Neviem či sme mali štatsie na susedov ale nevyspali sme sa.
- Szymon (7/5): Największym plusem apartamentu jest lokalizacja. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu. Apartament duży i przestronny. Do centrum około 30 minut piechotą. Mimo, że blisko centrum to okolica spokojna, nie słychać samochodów ani ruchu miejskiego. Zdjęcia apartamentu są inne niż rzeczywistość. O wiele gorzej wygląda w rzeczywistości. Jak weszliśmy do środka to było czuć brzydki zapach z toalety. Ściana w salonie koło łóżka brudna- widać że to stary brud, który od dawna się zbierał. Tak samo ściana koło aneksu kuchennego. Toster nie działa- zrobił zwarcie i wysiadł prąd. Na szczęście korki były w mieszkaniu. W łazience odchodzą kafelki, prysznic cały w kamieniu. Ogólnie czystość wypadła bardzo słabo. Apartament wymaga remontu.

Wyśmienita lokalizacja, ponieważ znajduje się parę minut od metra, przystanku tramwajowego oraz Lidla co ułatwiło pobyt. Na moją prośbę udostępniono mi również suszarkę do włosów oraz żelazko. Poza nie działającym tosterem nie zauważyłam większych problemów.

Great apartment located in the very pleasant and quiet part of Prague- you will definitely be satisfied with the view of the park where you can also go for a walk in the evening to chill out. - Esther (8/5): Heerlijke tijd in Praag gehad. - Was erg ruim, alles aanwezig wat je nodig bent, was erg netjes en lag rustig bij een park waardoor je weinig last had van stadse geluiden. Was een kleine kookplaat voor een appartement voor 5 personen, deur van keuken naar hal klemt enorm, koffiezet gebeuren was niet compleet waardoor je geen koffie kon maken en is een gehorig gebouw.

The apartment is so dirty. The dust running around the bed and at every corner in the apartment addition to spiders and mosquitoes. The shower turn to swimming pool during the shower. The sofa and chairs were disgusting, yellowish stains all over it. We booked an apartment with a balcony but ironically the balcony was 1 meter * 50 cm. Never again 👎🏻

- Wojciech (3/5): - Karlin might be the best localisation to stay in Prague and the apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped. Standard of the place was unacceptable for its price, not matching the pictures at all. Bathroom was super tiny, with a mold. As well the bedroom was small (however beds were cozy). Our apartment (room 4) was ground floor with window next to the trashbins. Whole place was dark and empty.

- Guest (9/5): - Πολύ άνετο κατάλυμα και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Ήταν πολύ βολικό ότι ήταν κοντά στο μετρό και ακόμα πιο κοντά στη στάση του τραμ το οποίο βόλευε πολύ για να πας στο κέντρο. Όταν φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα απόγευμα Παρασκευής, δε λειτουργούσε το ασανσέρ. Δυστυχώς, το διαμέρισμα μας ήταν στον 4ο όροφο και έπρεπε να κουβαλήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας 4 ορόφους. Ενημερώσαμε τον οικοδεσπότη. Παρόλα αυτά, δεν είχαμε ασανσέρ για 3 μέρες.

- Ярошевская (6/5): - Местоположение было просто отличное. Выходя из подъезда попадаешь сразу в парк. В пяти минутах находились супермаркеты. Постельное белье. На одной кровати простынь была в жёлтых пятнах и с дырками. Полотенца тоже не мешало бы обновить. В принципе, я считаю что это мелочи. Но немного было неприятно.
- Grégory (9/5): - L'appartement est dans un bel immeuble sécurisé, il est spacieux et lumineux (un peu trop pour dormir). C'était propre et calme. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait bien. Nous avons récupéré les clés grâce à un code et une boîte à clés. Nous avons pu nous garer à proximité en payant régulièrement le parkmetre. Il y a plusieurs appartements à louer, nous n'avons pas eu celui des photos... Le canapé n'est pas confortable pour dormir. C'était un peu limite en vaisselle et seulement 4 chaises pour une location de 5 personnes.

La amplitud del alojamiento bastante bien. Las habitaciones, la cocina y el baño estaban aceptablemente limpias , pero las esquinas de las paredes tenian telarañas con sus arañas correspondientes, por lo que tuve q entretenerme en pasar un cepillo por todas los techos y esquinas de cada una de las estancias nada más entrar. Tuvimos problemas con el calentador, en pocos minutos sólo salía agua fría, aunque intentaron solucionarlo y hubo un Contacto fluido por correo electrónico, pero había que ducharse rápido para no quedarte sin agua caliente. En la cocina sólo había una sartén vieja (aparte de alguna olla) y el tostador si lo enchufabas saltaba el diferencial de la luz, por lo q no pudimos usarlo. No tiene aire acondicionado por lo que supongo será muy caluroso en días de calor. Aunque el piso en si no es excesivamente caluroso.

The location was also nice, and it was simple to get anywhere. Communication with the host went smoothly. The toilet door was broken and the brush needed to be changed. Neighbors were listening to alien sex music for 24 hours.

- Guest (9/5): Both stimulating and restful. We enjoyed our stay at the residence very much. - Wonderful location on a park where neighbors walk and sit. Lovely trees and a great spot to walk after dinner. Big windows with light and handsome, airy rooms. Their is a small store nearby for necessities and a supermarket not much farther. Convenient to several trams and the subway. The old town is very crowded with tourists, and Karlin, the area where this apartment is, is more family oriented but also has very cool restaurants, wine bars and beautiful architecture. It was a bit challenging to figure out the stove, but my husband looked up the manual online. I imagine Europeans would be more familiar with how to operate it. It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner provided, but they offered everything else you could wish for, including a washing machine.

