• Curtis (10/5): Been to prague 4 times now and this is the best apartment we have stayed in - Great location. Plenty of space inside the apartment. High ceilings makes it seem even bigger. Most euro apartments fall short of matching the comforts of a Canadian or American apartment but this one has been the closest so far. Great bed, had all appliances and were decent size. Washer and dryer as well. This is a critique for 99% of european apartments. Just use a shower curtain and rod. these glass doors setups always leave the floor soaked.

• Andra (10/5): Beautiful hotel in a superb location - The hotel is located in an old building, with a beautiful stone spiral staircase and high ceilings. The room is large and very well equipped: it has a kitchen with an oven and a microwave, the bathroom has a washing machine, a drying rack and there is also a clothes iron available. The staff was very nice and helpful. The neighborhood is great: you are within walking distance of the Národní Divadlo tram station and the Národní třída metro station, which is also next to a shopping center with bakeries and supermarkets. Restaurants and shops are also nearby. At night, it's quiet, you don't really hear anything from the street. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the hotel.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans un bel immeuble ancien magnifiquement rénové et parfaitement au calme avec des vitres doubles. Le seul bémol que je vois est que l'appartement manque un peu de luminosité mais à part cela rien à redire.

The staff were helpful, friendly and we were very well taken care of. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and top notch furniture and fittings, we were very comfortable during our stay. We loved the location so close to the river and theatre, also very close to bus and tram stops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend. Nothing. It was perfect for us.

( même qu’on n’a pas eu besoin, mais tout était là!), à 15 minutes de toutes les attractions, on a tout fait à pied ! • Lujza (9/5): Super čistý apartmán so skvelou polohou - Ubytovanie má naozaj skvelú polohu, chodíme do Prahy raz ročne na víkend a vyskúšali sme už veľa ubytovaní. Najvhodnejšie aj pre malé dieťa, pre nás lepšie ako hotel. Vybavenie bolo vynikajúce, čisto aj personál bol veľmi ochotný. Komunikácia s rezidenciou bola nadmieru uspokojivá, odpovedali takmer ihneď. Cena v porovnaní s inými apartmánmi bola trochu vyššia a podušky boli veľmi tvrdé a matrac mäkší čiže to bolo trošku nepohodlné, ale to je o každého osobnej preferencii.

The location was great, a few min walk to Tram, 8 min to Charles bridge, 29 min to Wencelas Square, shops (incl Tesco nearby). Good local restaurant around the back of the building. • Yan (9/5): Unique and nice apartment for our stay in Prague - The location of this apartment is very good, right behind National theater, close to a few bus stops, can either walk or bus to Old town, Royal castle and other attractions. Lots of restaurants to choose nearby, yet good for city walk, found lots of interesting arts work on the nearby street. Shower over the bath with a folding shower screen is a bit tricky to use.

• Steve (9/5): Would be a 10 and top value, but AC issues took away from overall score - The location is perfect. Footsteps from Prague's outstanding trams. And not far from a Subway station. There are zillions of places to eat and shop nearby and they give you a guide to some locals' faves. Old Town and most everything you'd want to see is within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, quiet (in a town known for late night noise and partying) and the kitchen is well equipped. Having a washing machine is great. This location and rich amenities would command 200 euros per night in many European capitals. My cost was just a touch over 100 euros per night -- in peak season and including VAT and cleaning fee. Great value. Staff -- Lenka -- answered my questions probably a dozen times via messaging before my arrival -- putting my nerves at ease. It's a beautiful historic building modernized inside with an elevator (but not wheelchair accessible because there are steps to the lobby then elevator. The mattress is very firm. Nice hot water. Famous Reduta Jazz club and gorgeous National Theater are super close by. Vlatava River is footsteps away. Pillows are more than double a standard size. Others have complained. There are 4 on one bed. Why not keep 2 of the monster sized, but swap out a pair of standard sized pillows for those of us used to sleeping on a normal pillow -- not one half the size of a futon. It would get a 10 out of 10, other than a major issue with the air conditioning (running on fan, but NOT producing cooling for June heat and humidity). It's such a shame to have to detail all the problems in the what I didn't like section. If they maintained AC better and had repair pros on call at all times, they could offer a large living space with hotel-like responsiveness to address problems. The big minus was the air conditioning wasn't working. They seal the AC at 22 celsius, it cannot go below that. Also, they either have heat or AC on -- not both at same time. There is a temp gauge below the AC setting. It showed 25.7 C (nearly 80 F) the first two nights and I barely got any sleep because of the heat and stuffiness. The AC came on, but it seemed to be just the fan. I informed the staff of this on the morning (a Friday) after my second restless night. They said they would be on it, but not till Monday. On Monday, I messaged, but it was not resolved. Finally, that Monday afternoon, I returned from a day trip and was moved to a larger apartment with fully working AC. The upgrade was nice, but by then, I had spent 5 of 9 nights without working air conditioning, sweltering in 80 degree heat and putting up with a very stuffy room. I didn't NOT want to open windows because of noise from bar hoppers and partiers on the street. A place with a 9 or above rating on Booking MUST have staff that tests AC BEFORE a guest checks in. And it MUST have repair pros on call to fix things within hours, not half a week.

There are roof windows with curtains for darkening the room. It might be a bit of a problem in the summer, but it worked fine for us. Lenca was attentive and helped in all our requests. She even let us use the apartment late on the day we left, which was so nice for us. Thank you Lenka. The location is very good, close to public transportation and supermarket. It is also not far for walking to the old town center. We fully recommend! Slightly too big pillows for us,but we got smaller ones

• Iris (10/5): Excellent!! - Absolutely fantastic. Next to tram stations. about a kilometer walk to old town. The place was clean and spacious. The lady in the reception was very polite and even proposed us some local restaurants and cafes! Highly recommended I found no negatives.
• Nabeel (8/5): Nice and clean but needs some improvements - Nice and clean, excellent Staff specially Miss.Lenka and Mr.Daneil were so polite and helpful people, almost new apartment with all the facilities. 1:the location its little far from the town both new and old city’s,almost walk around half in hour to reach. 2: although iam not very comfortable with bathroom bathtub because iam big guy and I prefer open shower area better then old style bathtub 3. Poor wifi connection, if you are in Hall are specifically on the Sofa you will get connection, but forget if you’re in the Room on your bed. 4. Hall TV is little Small according to the hall size.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Convenient location - Convenient and easy location to all the sights and transport in Prague. Communication / assistance was very good.
• Ky (10/5): Wonderful family vacation in Praha - Central location with easy access to public transport. Huge apartment with all necessary facilities for family vacation, even cooking if you are keen during holidays : ) Staff was very helpful in check in and guiding us as our family arrived after reception normal working hours. Upon our request to use aircon, the staff initiated internal process timely so we could rest peacefully the remaining nights in Praha. First night we had to sleep with open windows as aircon was not on by property owner that should have been better indicated in advance to the client.
• Dew_frost (9/5): Very pleasant and relaxed - Very comfortable flat, squeaky clean, in a quiet street right behind the Narodní Divadlo. Pubs, restaurants, minimarkets and cafés within 200m of the place. 10 mins walk to most everywhere :)

• Michael_croft (10/5): Exceptional - communication with host was perfect, thank you Lenka! We arrived before ckeckin time , and since the appartment was not occupied could move in early. Exceĺlent location, short walk to all interesting places and public transport(if really needed). The apparment is very large with comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, the kitchen fully equipped, not just only basic stuff. Everything spotlessly clean. The bedroom also large with comfy bed. The bathroom has strong hot and cold water, many fresh and soft towels are provided.Much better than most hotels.
