• Katarina (10/5): Perfekte Lage in Athen - Das Apartment ist optimal gelegen, direkt an der Einkaufsstraße und nur wenige Schritte vom Syntagma Platz, den Hop-on-Hop-off-Bussen sowie dem Monastiraki Platz entfernt. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Kontakt zu Elena verlief unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The host was very easy to communicate with and always responsive. It was also really helpful that they provide lockers for luggage storage after check-out. The soundproofing wasn’t great, so you could hear noise from other rooms, and the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low.
• Avani (9/5): Lovely room in the heart of Athens! Couldn't get better than this - Room and bathroom were very clean and in a perfect location right in the center of the city. Metro is steps away from the building, Acropolis <10mins walking. We arrived late at night and felt perfectly safe checking in and walking around the area. Was a cozy stay for two friends, with great amenities. Room had a fridge, TV, complimentary waters/tea/coffee, athens guidebooks and several recommendations for nearby food! Perfect for first timers in Athens. There was a bad smell on the ground floor of the building upon entering, but once in our room it was completely gone. Shower isn't well separated from the rest of the bathroom so water can splash, but if you are careful it's not a problem.

• Yang (9/5): 总体很好，推荐入住 - 地理位置超级好，就在宪法广场附近的步行街，吃住行都非常方便；我个人很喜欢分得很开的twin beds，我是带老父亲出行，欧洲绝大多数酒店的twin beds都离得很近、甚至直接挨在一起的，这让我很难受，因为成年子女和异性父母并不想挨在一起睡；门口的储物柜很实用；酒店性价比很高，Elena的客房手册做得非常详尽，周边景点路线时间都有说明和推荐。 酒店本身是很安静的，听不到街上的喧闹，但房间隔音不好，所以是否能安稳睡觉直接取决于你隔壁左右的邻居。我习惯于出行戴耳塞睡觉倒是无妨，但我老父亲次日向我抱怨，隔壁5号房的情侣半夜三点还在聊天和ml……这让我非常尴尬，还好第二天他们就搬走了。另外就是全自助式的check in需要通过whatsup发送给陌生号码自己的护照照片页让人有些没有安全感，如果能搭建一个网页自助填写或上传可能感受会好一点。
• Virginia (4/5): Overall, while the location was great, the lack of proper maintenance and soundproofing significantly affected our stay. - The location was excellent, right in the heart of the shopping area, which made everything easily accessible.The room was very small, but adequately equipped for a short stay. Unfortunately, there were several serious issues. The room had excessive humidity and there was an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made the situation worse. The biggest problem, however, was the noise. The walls were made of plasterboard, and we could hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms — even the smallest sounds. It felt like there was no sound insulation at all. As a result, we were repeatedly woken up during the night.

O da küçük bir oda cam tam olarak açılmıyor bu biraz sorun oluşturdu ama temiz ve düzenliydi her ihtiyacımızı sorduğumuz zaman net şekilde karşıladılar teşekkür ederiz. Odanın camı açılmaması olumsuz özellik ayrıca asansör oldukça korkutucu. Oda dokuzuncu katta olduğu için her seferinde kullanmak zorunda kaldık.

• Valerie (8/5): Really happy that we chose Ermoo Athens Modern living for our first trip to Athens, we will return. - Location very good, felt safe at all times as security good. Bathroom facilities very good with masses of hot water and complimentary toiletries. Only thing missing was a security lock box or safety deposit box.

• Megan (9/5): Great location, clean rooms, wonderful staff, and unbeatable value — highly recommend! - We had a great stay here! The location is absolutely prime — we were able to walk everywhere, which made exploring Athens so easy. The rooms were very clean, and the caretakers were wonderful. They even helped us schedule a taxi at the last minute and were very accommodating overall. There are storage lockers available for carry-on bags (they don’t fit larger checked luggage), but the staff kindly let us leave our bigger bag with them while we explored the city. The price was unbeatable for what we got, and overall it’s a fantastic place to stay. The only small downside is that the walls are a bit thin, but with all the positives, it’s easy to overlook. Highly recommend!

It is only 100m from Syntagma Square and the metro station, which makes it very easy to reach from either the airport or Piraeus port. Would stay there again!

Δεν υπήρχε ικανοποιητική δυνατότητα φυσικού αερισμού του χώρου. Η λειτουργία ενός μόνο ασανσέρ για τόσους ορόφους προκάλεσε κάποιες φορές καθυστέρηση.

El acceso al alojamiento era muy cómodo y fácil y la comunicación con la propietaria fue excelente en todo momento. La habitación daba a un patio de manzana y durante la noche se escuchaba un ruido de motor que, en ocasiones, llegaba a ser molesto.

• Hsiang-Tzu (8/5): 裝潢漂亮、地點優越、服務人員回覆迅速、資訊很有幫助！需注意的地方：機場接送服務、門把、廁所異味（輕微） - 接待人員回覆快速、很熱心、也能夠協助詢問許多旅遊資訊，非常方便！ 會提早告知訊息、也可以協助處理大行李箱的寄放，謝謝Elena！ 飯店可以幫忙訂機場接送、與Uber價格相同不會特別貴，這點很方便。（但需注意，下面會講到原因） 住宿位置很好，走到憲法廣場很近，下樓後的那條街就很好逛了，巷底的教堂也很值得去看看！ 房間空間很大、沙發很新，不錯 房間內附的旅遊建議、餐廳推薦清單也很不錯，給了我們許多參考，非常感謝！ 針對機場接送： 預訂了機場接送，當天卻沒有找到司機、也沒有收到司機離開的訊息。 有請民宿幫忙代訂機場接送，事前已經安排好了。 當天我們的飛機延誤，抵達機場的時間比預期晚，然而計程車司機已經完全不見蹤影了。 謝謝Elena快速回覆訊息，幫忙確認司機已經不在了，提供給我們其他交通選項參考。 可以理解計程車產業裡時間就是金錢、可能沒辦法等客人太久，但是完全都沒有訊息告知客人或是告知住宿方、司機直接離開，我們在機場找了好幾圈、找不到人時，真的非常無助。 能夠理解司機離開的原因，但還是希望司機至少能夠告訴我們他已經不在的訊息，好讓我們決定是否要自己叫其它計程車到飯店，而不是只能乾等著。 針對飯店設施： 房間門把與浴室門把卡卡的、很不好開，看起來門框側邊之前也有被敲開過的痕跡，所以應該已經持續一段時間了。 冷氣有點小台，沒辦法傳送到整個空間，靠近窗戶的床鋪/角落會熱。 窗簾無法完全遮光，會有大縫隙透光進來。 房間裡聽得到走廊的聲音（很清楚），也聽得到隔壁房的聲音，隔音沒有非常完全。不過可能當天旅遊太累、戴耳塞就睡著了，不太有被影響到。 浴室很乾淨，這一個房型也沒有遇到其他留言說的排水問題。不過進去廁所會莫名有股淡淡、臭臭的味道，已經有開廁所的窗戶通風了，但味道仍然還在。 有特別通知說入住期間是沒有清掃服務的（要加購），只住兩天我覺得沒有太大的影響。不過有遇到備品第一天就用完的情況（洗髮乳、沐浴乳小小一瓶而已，應該只有一天份），還好跟住宿人員反映有幫忙處理。 感謝幫忙處理，不過如果能一開始就附上足夠的備品，相信會更加方便！
