• Cassie (4/5): Nice rooms but not the rooms we booked- sent us to Moonlight apartments instead - Great rooms, with bath, nice bed. This wasn’t the property we booked and two friends who had booked a triple room ended up with a double. The road is noisy.

• Jo (10/5): Fabulous Apartments - We were actually upgraded to the Moonlight Apartments which were a stone's throw from central & vibrant Skanderberg Square. These are fantastic rooms - spotlessly clean with all the modcons and things one might need. The beds are super comfy and I especially loved the late night deep & luxurious baths. Michael was really kind and waited for us when our flight was delayed by 2 hours at night, and gave us a great handover to the apartments. Any questions we had were quickly answered during our stay via WhatsApp and we felt very safe and looked after. I loved the location and I recommend the super cosy & friendly 'The Pub' bar in a the basement and the Mulleri Coffee chain close by. Nothing

• Steve (4/5): Acceptable but not amazing - Location was good. Room fitting such as Door handles, AC unit facia and shower head holder were all loose and one fell off. Sofa bed was just about acceptable but not great. We wouldn't stay here again.
• Mutita (7/5): A comfortable, safe, and private stay in central Tirana - The room is very comfortable, safe, and private. The location is excellent for exploring central Tirana. I could walk around Tirana and visit good restaurants, bars, a local fruit store, a pharmacy, and city attractions every day. The place is hidden in a safe neighborhood just behind the main street. The hotel staff who checked me in told me about secret ways to walk through the buildings to the main street, which I used to walk directly to a lovely Murili cafe every morning. It was a perfect place to stay and experience the city as a local. Wifi was stable and fast. I will stay there again. The hotel is hidden in an apartment building. I wish that they had an obvious sign for taxis to see and find the hotel. You wouldn't know there is a hotel in the building. The hotel staff communicated with me on WhatsApp and waited for me at the building to check in. However, it would be easier to point out the hotel location to the non-English-speaking taxi driver, especially when you first arrive in the area.

Literally door step to Blloku area and within 15-20mins walk to most tourist spots, Tirana castle, Skandenberg Sq etc. Surrounded by tons of cafes and restaurants. • Marina (9/5): Wunderbar! - Super freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Anreise in der Nacht hat dank organisiertem Transfer super funktioniert. Das Zimmer ist modern und sauber , mit leichten Abnutzungszeichen, aber völlig in Ordnung. Zentrale Lage, Balkon. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Gerne wieder.
• Simpson (8/5): Older style apartment with balcony in convenient location. - Located well within walking distance to most attractions. Large supermarket downstairs. Elevator. It appears there are four apartments managed by Retreat. Simply be prepared that the one supplied may not be the one as photographed in Booking.Com, as was ours. The washing machine isn't located within the apartment however it is in a common area adjacent to the common kitchen area. Ask upon checkin how to gain access to the locked door. Also just a brief explanation would be helpful on the location and use of the switch for the outside balcony light and also there are two small button switches (up and down) to close the balcony roller blind, which is very useful.

• Harriet (1/5): Do not stay here, especially not if you have little kids!! - Would not recommend. Nothing was good other than location was convenient and check in / out process was seamless. It was disgustingly dirty and not cleaned at all. After checking in, I found a lot of visible dust/ hair under a bench in the room. Asked for it to be cleaned and someone did come right away. But later that night, we found a used condom under a rug (!!!!!!) that I was trying to move so that my 3 year old wouldn’t trip on the rug. I took a picture and sent it to the host right away and all they said was “hello, we are very very sorry something so disturbing could be found in your apartment, we will make sure to let our colleagues know next time when they clean the apartment to do a more thorough cleaning”. Unbelievable and unacceptable. The room was also falling apart - the handheld shower head was leaking, the toilet was leaking, the sheets were stained, the door was warped with water damage, the wifi was poor.

Peut être n'avions nous pas fait attention, mais ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est une chambre dans un appartement partagé. La verrière n'est pas accessible car rideau dessus c'est dommage. Prix un peu élevé.

