Le studio est tres petit et très rustique. Les chaises trop grosses ne sont pas adapté au studio. Terrasse inexistante. Le code ne fonctionnait pas bien. La piscine n était pas propre. L emplacement loin de la ville et des belles plages. Le frigo extrêmement bruyant et les volets qui ne se fermaient pas donc impossible de bien dormir.
• Arend (9/5): Under the coconut tree apartment is uitstekend voor een mooie prijs. - De recensies waren niet zo goed toen ik het wilde boeken. Maar het heeft mijn verwachting overtroffen. Ik zat in kamer B under the coconut tree. De kamer was schoon en een goed bed en warm water tijdens het douchen. De airco werkte goed en als bonus de wifi was goed. Een leuke omgeving tussen de lokale bevolking en met 5 minuten lopen een klein supermarktje. En als je ontbijt wilt hebben ga je rechts af en eind van de straat nog een keer rechts en na 150 meter is de New duff voor ontbijt. En wil je in de avond eten ga je ook 2x rechts en loop je in 10 minuten naar Fish market waar veel restaurants zijn. Ze bieden een ontbijt aan bij de buren en dat viel tegen. Je mag ook gebruik maken van het zwembad maar dat water zag er niet schoon uit.

Circa 40 min di camminata. Consigliata solo se si noleggia un’auto. Pulizia carente, abbiamo trovato capelli tra gli asciugamani e le lenzuola del letto macchiate. Stanza molto piccola arredata a mini appartamento.

• Andrea (10/5): Perfection for my needs! - Clean and safe stay! I didn’t ever feel uncomfortable walking to my destinations. Staff were amazing and the recommended drive was impeccable. Nothing fancy but all needed amenities existed, everything was clean and comfortable, great for 1, would be great for two….. anymore would be a lot! The host was responsive and accommodated all my questions and needs. Will 100% be back!! Thanks for the great trip!
• Lukas Meyer92 (8/5): Übernachtung für ein paar Tage zu empfehlen - Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben zwei Nächte dort verbracht. Das Badezimmer bietet ausreichend Platz und die Dusche ist angenehm. Zum Frühstück können wir leider nichts sagen, da wir uns dagegen entschieden haben. In der benachbarten Unterkunft, die mit den Studios verbunden ist, gibt es einen Pool mit Liegen und Stühlen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der von der Unterkunft empfohlene Taxifahrer. Die Fahrt zur Unterkunft kostet 40 $, weitere Fahrten lassen sich unkompliziert über WhatsApp organisieren. Tipp: Sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurants befinden sich nur etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Beispiel Trudy’s Bar & Grill oder Goldie’s. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, bis ins Stadtzentrum benötigt man etwa 20 Minuten. Am schnellsten gelangt man dorthin über den Weg entlang des Meeres, der deutlich angenehmer ist als die Route durch die Stadt.

William è molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Gli studios non sono centrali quindi per una città abbastanza grande come Nassau è consigliabile buttare uno scooter o una macchina In 6 giorni non sono mai state effettuate le pulizie e cambiate le lenzuola.

L’appartamento è pulito, spazioso, dotato di ogni necessità: piccola cucina con stoviglie, condizionatore, tv con abbonamento Netflix, lavatrice e asciugatrice. C’è un supermercato a 3 minuti a piedi e le spiagge distano 15/20 minuti a piedi. Ogni giorno organizzano happy hour con free cocktails a bordo piscina, un’ottima occasione per conoscere viaggiatori di altre culture ma anche i bahamensi! Consigliata anche la bellissima escursione al beach club Ocean7 a Rose Island. William è un host da 5 stelle, sempre disponibile e amichevole! Super consigliato 😊 Niente

Boat trip snorkeling on a coral reef and out to islands was worth the money, Water pressure could be improved.

• Esmeralda (5/5): Passable - It was conveniently located to move around. Nice locality. Studio room was ok, could have been better with more amenities as mentioned on the website. The stove was not working, had to call the manager to fix it. They gave a portable electric stove so that I could prepare a quick breakfast/dinner. During the last 3 days of our stay we had new neighbors and they were very loud, too much noise and we could not sleep those 3 nights. They were awake till late morning which was not very nice.

• Morgan (8/5): Nice setting weird vibes - Clean tidy comfy room. Location was a plus walking distance to stores, restaurants and bus line. Weird TV activity, program shut off and Chinese person appeared on the screen looks like they were surveillance our room, but they were definitely observing something. I took pictures and ask front desk who said I needed to ask property manager/owner which didn’t seemed too concerned and just stated he didn’t know what it was and that was the end of conversation.

