• Maciej (9/5): - So this place is awesome. 21 floor with nice view towards a park. All inside is a fit for purpose. comfy bed and a small kitchen/fridge if you need to cook something. But forget doing breakfast by yourself. Instead visit some of the small restaurants around for great food. We were so surprised but the great food offered around. But in case you prefer to stay at low cost - yeah there is a small convenient shop in the same building. The apartment is great for 1-3 nights. close to the park, close to the main areas of Tirana. you will no regret.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. There is convenient parking available, which is a big advantage when traveling by car. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the hotel — absolutely stunning. The staff were always friendly and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and service made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return! .

• Gani Aliji (10/5): Tolle Aussicht, top Lage, super Service- ich komme wieder. - Wir waren zwei Nächte dort und es hat sich absolut gelohnt. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und wunderschön. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und standen bereits vor der Anreise in Kontakt. Es gab kein Frühstück, da es sich um ein Apartment handelt – aber Frühstück und Kaffee waren in weniger als zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt: sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, direkt beim Air Albania Stadion in Tirana. Die Mitarbeitenden waren rund um die Uhr privat erreichbar und haben immer schnell geantwortet. Man hat sich wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich komme definitiv wieder. Nichts hinzuzufügen.

The space is thoughtfully designed with a modern aesthetic, featuring a harmonious blend of deep green walls, natural wood elements, and mirrored cabinetry that amplifies the sense of space and light. The layout is compact yet efficient the cozy bed nook, separated by a mesh partition, offers just the right amount of privacy while keeping the area open and breathable. The large windows flood the apartment with natural light and offer a great city view, perfect for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. Besa was very welcoming, made us feel like home! It was amazing!

• Beth (2/5): Essential Maintenance Failures and Impossible Check-in Process - The bed was comfortable. The check-in process was unnecessarily difficult and relies exclusively on WhatsApp. I arrived at the front desk of the apartments, but since I did not have local minutes or Wi-Fi, I could not receive the required check-in message and had to rely on a local person to call for me. This system creates an unacceptable barrier for international travelers. More seriously, the air conditioning did not work. It was making a loud noise and could not cool the room below 24°C, despite my calling staff over for a repair. They made excuses and the issue was not fixed. I was forced to open the door to sleep, which resulted in me being woken at sunrise. The coffee maker was also broken. When staff contacted the manager the next morning, they seemed entirely unconcerned with the poor state of the unit and offered an insufficient $20 refund, which I refused. I simply expected a fully maintained and functional unit when I checked in. The lack of proper maintenance and the dismissive response from management was extremely disappointing. Do not be tricked. Units do not come with the tub. Make sure you request it for an extra charge. The photos are a bit deceiving.

Winnie hizo TODO lo posible por entregarnos el apartamento super limpio y antes de la hora de check-in lo cual agradecimos muchísimo su trabajo, su esfuerzo y su amabilidad. Winnie fue una de las mejores cosas de la estancia. Tuvimos problemas con el pago, queríamos pagar con tarjeta y al momento del pago, convenientemente las tarjetas no pasaban por el datáfono, ni "tampoco" se pudo hacer el cobro a través de booking, por lo que tuvimos que pagar en efectivo, al final es lo que a ellos les interesa, que pagues en efectivo. El WIFI inexistente, tuve que utilizar mis datos todo el tiempo dentro del piso para utilizar mi ordenador
