- Ellie (9/5): Weekend à Vienne ! - Nous avons apprécié la proximité du lieu avec le métro qui nous a permis de visiter Vienne facilement. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec le temps lors de notre séjour, le logement était bien chauffé malgré la saison, parfait ! Très propre et fonctionnel, merci, je recommande !!

- Florian (9/5): Günstig, angenehm und bequem - Sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend in unmittelbarer Nähe zur UBahn. Das Appartement selbst ist hübsch eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war angenehm, unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte meinerseits wären die etwas zu hart gestopften Polster (ist halt meine subjektive Meinung) und die Armaturen im Badezimmer könnten mal nachgezogen werden (sind etwas wackelig). Ist aber nicht schlimm.

- Joanna (10/5): Super miejscówka - Apartament w przyjemniej , spokojnej dzielnicy, jeden przystanek metrem od palacu Schonbrunn. Posiada wszysko, co potrzebne na krótki lub dłuższy pobyt dla 4 osob. Bardzo fajna miejscówka.

- Anna (10/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. Polecamy! - Apartament czysty, przestronny, zgodny z opisem. Miłe, że czekały na nas kapsułki do kawy, ręczniki, podręczne kosmetyki. Łatwo dojechać z centrum. Krótki spacer do Schonbrunn to czysta przyjemność. Okolica spokojna, czuliśmy się bezpiecznie, nawet wracając wieczorem. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Gdy będziemy w Wiedniu, to na pewno ponownie się tu zatrzymamy. Jeden mały minus - w opisie podano, że w obiekcie są kapcie. Wypakowaliśmy z bagażu swoje, a na miejscu ich nie było. Może wystarczy usunąć ten wpis i nikogo nie będzie to wprowadzać w błąd.
- catharina (7/5): - Uns hat Wien gefallen und leider schafft man nicht alles. Das Bad war super. Der Wohnbereich war etwas schmutzig. Außerdem ist der Geschirrbestand gering, mit vier Tassen kommt man nicht weit. Mittagsteller flach gab’s gar nicht. Wenn Kaffeemaschine steht erwarte ich keine Kapselmaschine. Das größte Problem aber ist das Parken. Man läuft erst mal mindestens 20 min bis zur ersten Möglichkeit. Mit Gepäck und Einkauf sehr anstrengend. Fernsehen zu schauen ist auch nicht topp. Im Forstfach lag eine Coladose, die kurz vorm explodieren war und die halbe Weinflasche lässt einen zweifeln, ob der Kühlschrank gereinigt wurde.

Host was available, very kind, allowed us to keep our luggage even after checkout. Little bit too many stairs to climb up (especially with baby trolley) Overall very nice, but some small things missing: extra towels, cushion, enough shelves in bathroom,
- Karin (8/5): - Großes sauberes Apartment das nett eingerichtet ist. Wenige Gehminuten von der U- Bahn Station und von Schönbrunn entfernt. Waren schon das zweite Mal hier und kommen gerne wieder . Die Schlafcouch war etwas unbequem und die Rollo im Schlafzimmer waren leider defekt.

You get the detailed instruction on how to find an open the apartment per email in advance. It is almost as advertised, but not an inch more. The separat bedroom is separate just with a "half" wall not reaching to the ceiling with sliding door. I would this not count as a room. In "fuly equiped" kitchen you get one plate, one bowl, one cupper person... in Bathroom 1 towel per person (for 3 night stay)...

Check-in mit Zahlencode praktisch und unkompliziert. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Für uns hat alles gepasst! War wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet. Vielleicht Zusatzinfo für Andere: Treppe vor dem Haupteingang. Parkplätze auf der Straße ( Kurzparkzone unter der Woche).

Foarte aproape de Complexul Shombrum, de toate mijloacele de transport în comun! Spațios, cu tot ce este necesar unui sejur perfect! Vom reveni cu siguranță! Nu a fost ceva care să ne displacă!
- Joanna (9/5): Good choice for stay in Vienna - Good place for stay in Vienna. Very quiet apartment with everything you need for couple of days. Close to metro Hietzing and if you have a car , there is also close to Parking typu P&R on metro station Hütteldorf. This is one of the best areas of Vienna with beautiful Schönbrunn for a walk or for jogging.

