• Sophie (5/5): Logement impeccable. Accueil nocturne mais pas à 7h. Pas de petit déjeuner selon l’employé!!! - Nous n’avons pas eu de petit-déjeuner!!! L’employé a dit que ce n’était pas compris dans le prix. Je l’avais pourtant choisi . Vous pouvez m’en dire plus?! Pas de petit-déjeuner. Personne à l’accueil à 7heures. On a attendu cinq minutes….On a dû partir pour notre rendez-vous de visite guidée.

Καλύτερα να μην υπήρχε σαν έξτρα παροχή. Οι καθαρίστριες ενώ έκαναν την δουλειά τους φώναζαν δυνατά και γελούσαν με αποτέλεσμα να μας ξυπνάνε.

• KUBIAK (8/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. - Śniadania były bardzo dobre. Link podesłany przez obiekt umożliwiał zamówienie śniadania na kolejne dni. Wybierało się godziny dostarczenia cateringu i śniadania punktualnie doniesione były do pokoju. Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo dobra. Do Placu Omonia prosto, ok. 700 m. Bardzo łatwe dojście. W obiekcie czysto. Serdeczne podziękowania dla Pana Nikosa, który witał nas codziennie z uprzejmym uśmiechem. Jedyny minus to towarzystwo bezdomnych w okolicy obiektu. Na szczęście nie są natrętni. Wręcz starają się być niewidoczni.

Спать одно удовольствие, хочу себе домой такой матрас. Сервис тоже замечательный. Район не сказать что самый благополучный. Если идти пешком от метро, ни за что не поверишь, что тут такой хороший отель есть. Но неподалеку (минутах в 5) есть замечательная улица с кафешками, и там дорога в туристический центр.

It was great that we could leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The staff was kind and helpful. The check-in time was quite late, which was a bit inconvenient, although we were able to leave our luggage earlier. The surrounding area felt a bit rundown.

Le système commande de petit déjeuner original mais ils étaient toujours en avance😉. Bon rapport qualité prix. Le quartier est disons moins secure que d’autres Athènes. En revanche l’emplacement pour visiter la ville est très bon. Nous avions le métro(attention aux grèves) et nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Très agréable. L’hôtel n’est vraiment pour rien dans ces petites remarques.

The room is modern and very clean with a refrigerator and everything else you need. The room was cleaned every day and towels were also changed. Communication between myself and the hotel management was very effective and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Booking was very easy, and it was delivered on time. Shower was great and air con wasn't noisy. The terrace was wonderful, calming and free to use. The hotel location was a bit scary at glance. There are lots of homeless and drug users behind the hotel. My window view wasn't the best. I wouldn't walk there at night time by myself. Overall, It was a pleasant stay. Had no problems going out at night time. Unfortunately, it is beyond the hotel management.

• Chevallereau (8/5): - We had issues with the bathroom and it was sorted out on the same day with great communication on progress and resolution via WhatsApp. Staff was very helpful advising places to visit and places to eat. There were many individuals taking drugs nearby with needles in the street. It didn't feel safe although we didn't have any issues.

• Martina (8/5): - Great little studio apartment, 10 minutes walking from monasteriaki and acropolis. Comfy bed, there was a microwave and kettle with teas and coffees. All amenities in the toilet, towels and slippers provided. The room was very clean. All the staff was super amazing and helpful, the really did go the extra mile and their kindness was very much appreciated. Unfortunately I could see junkies from my room window at every hour of the day. Although the location is only 10’ walking from the tourist attractions, it’s also very close to one of the worst neighbourhoods in Athens.

• Ιωάννα (10/5): Ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή - Άψογο προσωπικό - Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, εξυπηρετικοί καθώς κράτησαν τις αποσκευές μας και πριν το check in και μετά το check out μας για να κάνουμε την βόλτα μας μέχρι την ώρα της πτήσης μας. Μείναμε δύο βράδια, καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο και άλλαξαν πετσέτες από την πρώτη κιόλας μέρα! Τα δωμάτια είναι καινούρια και ευρύχωρα με άνετο κρεβάτι! Ψυρρή και Μοναστηράκι 10 λεπτά απόσταση με τα πόδια!
• Doroteea Oana (8/5): Innen hui aussen pfui - Es war alles da was man braucht. Fußläufig schnell ins Geschehen. Viele Bars und Restaurants in 5 min. Erreichbar. Der Weg dahin ist aber nichts für ängstliche Menschen. Dunkle, verlassene Gassen und Häuser. Die unmittelbare Gegend. Dreckig und verwahrlost. Die Lösung mit dem Frühstück war ok, wurde aber nicht vorher so kommuniziert. Ich würde es nicht mehr dazu buchen. Das Frühstück wird von der Unterkunft bestellt und kommt mit dem Lieferdienst aufs Zimmer. Für das Geld bekommt man draußen viel mehr geboten.
• María Soledad (8/5): Hotel céntrico, limpio, tranquilo y con personal muy amable. - Mi pareja y yo nos alojamos 5 noches en este hotel y la experiencia fue muy positiva. La ubicación es excelente: a solo 10 minutos a pie de la plaza principal de Monastiraki, por lo que no fue necesario coger el metro, ya que pudimos recorrer la ciudad cómodamente andando. Además, está cerca de Omonia Square, desde donde tomamos varias excursiones. La habitación estaba limpia y bien cuidada; durante nuestra estancia nos cambiaron las toallas y realizaron la limpieza diaria. También nos dejaron guardar las maletas sin problema, y el primer día incluso pudimos hacer el check-in una hora antes porque la habitación ya estaba lista, lo cual fue muy conveniente. La habitación contaba con persianas y mosquiteras, y se estaba completamente a salvo de ruidos, tanto dentro del hotel como del exterior. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más agradable. En general, un hotel cómodo, limpio, silencioso y muy bien ubicado para explorar Atenas a pie.

• Andrea (9/5): Sauber und gute Ausstattung. Nachbarschaft so so la la, trotzdem war die Lage gut. - Das Gebäude war in einem super neu renovierten Zustand. Das Apartment sauber und es hat alles gehabt, was man in einer Stadt benötigt. Lage ist tiptop. Nähere Umgebung zum Teil etwas heruntergekommen. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr spärlich, aber hat uns nicht gestört.

Saimme hyvää palvelua Ms Efiltä, mistä olemme kiitollisia. Hän mm. järjesti meille taksin. Sijainti ei ehkä ollut ihan meidän juttu, vaikkakin loppujen lopuksi lyhyt matka kohteisiin tai alueille mitkä meitä kiinnostivat. Olohuoneen sohva ja nojatuoli olivat jo väsähtäneitä, eikä niissä ollut enää mukavaa istua - niiden uusiminen olisi paikallaan.

The local area is not great and a little threatening. It is however a short walk to the trendy area of Psyrri.

Messaged the property to ask, they confirmed it was available but they didn't give any instructions (when asked) about where to leave our bag. By this point it was too late to go find another alternative luggage storage in Athens. The Location is in a rough part of Athens, lots of discarded used syringes etc. There was hair all through the bathroom.

• ANJA (7/5): - The building and the room were very nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is not far away from Monastiraki neighbourhood which is great. The staff were very firendly and helpfull. The hotel is next to an abandoned building where people do drugs, which you can see through the window if you are on the right side of the hotel. There were used needles on the street just a few steps from the hotel, if you go in the direciton of Omonoia, so I would reccomand to go in the other direciton, which was ok.
• Karen (9/5): - We really liked the place, the room is big, the staff was friendly, and helped us with erevything. The location is very close to all the main places (10 min walk) The streets near the room are little creepy at night.. didn’t like walking there..
