david (7/5): Great for ferries and plenty of decent restauarnats nearby - On the last morning there was no hot water which was disappointing. We discussed this on check out and the receptionist suggested we should have reported it earlier. Staff were quite helpful generally. It is very conveniently positioned for ferries to Capri and Sorrento. Occasional difficulty entering front door .

me1 (8/5): Ideal for the night before a ferry trip - Perfect location for a morning ferry. And, right at the castle and close to the Royal palace. Well accessible by the airport bus. To get to the lift, you have to do some stairs with the heavy luggage right behind the front door. Inconvenient. The step between the room and the elevated bathroom is dangerous!!

El nombre (Babylon & Tiffany Luxury Resort) no se condice para nada con la habitación que ofrece, que es un 2 estrellas. Es un engaño publicitario. Además, en Booking, dan una dirección y fotos de la misma propiedad , pero, una vez hecho el pago, resultó q el cuarto está en otro edificio, a unas cuadras del primero, en una calle poco transitada (no céntrica, como lo es Piazza Municipio) y la habitación sin vistas. Tampoco pudimos conseguir que el Babylon & Tiffany nos abriera la puerta el día de la llegada (dirección de Booking) ya q no da indicaciones de cómo llegar ni qué timbre corresponde a su firma en el portero eléctrico (Entramos cuando un amable ocupante del edificio nos dejó entrar y preguntamos a vecinos y turistas cuál era el departamento que buscábamos.....todo esto con nuestras valijas a cuestas y después de un viaje de 16 horas) En el cuarto : Nadie nos indicó cómo funcionaba la TV. El radiador, supuestamente para calefaccionar, no funcionaba. Los postigos de oscurecimiento no estaban correctamente trabados y se abrían con el viento. No había mantas o frazadas y la noche era bastante fresca Y, como si todo eso fuera poco, fue IMPOSIBLE, apagar la luz central del dormitorio: no hubo una sola tecla en todo el cuarto, baño y pasos q pudiera desactivarla. Nicla (8/5): - Stanza accogliente, tutto nuovo dal bagno agli arredi. Ottima la presenza di una macchinetta da caffè . Zona comodissima in quanto frontale al portale e vicino al centro. Finestre non apribili in quanto c’era molta polvere e non dotate di zanzariere o ribalta. Però vi era uno condizionatore portatile per poter rinfrescare.

Alessandra (8/5): Un soggiorno efficiente - La posizione più di ogni cosa. Anche l'ampiezza dell'appartamento. Un po' più di attenzione andrebbe data alle pulizie generali come le tende. Ma per il prezzo sostenuto e la posizione direi top. Pulizie generali e attenzione a mobilio, tende, lenzuoli, devono essere mantenuti in buono stato...si stanno deteriorando.

Boris (7/5): - Veliki apartman na dobroj lokaciji. Jako ugodno i ljubazno osoblje. Interijer je malo umoran, svugdje su na zidu i podu hladne mramorne ploče. Nema kuka za objesiti odjeću u hodniku. Nema polica za kozmetičke potrepštine u kupatilu. Krevet je jako mekan. Jakuzi u apartmanu je van upotrebe.
Ludovica (8/5): Un bel Weekend di Pasqua - Lo staff è stato accogliente e gentile per le indicazioni. La camera aveva il necessario, curata. Posizione ottima per traghetti e per il centro storico a 10 min. Il letto con il memory foam era comodo, per la notte abbiamo accesso un termo portatile che ha scaldato subito la camera. La via è silenziosa perché non affaccia sulla piazza. Noi eravamo nella dependance, situata in un palazzo dietro la piazza. Dalla camera si sentono i vicini di stanza nel bagno e sul muro c’erano risalite della doccia. Tutto gestibile.

Valentina (7/5): Viaggio di lavoro - Ottima la posizione, in una zona abbastanza tranquilla con bar, ristoranti e negozi. Casa con una buona insonorizzazione. Ampi spazi all'interno dell'abitazione e ampia e spaziosa terrazza. Abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà nell'utilizzare la macchinetta del caffè, senza poter prenderne uno. I bagni emanavano cattivo odore e la pulizia dell'appartamento era discreta. Nella cucina non abbiamo trovato le posate per poter eventualmente mangiare.

Shaojin (1/5): - The staff was friendly. The flat was good size and clean. I believe the owner intentionally misleading the location of the flat. It stated it's a hotel but actually it's a studio flat located in a dirt, dark small street behind their management agent office. The mattress is horrible and caused us back pain the next morning. The pillow is so low it caused my neck and shoulder pain too. There is not enough furniture. Everything had to leave on the floor. Shower gel had to be put on the floor. Tooth brushes, etc had to be taken out as nowhere you could leave in the bathroom. The bed linen was used for ages. You can't tell it's grey or white! The spotlights are so bright you can't open your eyes when it's on and the switch is very far away. It's so difficult to use during the night. There is not a table light available. 2 chairs are only for children, not big enough for adults. BTW, we were attacked by a mosquito in the flat but I believed this would be the common issue in Naples as well as the drainage smell.

Preston (4/5): Go somewhere else - The location across from the port was great. Bed smelled of pee. Sink in bathroom not screwed down properly, couldn't use rain head shower as cubicle doors doesn't close properly. Only one glass and one cup for 2 people, but they gave plenty of towels. Paying up use the lift was an experience, we've never had that before.
