It was difficult for my mother to walk up and down - I loved how convenient the property is to a convenient store and train station. Some of the appliances were broken. Drawers were loose and cabinets fell off the hinges.

Needs improvement & should use current pictures for expectations. - The location is 20 mins from Disney Sea Resort by car. 17 mins to Odaiba where you can enjoy away from crowded places. The place is surrounded with family restaurants and convenience stores. If you want to go out to eat or buy something, Familymart is in front of the place and Lawson is a block away and, Sukiya is 4 buildings away. If you're travelling for a group of 6-8, then this can be of good choice. The apartment is old, different from the picture on site but it was decent and spacious as the name itself. The room is located on the 4th floor so if you have heavy luggage, it will be hard and tiring. I called the owner because I couldn't figure out how to unlock the box where the key was. I had to call again the second time because the owner couldn't find my reservation on the unit. She said I wasn't reserved for the unit even if I spelled out my name. Confusing thing was the name of the apartment on website is different from the name posted on the door so it's difficult to locate. Shower door was not working properly, poor cabinet doors, toilet door never locks, smelly odor in the shower room but these all can be improved and repaired. Never heard from the owner after smelly shower was complained. Totally different from the pictures on booking.com site so expectation was a bit of failure.

However, after some discussion, the owner was very supportive and responsible. Tak the fotos of the house with you, otherwise it is not that easy to find

• KAMIYA (4/5): 素泊まりなら安いのでいいのでは。。 - 金額が安かった ドアにぶつけた様な穴が空いており、修理してなかった。 また、アメニティの類はほとんどなく、バスタオルは清潔なものが置いてありましたが、その他フェイスタオルはありませんでした。 浴槽があるか質問した所、コンパクトだがあると回答をいただいたのですが、実際には風呂蓋と浴槽が両面テープで貼り付いていて残念でした。 他の方の口コミを見て、歯ブラシなどは持参して行って良かったです。 値段が安いので仕方がないかな？と納得しました。

• Charles (9/5): I would stay here every chance I get. The location is just perfect. Haneda isn’t too far, either. - Good location, literally a 1 minute walk from the station and super close to restaurants and convenience stores. It was easy to find. We had the entire 3rd floor to ourselves so we didn’t have to worry about making any noise. There were all amenities, dishes, a nice smart tv with WiFi. Also, check-in was easy; we just went upstairs, put the code in the lock and walked in. There were no staff present, so please keep this in mind. 1. There are some stairs, so if you hade suitcases, I’ll pray for you. But the hike is worth it because the room is actually very spacious. 2. I also didn’t like how low the bathroom light was hanging from the ceiling. I’m 6ft1, and everytime I walked into the bathroom to wash my hands, I hit my forehead against the lamp and it was annoying because I kept forgetting. 3. The front door SLAMS shut LOUDLY. It sounds like a gunshot so make sure you close it slowly so you don’t surprise anyone else.

• Chan (9/5): Great value for a spacious room for a big family. - Great location, close to 2 subway lines and many cheap food options nearby. Easy to find and enter. Spacious space to lay out luggages inside. Washroom and shower room are separate. Washroom is very small, but at least toilet is smart and lifts seat when enter. Floor rumbles and noisy when train passes that may affect some people. Room located on 3F with no elevator. Lack of dining table, only a small coffee table by the sofa.

• 隆行 (6/5): - ロケーションは素晴らしいです。近場に松屋やすき家があるので、朝食夕食はそこで済ませましょう。 テレビにはさりげなくNetflixがついているので、退屈しのぎに役立ちました。 エレベーターがないので、荷物が多い人には大変な気がします……。 シャワーのお湯の出が悪く、夏場はともかく冬場はきついと思われます。 あと、アメニティはタオルのみです。近くに薬局があるので、歯ブラシや石鹸はそこで買うのがいいかと思います。

• ta (1/5): 今までで一番最悪な所。早帰りを初めてしました。 - 駅が近いところとコンビニが近い所は良かった。 まず寝る時うるさくて子供が眠れないって言ってた。 お風呂はシャワーしかなく天井に虫が沢山いて排水溝が詰まってる。 ドアや壁が壊れててガムテープだらけ。 一箇所ボタンが壊れて壁の奥の方にいってた。 換気したくても窓が開かない。 リビングの電気が暗い。暗さ的には豆電気ぐらい。 部屋に行く所の階段が急階段で狭いからツライしスーツケースが邪魔になる。 2泊予約したけど一泊で帰りました。

As we said in another review, there are some holes in walls and doors. Also, there is a nail sticking out of the wall under the bathroom sink.
• Lisa (10/5): Bright, spacious apartment that is a perfect launchpad for exploring Tokyo. - Close to train stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. Neighborhood is not touristy at all, so goods are authentic and reasonably priced. Air conditioning was powerful enough to keep us cool on the 5th floor when temperatures hit the 90s Fahrenheit. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious enough for our group of four adults. No lift, so if you plan to stay on the fourth or fifth floor, you better start training for hills!