И не очень приятный опыт взаимодействия с персоналом. в 10:00 выселение. Уже в 10:02 мне стучали в дверь группа из нескольких людей. Я понимаю что время покинуть помещение, но немного терпимости не хватает. В итоге мы выехали примерно в 10:30 и за это время к нам пришли 3-4 раза напомнить, что нам пора. А так же опыт с утюгом. Я сообщил что его нет. Мне уточнили где он должен быть. Я сообщил что его там нет, после пришел человек, который хотел показать, где он должен быть, и только после того как его там не обнаружили, уже принесли утюг.

- Bettina (5/5): Nichts für empfindliche Nasen und Ohren, ansonsten top gelegen - Die Lage ist top, das Haus von außen ein wunderschöner Altbau, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, zwei Toiletten sind top, die Küche gut ausgestattet, an unserem Apt. gab es zwei Balkone - einen in den Hinterhof, einen in die wirklich ruhige Seitenstraße, grüner Park vor der Tür Ich kann nur für Apartment Nr. 13 sprechen: - Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft - beinahe jeden Abend wimmelte es von Silberfischen, wenn wir zurück in die Unterkunft kamen. - Bereits beim Betreten des Apartments war ein deutlicher Schimmelgeruch vernehmbar - wer da sehr empfindlich ist, dem würde ich hier keine Unterkunft empfehlen. Den Verursacher haben wir dann auch schnell gefunden: am Boiler (der angenehm ruhig lief) befand sich von der Decke her ein großer Wasserschaden, der auch in der dahinter befindlichen Gästetoilette einen massiven Schimmelgeruch verströmte - Es ist wahnsinnig hellhörig: viele andere Gäste begreifen leider während ihres Aufenthalts nicht, dass die Hauseingangstür sehr schwer ist und sehr laut ins Schloss fällt - wir haben das bis in die zweite Etage gehört und jedes Mal im Bett gesessen, wenn es gerumst hat - ich möchte nicht wissen, wie es in den näher gelegenen Apartments geklungen haben muss. Auch innerhalb der Wohnung ist alles sehr hellhörig - Toilettengänge, Händewaschen, duschen etc. - alles hörbar… Also am besten Handy mit rein und laute Musik an… - der Fernseher hatte keinerlei TV-Empfang, Musik war möglich, außerdem YouTube und Netflix

- Paula (4/5): Not a comfortable stay in Karlin - The location was good. The place was clean. Communication was okay. First of all the photos in booking.com is very misleading. The room is small you cant barely put your suitcase inside. The drawer for clothes is in the hallway and the hanger is in the lounge room. The whole place has a weird set up. The shower is tiny and theres no space for your toiletries. It smells like sewerage most of the time. Poor quality of towels and so with the other kitchen paraphernalias. The cheapest in the market! Yes, scissors cant barely cut a thread. There is a washing machine but cant provide any detergent even just to start with. The dishwasher cant wash away the tea stain from the cups. The main front door bangs like a bomb which i made a complaint about. It was not fixed for the whole time we were there. The TV is useless. This place is not recommended for more than a night. We have stayed here for 7 days and we have to deal with all of these. We have paid more than we are getting even with the basic services. We would be looking for other accommodation when we are back in Prague.

- Magdalena (9/5): - Mieszkanie znajduje się tuż przy przystanku tramwajowym, trochę dalej jest metro. Zakupy można zrobić w Lidlu który też jest niedaleko. Zupełnie bez problemu zameldowaliśmy się i wymeldowaliśmy się. Było na prawdę czysto a wyposażenie kuchni pozwoliło nam na swobodne zjedzenie śniadań (talerze, szklanki, kubki, patelnia, noże, garnki, kieliszki, otwieracz do wina, dzbanek, czajnik). Płyta indukcykna miała tylko 2 palniki ale to w zupepnosci nam wystarczylo (obiady jedliśmy na mieście) w 5 osób a na zdjęciach były jedynie 4 krzesła przy stole, jednak kiedy przyjechaliśmy zobaczyliśmy dostawione piąte krzesło co było bardzo miłe :) WiFi funkcjonowało bez żadnych zastrzeżeń. Bardzo przydatna przy 5 osobach była podwójna toaleta. Jeśli ktoś ma ochotę odpocząć od zgiełku centrum miasta to w pobliżu znajdzie restauracje gdzie zje i wypije piwko. Zdecydowanie wybralibyśmy ponownie to samo mieszkanie! Mieszkanie znajduje się na poddaszu, co oczywiście było widać na zdjęciach i w 100% zdawaliśmy sobie z tego sprawę ale potrzebowaliśmy 1 dnia żeby się przyzwyczaić i nie walić głową w niższe części sufitu 😅 Totalny szczegół: zabrakło nam haczyka w łazience na którym można byłoby powiesić ręcznik.

Вода лилась усюди , просили додати нам рушників для підлоги , але ніхто так і не приніс. Також просили батарейки в пульт - їх не дали ! В ванній були грязні двері з середини, ручка зламана - випадала і можна було в ванній застрягти ! При вімкнені тостеру - вибивав лічильник ! Полотенця дуже малі і з не приємним запахом ! Ці моменти дуже враження підпортили (