- Katharina (9/5): Alles top! - Die Lage ist top, in der Nähe gibt es gleich eine Tiefgarage die man via App mieten kann und wo es genug Stellplätze gibt. Ausstattung des Hotels auch top. Schlafsofa sehr bequem. Checkin einfach und bequem. Die Polster waren viel zu hoch, ein Brotmesser wäre super, und ein TV Anschluss für die Kinder wäre auch ideal. Nicht barrierefrei, aber für eine junge fitte Familie kein Problem. Die Zimmer waren durch eine halbhohe Wand getrennt, dh Licht und Geräusche nimmt man überall wahr. Aber so werden die Eltern zum frühen Bettgehen gezwungen ;-) Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

- Agnieszka (9/5): Wygodny apartament przy Schönbrunn - Świetna lokalizacja, wygodne zamki kodowe, bardzo czysty apartament, blisko do Schönbrunn i metra, bardzo cicha lokalizacja, świetny kontakt z wynajmującym, duża przestrzeń, wygodna kanapa i łóżko, byłam zachwycona Nie widziałam nigdzie możliwości regulacji temperatury, było bardzo ciepło w apartamencie, zatkana umywalka była niedogodnieniem. Poduszki bardzo wysokie. Brakowało mi obieraczki do warzyw ale to drobiazg.

- Krisztina (9/5): Csendes, nyugodt környék, jól felszerelt ingatlan, akár hosszab tartózkodásra is alkalmas. - Nyugodt, csendes környék, a közelben éttermek, kávézók, kultúrális helyszinek. Nagyon meleg volt a szálláson, nem találtunk termosztátot, hogy csökkentsük a hőmérsékletet. Számunkra a párna nagyon kényelmetlen volt, nem volt választási lehetőség.
- Katarina (8/5): - Ubytovanie v super tichej a veľmi kludnej lokalite, v pešej dostupnosti Schonbrunn, technické muzeum, ľahká dostupnosť na MHD, do pár minút peši obchody aj reštaurácie. Ubytovanie bolo moderne zariadené, pohodlne matrace, vnútri bolo prijemne teplo. Veľký balkón s posedením. V kúpeľni sprchovy kút aj vaňa. Oceňujem že v kuchyni bolo dostatok kapsúl na kávu. Spálňa nebola samostatná izba, bola len predelena priečkou, ktorá nebola až po strop, čiže ubytovanie neposkytovalo úplne súkromie, ak sú ubytovane viac ako 2 osoby. Postel bola veľmi vtesnaná v izbe nohami až k stene, čiže človek vyšší ako 190cm sa nevyspi úplne pohodlne. V izbe mne osobne chýbala skriňa, boli len nočné stolíky, ale v chodbe bola dostatočne veľká skriňa na odloženie veci. Keď sme prišli na ubytovanie, wc doska nebola umyta, čo na prvý pohľad nebol uplne príjemný pohľad, ale inak bolo v celom apartmáne čisto. Počas nášho pobytu dosť nasnežilo a chodníky von z apartmánu neboli na obed ešte odrhnute.

Will come again and recommend to everyone - The location is very good, near S-Bahn station and metro stations Hietzing and Hütteldorfer Straße, also the park Schönbrunn is near the home. The location is very quiet. The apartment itself was very clean, accurate, and matched the description. It was very spacious and comfortable, we had all the listed amenities. Moreover, it was very warm, especially in the bathroom. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to access. We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely come again! Thank you! It was not listed in the provided amenities, but it would help a lot a washing machine and an electric dryer for clothes and towels. :)