• Filip (6/5): Pleasant - A lot of advice in advance from the host. Happy hour by the pool is also a great benefit. We were allowed earlier check in which I also appreciated. Apartment is super small, basically no room to move once you put down 2 suitcases. We had 2 plates, forks and knifes and only 1 glass in the kitchen for 2 of us. Bed is quite uncomortable and terrace in front of the apartment could use a refurbishment. Plastic chairs there looked old and dusty.

• Mihai (8/5): Very good - The room perfectly met the expectations. William was available and ready to help. They also have a couple of bikes we rented and they are the perfect means for getting around. Overall, I would definitely recommend it if you don't expect/want a resort holiday. Within walking distance is a local supermarket, a breakfast place that is also part of "gourmet" tours (the New Duff), and a bit further away is Fish Fry with plenty of restaurants. We also used the pool on the last day when we were just waiting to go to the airport in the afternoon. The location is such that you are bound to use either a taxi or the bikes. Public transport in Nassau was, at least for us as foreign tourists, difficult to use because there is no information available. Highly recommend using the bikes - the island is anyway mostly flat.

• Sherwin (7/5): It was okay but there was room for more potential if the owners paided attention to the ambience. - The location was walking distance to 3 beaches and the famous Fish Fry. Outside the studio on the patio and courtyard was in bad shape and left a lot to be desired. It needed major upkeep. We spent most of our time next door at Colony Suites when we stayed in. Description on the amenities were misleading. Breakfast was $8.50 with limited options. The happy hour was only for the guests at Colony Suites.

• Majda (9/5): awesome!! - the airbnb is very close to downtown and to the beach! we rented a scooter and it took us max 5/7 min to get more or less everywhere! the room is big enough if you are searching for a place where to rest, make some food and take a shower! the breakfast is very good and they have various options! we loved it, nobody bothered us at all, we’ll definitely will go there again!

Very tight fit for the bed with the wall and kept bumping calf on the corner. The breakfast wasn’t inviting so we skipped it

Breakfast at the Colony Club is good, and the free drinks every night were awesome. William is very friendly and helpful. Transfer from the airport was smooth using the recommended taxi service. Layout of the room was not ideal. The dresser was squeezed in a corner where you could basically not open the drawers, and it was not easy to sit around the table.

ALTHOUGH one of the two security man asked us to SIT ON HIS FACE… And there was a gate for the beginning half of our stay, but in the end, it got knocked down by a whole car ?! The breakfast is near… but it’s disgusting for 8 US:) The AC is rly good i’ll give them that, but with the blanket they gave us we felt like we were in Antarctica. 1. the owner the owner literally admitted himself of having intercourse in the room next to us with one of his clients. at least he apologized for the noice 😁. He was flirting with my friend (19 years old) while she was by herself at the pool. 2. Amendities Bring your own towels if you are 2 people or more since they only give you 3 towels for the entire group even tho we stayed 8 nights ( and obviously ppl go to the beach ) we were told we had to wash them, but don’t get fooled, the soap is not included 😛. Same goes for toilet paper… we only had 1 FOR THE ENTIRE 8 NIGHTS. When asking for some, we got denied. We had to steal one from the reception😁. 3. Overall room - blanket (1) is as tin as a kleenex. - only one (1) fork for the whole stay? no spoon or knife - all the remaining (not much) dishes were dirty. - little to no space for getting by in the room. -NO BROOM : our floor got so dirty from the sand inevitably - the dryer (i included a picture) doesn’t dry ur clothes without having lint all over it - the hairdryer just fell off from the wall… i didn’t want to touch it after😐 - SPIDERS having literal babies in the room - shower stream is as weak as an ant, no shower mattress either so you have to use one of ur precious towels (3) (now 2) to put on the floor overall extremely dirty. 4. colony club reception although it is not sandelwoods fault, we needed to include it : the staff of colony club is soooo rude, can’t even call you a cab even life depended on it, every time you request something, even if it’s to pay breakfast, they act as if it was the hardest task ever and make you feel really dumb.

The breakfast option at the hotel next door was very convenient. Communication with staff and check in was easy, highly recommend- a much more affordable and enjoyable way to holiday in the Bahamas if you don’t want an over priced resort It would’ve been nice to have some extra items, like toilet tissue and a few more towels. Otherwise, no complaints
