Weinig parkeerplaatsen, geen koffie en thee aanwezig, lift stuk, antwoorden via whatsapp met een chatbot, afstandsbediening licht kapot. Doordat we antwoorden van chatbot kregen alles maar gelaten. Modern maar wel onpersoonlijk.

The elevator is out of order, the shared balconies are so large you can't leave the window open, and the police station is right next to the window. The stairs to the bed are very dangerous and steep (absolutely not for seniors!), the rooms are dirty, and the ashtrays are full of cigarette butts. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. The common areas are dilapidated. Fire alarms go off at night. It feels like no one is in charge.

Eine der schlechtesten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisse!!! × Schmutzig, Haare auf dem Laken, Kotreste im WC, tote Fliegen auf dem Tisch × Aufzug funktioniert nicht, ohne irgendeinen Hinweis dazu × nicht eine Zimmerreinigung in vier Tagen, bei aufgebrauchtem Toilettenpapier geht es an die Selbstversorgung × kein Nachttisch, kein Lichtschalter in der Nähe des Betts, nur zwei Meter weiter × das Schrankbett hat eine Einstieghöhe von ca. 80cm, × es ist nirgends ein Schild mit einem Hinweis auf das "Hotel" zu finden, ebenso wenig auch nur ein Mitarbeiter Wenn man viel Geld für wenig ausgeben möchte, ist man hier genau richtig.

• Jana (10/5): Super - Ich finde das Klappbett immer wieder toll und bequem. Alles da was man braucht. Nebenan Penny und der Dönerteller ist supertoll beim Dönerkaden. Mittlerweile habe ich gecheckt wie man in das Hotel kommt. Lift kaputt und das Treppenhaus, da ist der Name des Hotels kaputt. Schade. Würde eine Erneuerung gebrauchen. Sonst top.

• susan (8/5): Great find at a good price - Ideal location for our purposes as well as being next-door to a super market and across from a bakery. There are no staff and for some reason we were required to pay an extra €7 before we were given the access code to get in. After a very long drive we could have done without that.

• balaji (1/5): Timing management is not well and amenities are not satisfying. - Room was fine enough for 2 person . amenities inside wasn't that helpful. Refrigerator was smelling bad. Bathroom towels were not that clean could smell it bad. Parking was not available when we arrived. Room was not ready when on arrival at 5:50pm and we had to spend 2 hrs just because room was not ready.

• Manfred (6/5): - Die Ausstattung war soweit in Ordnung Wir haben das Quartier aufgrund der Barrierefreiheit gebucht, da ich momentan krankheitsbedingt schlecht Treppen steigen kann. Dort angekommen, stellen wir fest, dass der Fahrstuhl keine Funktion hatte. Daher müsste ich mich 3 Treppen hinauf und wieder Hinunterschleppen. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es auch nur für 1/3 der Zimmer. Daher müssten wir weiter weg parken.

Man hat sofort gemerkt das einfach alles von guter Qualität war, da hat sich jemand echt Mühe gegeben großes Lob. Ich finde nichts was ich kritisieren könnte, das Parkinson war ein bisschen eng aber das war jetzt mit ganz großer Lupe

• Noel (10/5): Fairway weiß, wie modernes Reisen geht! - Ich muss an dieser Stelle wirklich ein großes Lob aussprechen. Genau so stellt man sich zeitgemäßes Reisen vor. Modern ausgestattet, gemütlich und in super Lage. Eine eigene App gestaltet die Anreise so angenehm, wie ich es selten erlebt habe. Ich bin wirklich begeistert, wie gut das funktioniert hat. Vor der Anreise habe ich einen Link auf mein Smartphone bekommen und konnte dann einfach einchecken, wann es mir gepasst hat. Danach waren alle wichtigen Informationen (Zugangscodes, WLAN-Passwort etc.) sofort auf einen Blick verfügbar. Ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts war der Bürgerpark in Bremen. Ohne die Empfehlung aus der App hätte ich diesen vermutlich nicht entdeckt. Danke dafür! Der Wintergarten eignet sich gut, um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen oder um in den Tag zu starten. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Reiseerlebnis. Fairway hat verstanden, wie modernes Reisen geht. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht, aber es gab nur ein Einzelbett und eine Matratze lag einfach auf dem Zwischengeschoss, sodass ich auf dem Sofa schlafen musste. Niemand kümmerte sich um meine Anliegen. Und nachts war es unerträglich laut.