- Raluca (9/5): - Sehr sauber, neu, modern eingerichtet, sehr ruhig; sehr nah zur S-Bahn Station Penzing (von wo man direkt zum Westbahnhof fährt) und zur U4 Hietzing, als auch zum Schlosspark Schönbrunn. Ich war im Apt 10. Das Bett und auch das Sofabett sind sehr komfortabel und angenehm. Man kann den Raum gut mit Rollos und Vorhänge abdunkeln. Es gibt aber nicht 2 komplett separate Zimmer, sondern das Bett ist durch eine Art Trennwand (die nicht bis zur Decke hinaufreicht) von der Wohnküche getrennt. Gastgeber antwortete schnell falls ich Fragen hatte via Booking. Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug. Sowohl draussen von der Straße hinauf bis zum Haupteingang (das Gebäude ist etwas höher als die Straße gelegen), als auch zu den Apartments 7-10 hat man einiges an Stiegen mit dem schweren Gepäck zu überwinden.

- REEM (8/5): رغم البعد والدرج لو ارجع فيبنا احتمال كبير اسكن فبها لان المنطقة امنه والشقه مرريحه - الشقه نظيفه وشقه 3 واسعه حجمها جميل والشقق 1و2و3 تقع بالدور الارضي والباقي بالادوار العليا. البلاك اوت ممتاز يحجب الشمس تماما. وتعامل الموظفين اكثر من ممتاز ارسلت لهم ايميل يردو بعد وقت وجيز طلبت وبطاطين زيادة وجابو لي هيا. في غساله ونشافه ومكواه مشتركه بغرفة لحالها بالدور الاول لا يوجد مصعب بس ممكن تمشي بالدور الاول رغم انه في درج بس محتمل والموقع بعيد نوعا ما عن وسط المدينه.

- John (8/5): Not quite an apartment, but really close. - Location near the train station was great. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Access was a little confusing but we got through it. Would stay again. Billed as 'apartments' but there isn't any common area really. An entryway and two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Coffee and tea were only in one of the bedrooms so people could not individually access unless they happened to be in that room. Smaller than an 'apartment' but it worked for our needs.

- Lisa (8/5): Il soggiorno tutto sommato è stato tranquillo, l’alloggio era veramente carino e pulito. - L’accesso alla struttura è stato davvero molto semplice: ti viene mandato un codice il giorno stesso da utilizzare al primo ingresso, e poi un secondo per poterlo utilizzare nei giorni successivi.questi hanno sempre funzionato Per le famiglie con dei bambini, almeno per quanto riguarda l’appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato noi, è molto faticoso salire tutte quelle scale.soprattutto nel momento in cui magari si hanno dei passeggini carrozzine eccetera… Essendo che noi però eravamo quattro giovani ci siamo trovati in maniera tranquilla. L’unica cosa che non c’è piaciuta, è che i cuscini e i materassi erano davvero scomodi. Inoltre nell’appartamento sette in cui abbiamo alloggiato, non erano presenti attrezzature per poter pulire la stanza: scopa, detersivo eccetera

- Eisterlehner (8/5): - Die Nähe zu meinem eigentlichen Ziel. Groß genug. Badewanne. Küche Relativ ruhige Lage Gastronomie und Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar.. Ein Kleiner Sessel Regal oder Stockerl im Bad für Ablage von Kleidung wäre toll. Kleiner Beistelltisch beim Sofa hab ich vermisst.

- Sebastian (7/5): - Einfacher Check-In mit Schlüsselbox. Gute Lage. Das Schlafzimmer ist wirklich nur durch eine dünne Trennwand vom Wohnzimmer getrennt. Diese Trennwand ist ca. 2,5m hoch - die Deckenhöhe beträgt aber ca. 4m. Das heißt, es ist wirklich kein abgeschlossenes Zimmer, sondern einfach nur ein Sichtschutz. Wir sind zu dritt gemeinsam mit unserem Neffen gereist. Es hat halt niemand wirklich seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit.

- Christine (8/5): - Property was clean and spacious, very warm, comfy bed. Instructions to entry weren’t the best, but we did get there in the end. On the day we were leaving I never noticed the hook on the shelf in the shower, I bent down and split my head open on it, there was blood everywhere, I emailed apologising for the towels and to inform them of this hazard, didn’t get any response. I did slide hooks to end of shelf to prevent anyone else doing this. Plenty space, comfy bed.
