• Arianna (7/5): It was okay not the address we expected but still good. - The place was fairly clean, and like in the pictures. Location is really great because it is really central. Got the place at half the price because of a last minute booking. The place was on a different location than the address on booking and we only found that out when we were already at that address. We never met the host, only texted. Full price would not be worth it.

• Shannon (10/5): - Really fast internet! I’m a digital nomad, so this is important. There was never a single problem with connectivity. The location was also good, and the host provided a very helpful pdf of information about Tirana. A complimentary bottle of water would have been a nice touch.

• RICARDO (7/5): aceptable - El alojamiento esta en pleno centro de tirana lo que es positivo para salir desarrollar cualquier actividad, la apariencia del apto en su interior es agradable, calidad y precio esta bien, nos pareció muy seguro a pesar que el apartamento esta muy escondido y su parte externa no están agradable a la vista. la encargada del lugar es muy amable y atenta a ayudarte en lo que necesites. No me gusto la entrada al lugar ya que su apariencia no esta agradable en la parte externa y esto no se ve en la fotos, el apartamento es un 5to piso y no tiene ascensor, si llegas en la noche las escaleras no tienen iluminación y la parte de la ducha no estaba bien aseado y sale un olor poco agradable, la ducha se inunda cuando te bañas y los pies se te llenan de agua y dentro de la nevera encontramos un cabello largo.

• Moutot (7/5): Bon rapport qualité-prix pour une ou deux nuits dans le centre sans voiture. - L'emplacement est vraiment top, à deux pas du centre-ville dans un quartier très sympa avec beaucoup d'animations, de bar et de resto sympa. Si vous venez en voiture ou en louer une, sachez qu'il est très difficile de stationner à proximité de l'appartement. Les chambres sont situées au 4e étage d'un immeuble dont l'emplacement reste compliqué à localiser car l'adresse stipulé ne correspond pas. La literie est de qualité très moyenne où chacun peut trouver sa place dans le creux du précédent dormeur...

• Jens (3/5): Zum Glück nur eine Nacht vor dem Rückflug. - Sehr zentrale Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Skanderbeg-Platz Das Auffinden der Unterkunft hat sich etwas kompliziert gestaltet, da man durch einen dubiosen Hinterhof in ein versteckt liegendes Treppenhaus muss um das Appartment zu erreichen. Im Appartment selber roch es nach Rauch, definitiv wurde hier schon öfters geraucht. Auch gab es Brandflecken am Bett und an der Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage. Die Tür zum Bad musste man geschlossen halten, da hier ein starker Geruch nach Kanalisation aus den Rohren kam. Als wir am Morgen duschen wollten kam kein Wasser aus der Dusche. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass es sich um eine Störung der Wasserversorgung handelt, obwohl das aus dem Wasserhahn am Waschbecken Wasser kam. Wir mussten dann schlussendlich ohne Dusche abreisen. Die Bettlaken waren stark abgenutzt und hatten gelbe Flecken. Alles in allem die schlechteste Unterkunft, die wir in Albanien hatten.

• SABA (1/5): Do not book unless you are experienced in wild life - The property is located in a good neighborhood near the main town No water to take a shower, the owner charge you double price for any taxi, self checkin using video is not ideal for tourism, Taxi from the apartment to the airport is 12 Euros, the owner charged double price, this is the worst experience. The owner only care about money, poor service

Superb location for historic sights and nightlife! Could pay for the accommodation with card. Nice shower and comfy bed. The little kitchenette and fridge were very useful. Underground parking lot for 500 LEK overnight very close by underneath the main square.
• Carles (8/5): Very good - The flat is convenient for short stays. Very well located, the host is kind always helpful, the flat is small but has the essentials. The window had a nice view. No lift, it's on the 5th floor and if you have heavy luggage is not very amusing hehe.

The host met us outside to show us in and was very friendly and helpful. The clothes dryer was out of order but it was not a big issue as there was a washing line. We contacted the host to let them know and they handled it with professionalism and care.

• Jojo (7/5): convinient for the location - convinient location , room was clean and the space was big . In general it was ok . random noices outside of the flat - woke us up with people fighting . kind of scary . At the bathroom there was a bad odour coming.

• Coenraad (8/5): Overall the accommodation is comfortable, save and walking distance from everything you need to see! - The location was excellent and Albana was very helpful with some good tips on the area and suggesting other things to do in Tirana and Albania. The taxi transfers from and to the airport was on time, comfortable and save. Check in and payment went smooth and communication with Albana was easy and quick with positive response times and comments. The stairs got a bit tough to climb a couple of times during the day and the entrance to the building was a bit rough and unfinished so didn't feel save the first day or two but wasn't a big problem in the end. The room shares a main entrance to two other rooms and the entrance hall got a bit hot with the washing and drying but once in the room you could use the AC and it was generally quiet.