The hotel did not inform me - I called to confirm the reservation when my colleague received notice that there's was cancelled and was told that my reservation was also impacted. They provided no support in securing different accommodation for the evening.

• Claudia (2/5): - Anlässlich einer Feier hatten wir neben 3 befreundeten Familien ein Appartement gebucht. Bei Bezug stellten wir fest , dass kein Bettzeug vorhanden war, darüberhinaus war das Appartement nicht sehr sauber. Nach Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter wurde zur Nacht die Bettwäsche noch geliefert, allerdings war vereinbart, dass wie noch eine Rückmeldung erhalten, dies war nicht der Fall, wir hatten vorsorglich Bettwäsche von unseren Freunden mitgenommen. Bei unser befreundeten Familie exakt das gleiche Problem, keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher bei Bezug, sowie verdrecktes App. Wir können nice to stay leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Karina (6/5): Funktionell, gutes Bett, nette Gegend mit einem supermodernen penny supermarkt nebenan. - Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Einrichtung modern und ansprechend und das Bett/die Matratze gemütlich. Ich hatte ein helles Eckzimmer mit Blick auf die Terrasse bekommen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht gut. In der äusserst spartanischen Küchenzeile war eine verkrustete, unabgespülte Pfanne im Schrank und das einzige kleine Messer kaputt. Auf der Terrasse schwammen Unmengen von Kippen in den Aschenbechern, kleine leere Schnapsflasche standen in der Ecke. Das Housekeeping scheint kaum vorhanden und checkt nicht oft genug. Überhaupt sieht man nirgends jemanden, den man irgendwas fragen könnte, höchstens kann man eine Habdynummer anrufen. Ausserdem steht man im Eingangsbereich wie ein Idiot vor der Tür und sucht, wo man den Code eingeben kann, es ist nichts beschriftet! Im Treppenhaus fiel die Deko teilweise von der Wand, niemand hat sich darum gekümmert.

• Jana (9/5): - Modern eingerichtet, tolle Möbel. Das Klappbett ist ne coole Idee und echt sehr bequem. Wenn mann denn dann drinn war. Das ist eine Herausforderung wenn man es nicht weiß. Wie es für mehrere Personen oder ohne Smartphone gehen soll? Ich hatte starke Bedenken da mein Akku fast leer war. Der TV war nicht kompatibel mit anderen Geräten. Leider war es nicht überall sauber. Bad waren die Amaturen nicht sauber, noch vom Vorgänger nasse Schmierseife und sie Tische waren klebrig .
• Melek (5/5): Günstiges Hotel für 1-2 Übernachtungen ok, aber viel zu laute Umgebung - Die Unterkunft ist groß mit Küche und einem Bett zum aufklappen. Bett war komfortabel. Bad ist groß. Personal hat sich per WhatsApp gemeldet. Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Das hat sehr schnell prima geklappt auch das Check in mit dem Code. Direkt an einer befahrenen Straße. Unglaublich hellhörige Zimmer. Ständig war ein Hämmern und bohren zu hören. Nicht normal an einem Sonntag um 8 Uhr morgens. Kissen hatte kein Bezug, es war verdeckt und verschwitzt. Zweite Bettdecke war nicht frisch bezogen. Ein Badetuch und Handtuch hat gefehlt. Das war nicht schön erst das dreckige zu sehen. Aber das Zimmer war sauber. Fenster lassen sich nicht komplett öffnen.

• Peter Kretschmar (8/5): A functional, well-designed accommodation convenient for our one-night stay - We picked this hotel for a mix of still reasonable price, parking options at the hotel, decent looking facilities and the possibility to arrive without tight limitations on arrival time, since we came from a rather long drive that day. For us, everything went smoothly on arrival letting my ID card scan by the machine outside the door. The fold-out double bed was very high for my wife but I found it surprisingly comfortable. Just be aware that you either have a sofa or a bed. We did not really use the kitchenette, but could have come in handy. The surroundings don't look that great but the zone was quiet at night and it was very nice to have a bakery just across the street in the morning. I read in some review that the place was 'overdesigned' but in comparison to other accommodations this one was very reasonable with pragmatic solutions. No problem for us, but be aware that this is quite a bit outside the inner city of Bremen, albeit quite close to the university. By design you interact via the internet or by phone, not with humans working there. The biggest drawback was encountered by another guest: The message about your reservation from booking.com does _not_ contain the booking reference number the hotel uses in case there are issues scanning your document. This can be confusing and I recommend that you check before arrival what that number would be in your case.