With 4 big luggage to carry on, it's a big joke during the stay! 2.shower room is mini size with around 1.2 square metres and no bath, ONLY small size people can squeeze in. Why no picture on booking.com to show this? 3.tap water for the washing basin is touch sensitive design and the volume is just dripping!!! 4. Overall unit is very old, few places was temporarily fixed by roller tape? The pictures on booking.com possibly 10 years ago when just finished renovation?? 5.NO curtains for all windows! Prepare to wake up with the sun rise and noise outside at early morning every day! 6. Spend around 53K yen for 3 nights. Not sure if worth the value or not.

It was a great location. Loads of good food places nearby. Easy transport links and right by a metro station. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Three bedrooms. We were a family of 4 with adult children so it was nice for them to have their own bedrooms. It's near a busy junction. Traffic can be noisy. If that bothers you this might not be your place but honestly was fine for us. Didn't stop anyone sleeping and it is central Tokyo so.....

The bathroom sink did not drain well. Saw one roach. Couch had stains.

• Roma (8/5): Tokyo trip and stay at tomaru hotel was fun! - The hotel room was spacious for just the 4 of us. We liked it that it has a kitchen for cooking to save a little. We enjoyed our trip in Tokyo, after a whole day of strolling around it was relaxing coming back to our hotel. The sink in the washroom was clogged. We were not able to use it for our whole stay there. And there are no curtains in the window, it was so bright even it was only 4 or 5 am in the morning.

Spacious for 5 members and should be able to accommodate 6 easily. There are eating places around that area. Had to climb 3 floors so travelers with big luggage pls note. Other than that it is good.
• Bruce (8/5): We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay, and it was a great base to visit a lot of different parts of Tokyo using the c - It was right next to Morishita station so it was very convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well. The toilet was very modern. We liked the traditional style decor, and the beds were very comfortable. We were on the 5th floor and there was no elevator. The hot water pressure was very weak, so having showers was a challenge. There were some things that were a bit dirty that my wife didn’t like (eg, the shampoo bottles were old and grotty)

Overall very good for a family. For anyone with mobility issues, the many flights of stairs would be challenging.

My bad didnt ask wether they have lift or not, so we got our room in 5th floor, i brought 3 large, 1 medium, 1 small luggage. Travelling with 3 little kids and 1 elderly, it took us a huge energy to mobilization the luggage and people :( we can also hear the noise from the street.

Great layout for a family of five. Easy to find and get into. Amenities were great. Close to the subway. Plenty of kombinis and restaurant options nearby. Had free wifi. loved being able to open windows for fresh air. Shower was pretty ick. Musty smell in shower room. We also had problems with getting hot water. We eventually found the thermostat to turn the hot water on, in the kitchen area to the wall left of the sink. Not a problem for our family but no elevator. No tv.

• Madelaine (3/5): better make sure what floor you will be placed prior booking since they do not have elevators - washing machine and detergent provided, wifi available We decided to get this property because of its proximity to the subway station,, but what we did not know and was not clearly stipulated in the listing (as this was non-refundable) was that we were placed on the 5F WITHOUT ELEVATOR FACILITIES.. imagine two adults and four children with 2pcs of 20kgs luggages (not yet counting the hand carries).. contacted the admin and requested if we could be moved to a lower floor because of our situation, but unfortunately they are not willing to even move a finger because of the type of room we requested (and not because there were occupants, because there were none in certain lower floors).. Not included in the rates were cleaning fee, which I only realized after charging (again non-refundable so no choice but to push through).. but we expected that the house should be clean.. the bathroom drain was clogged causing water build up, i had to remove the debris found in the drainage just so water would go down, no dishracks provided so the “clean” plates and mugs were directly placed on the floor under the sink.. the futons (OMG) provided have water marks all over it and I could not say more how disgusting to sleep on it but we had no choice and hope that the bedsheets were clean.. the toiletries and dish soap provided was not even half-way full, and we were 6, good thing we brought our own..
