• Yvonne (10/5): Urban Dreams III – Design, Komfort & Lage auf absolutem Top-Niveau - Wir waren von Donnerstag bis Sonntag im Urban Dreams III in Friedrichshain und sind absolut begeistert. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas Besonderes und mit Abstand eines der schönsten Airbnbs, in denen wir je waren. Schon beim Reinkommen merkt man, dass hier unglaublich viel Wert auf Stil, Qualität und Atmosphäre gelegt wurde. Es fühlt sich nicht wie eine typische Ferienwohnung an, sondern eher wie ein exklusiver Design-Loft-Store, den man komplett für sich alleine hat – inklusive eigenem Eingang direkt von der Straße. Dadurch hat man ein total privates und besonderes Wohngefühl. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und extrem hochwertig – definitiv keine Standardmöbel, sondern stilvolle Designerstücke, außergewöhnliche Lampen, tolle Bilder und viele liebevolle Details. Besonders die riesigen Betten waren ein Traum. Ich habe wirklich selten in einem so gemütlichen Bett geschlafen. Die Matratzen und der Topper waren unglaublich bequem. Es gibt ein großes Bett im Wohnbereich und ein weiteres im separaten Schlafzimmer – beide absolut perfekt. Auch die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist super durchdacht: Es gibt mehrere gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, eine Essecke, eine entspannte Couch-Lounge und zusätzlich noch eine kleine Bistro-Ecke. Man hat unglaublich viel Platz und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Nespresso-Maschine inklusive ausreichend Kaffeekapseln für mehrere Tage. Außerdem gibt es einen Kühlschrank mit Minibar zu absolut fairen Preisen – perfekt, falls man mal nichts einkaufen möchte. Das Bezahlen funktioniert unkompliziert. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls top: tolle Dusche mit richtig gutem Wasserdruck, alle nötigen Badartikel vorhanden, inklusive Föhn. Sogar Ohrstöpsel lagen bereit :) Auch die Belüftungsmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut. Die Lage in Friedrichshain ist einfach perfekt.

• Johanna (9/5): Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. - Bequeme Betten, alles sehr sauber. Ruhig, obwohl direkt neben Straße. Gastgeberin sehr bemüht dass man sich wohlfühlt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Check-in/out, Parkplatzsituation im Vorfeld alles gut beschrieben. Wer Wert darauf legt, es gibt keine Spülmaschine.
• Julia (10/5): Gemütliche Wohnung ins sehr guter Lage - Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung mit wahnsinnig bequemen Betten. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut: U-Bahn, die direkt zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten fährt ist direkt uns Eck. Unkomplizierter Self-CheckIn, die Gastgeberin wäre aber dennoch schnell erreichbar, sollte man etwas benötigen. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen!
• Nuria (10/5): "¡Maravilloso! Todo súper limpio y cómodo" - Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es muy cómodo y las camas son fantásticas, descansamos de maravilla. Estaba todo impecable y equipado con lo necesario para las 4 personas que íbamos. Como única sugerencia de mejora, echamos en falta tener una escoba a mano, servilletas y más bolsas de basura, pero es solo un detalle mínimo. ¡Por lo demás, todo fue maravilloso y lo recomendamos totalmente!

• Ema (10/5): Best apartment I have stayed at in Berlin! Recommended! - The beds and furniture, everything was very comfortable and a lot of attention to detail. The bathroom and shower were great, it’s one of the best apartments I have stayed in Berlin. I loved everything and would rebook again.

• Daniel (10/5): Gemütliche Ferienwohnung - Sehr saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Hier war alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sogar eine kleine Minibar war vorhanden, was will man mehr? Der Wohn und Essbereich war schön groß ,so das man auch mit mehreren Personen ausreichend Platz hat. Der Check in verlief schnell und ohne Probleme. Die U-Bahn Station ist nur 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, was richtig klasse war. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, in der uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Leider war in der Küche kein Wasserkocher, was das zubereiten von Tee etwas erschwert hat. Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. 😀

• Bronja (8/5): Stylish, comfortable, great location - The location is fantastic, ground floor. You pretty much open the door off the street, felt quite local. The apartment had stylish touches and a nice feel to it. It’s hard to see in the photos but the second bed is actually in the living area space, so there’s no privacy or walls. We happened to visit on a very hot week and without airconditioning it was a sauna inside. Fans were provided but it was extremely hot. Not a fault to the host, we booked knowing there wasn’t aircon. If you run hot, consider this over the summer months.

• Tamara (7/5): Excellent value and Friedrichshain style - Good value and quite spacious, funky style. Code entry and self check in was useful. Extremely comfortable beds. Some parts poorly maintained- a broken chair with sharp exposed metal, window taped up with paper. Hard to communicate with hosts - couldn’t work out how to use some things and didn’t get replies. But these were minor issues in a generally good property

• Sara (8/5): Great location, spacious and stylish - Great location and a spacious apartment. Instructions for access were good. Close to Samariterstrasse U Bahn. Nicely furnished although slightly jaded in places. Comfortable and clean. Also nice and quiet. We were very happy with it. Could do with a bit of a refresh - especially the bathroom, but it was clean and we had what we needed.