• ANDREAS (7/5): Dank der kühlen Nächte war der Aufenthalt in diesem sauberen Hotel angenehm - Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, Bad und Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr weich, das Kopfkissen etwas zu dünn. Guter Fernseher, große Programm Auswahl. Es fehlt ein Nachtlämpchen in der Nähe des Bettes. Das Bett ist sehr schmal. Zum ersten Mal gab es keine Flasche Mineralwasser bei der Ankunft im Zimmer. Die Orchideen im Treppenhaus des Hotels sind mehr tot als lebend, da sie nicht gegossen werden. Die Kakteen überleben (bis jetzt) die Dürre im Treppenhaus.

• Carolin (8/5): Nettes Ambiente, gute Lage - Das Zimmer war sauber mit kitchenette und Maisonette. Alles top, sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zweckdienlich. Alles, was man braucht. Schön, dass man ein Balkon hat. Straßenbahnhaltestelle keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit der Linie vier ist man in gut 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Um die Ecke ist ein Bäcker und noch ein Kaffee, dass auch sonntags lange geöffnet ist. Checkout ist um 11:00 Uhr, heute um 9:25 Uhr - nach einer lange dauernden Geburtstagsfeier von Freunden Um die Ecke - klopfte es überall an die Türen um zu schauen, ob der Reinigungsdienst schon mal die Zimmer sauber machen kann. So auch an meiner Tür. Es wurde geklopft, bis man geöffnet hat. Das fand ich unterirdisch! Es ist ja nicht so, als wäre man in einer Jugendherberge. Ich hatte dem jungen Herrn direkt gesagt, dass ich nicht vor 11:00 Uhr auschecken werde. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt in einem Hotel. Das geht gar nicht.

• Jiun (1/5): Bad - With the horrible experience we have, unfortunately I couldn't recommend this place at all. 1. Firealarm on day 1 of arrival, due to no personal on site, one of the guest have to try to contact someone to understand what happened while we don't see smoke, fire or anything suspicious 2. The barrier free room costs more than normal room of the same category, most likely due to larger room area 3. My mom who is a stroke patient fell down from the bed middle of the night, hit her head exactly at the sharp edge at the side of the bed, the bed was too soft and high for a barrier free room, from our feedback, the owner insisted the room is certified as barrier free instead of considering improvement 4. As my mon admitted to hospital, we request to exchange the bedsheet with blood stain, first reaction of the owner is to demand for money in cash before they can exchange, instead of understanding the guest condition, after we insisted on the exchange, he demanded 50-70€ cleaning fee, which I agreed to pay and he insisted in cash and will send someone the next day at 10am to collect 5. We waited until 10.30am the next day but nobody came, it was our vacation so we decided to leave for town, the owner called and demanded for money but increased to 90€ with reason the blood stain is more than expected, I requested to send pictures of the stain so I can verify, we agreed he will send someone the next day at 10am before we checked out. 7. As we waited until 10.05am on check out date, there was no sign of any employee in the area, we have to check out and leave the place. 8. I got an email of the blood stains after we checked out, and he demanded now online transfer after we waited for two days 9. I googled and found out 90€ is unreasonable and submitted an inquiry to booking.com for clarification on the charges, booking.com informed me they couldn't reach the owner and has left a message regarding my question 10. Since then I got numerous spam call from the owner demanding for payment, but yet he didnt clarify anything to booking.com 11.

• Yakov (10/5): Exceptional - Great combo of an apartment and a hotel. Everything you would want from few days rent with the quality and cleanliness guaranty of an hotel. I would come again and hope there will be more locations like this in different cities as I love having a kitchen, especially in a work trip and tired of the quality uncertainty of Airbnb. The owners are super nice and made the extra effort to call and ask the details for the company invoice.