Nicely decorated and clean - although the renovations are not quality, everything is starting to degrade. Buildings feel a little weird, modern decorations feel cheap, cleaning not quite up to scratch. You could see finger prints everywhere on the cupboards

Hot water and a powerful shower, and air conditioning. There’s a shared kitchen area outside the room and a lift in the building to reach the apartments. The staff were friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything. We had trouble understanding how to use the air conditioning but staff helped us within a few minutes! All was sorted quickly!

Tolle Lage mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Gepäck etwas länger in der Unterkunft lassen war kein Problem. Keine Beschilderung am Eingang. Anfangs deswegen etwas schwer zu finden, auch wenn sie Gästen ein Video schicken.

Ook handig dat er een gemeenschappelijk gedeelte is met een keuken en koffieapparaat. Verder regelden ze een taxi naar het vliegveld voor ons, heel fijn. - Oppervlakkig schoongemaakt. - De informatievoorziening. Pas toen we whatsapp contact hadden over de taxi naar het vliegveld, kregen we de informatiefolder toegestuurd (met informatie over de accommodatie, wifi, Tirana etc). Dit was pas om 16:30 terwijl we al om 13:30 incheckten. Ook was het handig geweest om vooraf al informatie te ontvangen over de locatie, wij vonden het namelijk best lastig te vinden. We kregen uiteindelijk wel een foto toegestuurd van het pand.

• Faris (10/5): I would recommend it and stay at this accommodation anytime I visit Tirana. - Clean, modern, comfy, and the staff “Besa”. Besa was so helpful in a very short notice booking with all arrangements needed for my stay and my airport taxi with a very smooth check in and check out.

• Gentiana (8/5): - Stanza nuova, accogliente e ben fornita. Aria condizionata ottima e letto molto comodo. Posizione strategica. Volevo farlo un caffè, ma la macchina nello spazio comune era rotta. La donna delle pulizie ha cercato di aiutarmi, ma vedendo la situazione ha supposto che fosse rotta. Nel giro di tre ore è arrivato il tecnico a sistemarlo, molto efficiente. Il piatto della doccia non era stato pulito, infatti non usciva l’acqua dai buchetti della doccia a muro perché non era pulita adeguatamente. Raccomando di correggere questa svista perché il resto era ottimo.

Zonas comunes, como cocina compartida con otros 3 apartamentos que te permite desayunar o cenar en el apartamento. Cama muy cómoda. El apartamento aún siendo nuevo está algo deteriorado y haría falta cambiar o solventar algunos detalles para que la estancia fuese perfecta. La insonorización del exterior no es buena. La limpieza es superficial. Existía polvo en lámparas, armario, balcón ...la pared está sucia, la alfombra del baño estaba rota y sucia (es preferible para eso no poner alfombrilla).

Very comfortable and quiet neighbourhood and excellent location to be central location. Very modern room with balcony. Everything was good but u still share apartment. There are other three rooms. All rooms are on suit so you have your own spare. Very quiet and comfortable you don't feel sharing with others.

Gros avantage du self check-in et out. Paiement par credit card. Un super marché juste en bas et une position au centre de la ville. Une bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée ! Le quartier très populaire et hyper bruyant. Pas de parking, nous avons finalement trouvé une place sur l'avenue centrale et nous avons ramassé une amende. L'airco tres bruyant aussi ainsi que la ventilation de la salle de bain.
• Jessica (10/5): Perfect retreat in the heart of Tirana - Beautiful big room - could have stayed longer. Loved the balcony, bed was super comfortable, nice bathroom and lots of storage. There was so many great small touches like free water, coffee machine and kitchen etc that made the stay super comfortable. Rozi made self check in super easy and helped us during our stay with car park etc. The location was a few minute walk from the heart of Tirana and we loved the recommendations Rozi provided for bars 🙂 Nothing!

• Asya (9/5): Tutto perfetto ! - La struttura ha una posizione veramente strategica, si trova centralissimo. Camera pulita, nuova e veramente ben tenuta. Ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia d’acqua molto apprezzata, tv tutto funzionante e anche il Wi-Fi nessun problema. Bagno molto bella, doccia molto grande. C’è anche un balconcino. Ci è piaciuto tutto, forse qualche dettaglio deve essere migliorato ma assolutamente la consigliamo. Noi se torneremo a Tirana torneremo qui sicuramente.
