, acceptable but don’t go with too high expectations, the host where great thou responses was timely and fast. - Overall, the rooms are okay. But don’t expect it to look the same the pictures. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was adequate It takes sometime for the room to heat up with the aircon unit. Perhaps because the window was not double glazing causing the outside temperatures to sip in. The temperature outside was rather cold during our stay so perhaps might be alright in warmer months. The toilet is a bit small, needs a renovation. Our unit doesn’t have a shower screen so water goes on to everywhere

• Maria (8/5): Love this property - the facilities are very complete The toilet has no heater when it's cold in winter, there is no one-body glass