• Tatiana (5/5): Below Expectations to Attend a Big Event - - The kitchen was right in front of my room. It was a cool corner area with wall-size windows. - There was an unusual painting of Moscow on the corridor (usually you find paintings of Paris, London or NYC). - The automated check-in was fast and easy to use. - The sleeping area had to be prepared. I arrived tired at night and had to remove the sofa and pull down the bed from the wall. - The toilet was too small to walk in it. - I was taken in public at night without consent. As a result, I slept poorly and was high the following day.
• Damien (7/5): Sounds good....does not work - modern but over-designed, everything is there (sofa, kitchen, terrace, common area), nice terrace, Rewe supermarket nearby, quiet (at least when the hotel is empty), access to transport ok with bus 31 and tram 4. Nice park nearby. Put the architect or the builder in prison please ! There was 30 cm between the sink and the wall, I had to go sideways to reach the shower, sideways to brush my teeth. Big minus for that. Klapbed is not comfortable. Feels like a hospital bed. Too high and once deployed, you cannot use the sofa anymore. Big minus for that. many cracks in the wall. Room next to the common area. Area not very attractive. Penny market parking next to the hotel, shops and take away nearby are a bit shady. massive shelf in front of the TV. NOt optimal. Nice kitchen but dont feel like cooking next to the bed. Not much air flow and room get hot very fast under the sun. Entrance to the building is awful. Feels like an underground carpark and you first have to deal with this automat before getting your keys. I did not recognise the hotel at first and had to search for the building entrance. Obtaining the wifi code was not self-explanatory. You have to switch on the TV first. Why not a note on the desk? Save some electricity please ! No need to over-design or over-engineer things. Overall nice rooms but very impersonal hotel. It does not feel good or cosy. I would come back because it has some great convenience but can understand if some guest do not like it. A shame it was built with many faults otherwise it could have been a nice hotel.
• H (8/5): Worst check-in experience in my life. If you are able to get in your room, it’s good. - 25min away from central station. Nice neighborhood. Room was wonderful. A nice loft with a balcony. Contactless check-in was not working. I needed to wait in front of the hotel for 1 hour. Then a cleaning personnel came and helped me. She understood me somehow, even if she didn’t speak English. They sent a lot of emails about the payment. In the end they charged me at the kiosk. But there was no information about the room number or the code for the front door.

• Sandra (7/5): A bit further away from the centre of activity for my stay, but generally good place overall. - During my stay, there was a problem with a leak in the airconditioning unit in the bathroom. Responsiveness was excellent: after I called and explained the problem, I was told someone would be with me within 2 minutes, and they were as good as their word. A temporary solution was found that night since there was no other room available for me to move into. And again the day after, when I indicated that the leaking had continued, measures were taken to solve things temporarily. The gesture of two packs of chocolates and a note to apologise for the inconvenience was much appreciated. So overall, the response to an issue was acceptable. I also liked that there is a Penny's, a Backerei, a general take away and a pub across the road from the building itself. It would have been even better had a more "permanent" solution been found to the leak in the airconditioning unit in my bathroom, but as I said earlier, overall, the staff were responsive.
• Patricia (7/5): Fine, but don’t trust the price quotation online. - The price quoted by booking.com either was not correct or prizeotel just raised it because they can as guests cannot check in without paying at the machine. It happened not only to me but also another guest.

• Toby (7/5): Comfortable accommodation - Location suited our needs. The rooms were to our liking. No thrills but ideal for overnight stay. Nice to have option of coffee in the room. As there is no staff on hand, the computer check-in was a bit fiddly. Was not clear what to do for check-out
• Karam (1/5): I Never Come Back To This Hotel - i did not like the property and this hotel is not good at all i just booked for two days the first day they did not clean the room and the did not change the towel so i go to search someone give me towel in. this hotel and there is no lobby and the telephone for the hotel there is nobody answer and i just came back i get showerd in the same towel three times in 2 days and after that we wake up in 12:03 and the manager comes to our room says you have to leave at 11:00 i said okay i just want to take a shower and leave can you please give me a towel she said you cant take a shower you have to leave now i will not come again to this hotel if i will sleep in my car its better that to pay 230€ for nothing bed,Cleaning,manager