The host was very flexible in meeting me, and the location of the apartment is great - right in the centre of Tirana. Incredibly good value for money, I am staying again in a few nights before I fly out of Tirana! The only bad thing was there was no shower curtain so the toilet got a bit wet, otherwise all else was great. Be mindful of the 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

The rooms are fairly new, neat and clean, and air conditioned, thus providing with everything you need to enjoy the vigorous city. Before arriving, the lovely host - Kimberly - will contact you to guide you to the hotel building, where she will kindly greet you in person to comfort your stay and get you settled. A great place to start your journey in Albania!

• Filip (10/5): Exceptional - It's right in the city center (literally 5-10min walk from Skanderbeg square); the host was very friendly and helpful, helping us with our suitcases (since there is no elevator) and even gave us many recommendations of where to go and what to do in Tirana; The room was new and clean with everything you need; The view from our room was quite nice; The host is fast to respond when you need something (might not be as guaranteed in Albania as you might think) Wifi was probably the fastest we've had in a week (4 different accommodations) These things didn't really bother us but they are worth mentioning: - the hallway is very small and there is a washing machine, which means, that you will hear it when someone is doing their laundry even through the wall - the bed sheets make it impossible to sleep without the AC (at least in the summer), because they store heat a lot, which means you will be sweating like crazy without AC

It was enough for a one night stay, but I don't think it will be enough for a longer stay. Cleaning was okay. In general, the host was very attentive, so I thank her.
• Tamás (9/5): Centrally located accommodation in a street market, easily accessible by public transport - Central location next to main square, a decent sized room, fridge, air conditioning, a double bed, cleanliness. I must highlight Besa's conscientious, patient and kind attitude. She was available at any time and also helped quickly and efficiently when needed. Besa, you have done an excellent job, thank you once again! Room was on top floor and there was no lift at all (I have a spinal disease). The property was hardly possible to find. If Besa had not been waiting on the street, I would not have found that. No street name plates at all, not to mention that house number in the reservation did not match the real one.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating, they answered all our questions and helped us to book taxis if needed. Besa was our main contact and they were very helpful and kind! 5 floors of stairs up with suitcases was a bit challenging and the bathroom drain had an unpleasant smell

The staff was really kind and helped us with all the information we need regarding Tirana. The only small issue was that to get to the property, the area is not very clean and to go up the stairs till 5th floor was not the nicest.

Area is a bit run down and building entry point not the easiest to find but office staff meets you in person on the street and show you the location and room. They even helped to carry my suitcase.

The card machine didn’t work (from other reviews it appears not to have been working for some time which is a pain). Despite being clean the bathroom drains were a real issue and did smell - reported this to the property but I can see others had the same issue prior to my arrival.

• Shelly (7/5): Fair apartment at the centre of Tirana for 3 nights - - Helpful and responsive staff - Apartment close to the centre - Washing machine and dryer you can use for free - Comfortable bed - Functional kitchenette - Basic appliances (fridge, oven, electric kettle) - Heater worked well - The toilet smell lingers and floor didn’t dry up well. It seems there’s a little problem with the exhaust - Obvious stains on the sheets and towels - No drying rack for plates, utensils, etc. - Though it was stated upon check-in and we didn’t mind, note that the apartment is on the 5th floor without a lift. On the way up, there are no automatic lights so we had to use of mobile phone’s flashlight at night.

• Veronika (10/5): Amazing staff. Very clean. Small jewel in the middle of the busy bazar. Great value for your money! - It was very clean, great location in the midst of the bazar. The staff was amazing and super friendly! Special thanks to Besa! She really made us feel super welcomed. Gave us great suggestions for restaurants and bars. The view from the apartment (we stayed in room number 2) was great! Very well equipped tiny kitchen with microwave and stove, sandwich maker and fridge. The bathroom shower had a proper water flow! Loved it. Cosy bed! Nothing I can think of. Only thing is, I would not recommend for people with mobility issue or heavy luggage since it is located in the fifth floor without an elevator.

Staff was very nice and advised us on lots of nice places to go, also very helpful with figuring out the bus system. Also close to Skanderbeg Square! If I had to choose one thing it would be the lack of elevator

• Isabella (5/5): I do not recommended for solo female travellers - Near to some nice cafes. View over the market in the day but back alleys at night. Comfortable bed. I would not stay here as a solo female traveller as the entrance is down a maze of back alleys that are pretty scary at night. There is no front door to the building so it didn't feel very safe. The water was turned off all night one night and for most of the morning. There was a bad smell to the drains in the bathroom and the whole bathroom gets soaking wet when you shower as there is no shower curtain.

The room was a bit dirty, it was quite cold, no hot water the first day, and then no water the next day. (However, the staff did what they could to help when we let them know, so thumbs up for that!)
